After I left a Google review, the owner called me to apologize and give me a free pedicure. Today I went in for that free pedicure. The employee said that the best they could do was 20% off. That is NOT what was offered because I would have never returned to Lush for 20% off!. I'm extremely disappointed because I took a chance to come back after my horrible experience and now the owner won't honor what she said. Here's the review I left and her response on Google. I have frequented LUSH because I love the pampering of the Hawaiian pedicure. This last time I went, the pedicurist set her timer for 40 minutes instead of 50. She was gone in the back room for at least 50% of this time. I was extremely disappointed. I also had my nails done. The manicurist was rough, hitting my skin with the dremel several times. She also did not listen and I finally gave up leaving to finish my nails myself. I am not going back.
