The salon is made up of a bunch of rooms that I think different people rent out for their services. I initially walked in and was told my person would get to me, but I ended up sitting there for a while waiting... I thought I had been forgotten about. Luckily, my person finally got me (didn't apologize for the getting me in late). The eyelash perm was okay and I could tell she knew what she was doing. However, past perms I've gotten have left the solutions on longer....I think it showed when my permed lashes didn't last as long as other places. Also, this is definitely not the place to come if you want a relaxing, spa-like experience. The lights were left on the whole time I was getting my lashes permed and there was constant noise/talking. Nothing like the Asian places I've been to that perm lashes. If you absolutely need a place to get your lashes permed, this place will do.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS, i have never in my life experienced anything like this and its honestly…read moreheartbreaking today i found this salon after some research, messaged the manager explaining exactly what i wanted and showed a picture of what was my current hair i explained i had a lot of new growth and wanted to bring it up, it looked way too overgrown and i wanted to bring up the root and tone my whole head when i sat in the stylists chair i physically showed her with my fingers multiple times how much of my natural color/root i am comfortable keeping it was about an inch give or take she made me feel really comfortable and secure it's very scary going to a new salon and trusting someone with your hair i also told her verbally multiple times i am wanting to bring up my new growth more than anything i didn't care so much about the green blonde but if we could tone everything to match that would have been great i never asked for color remover never asked for highlights i really was confused when she started doing foils, i didn't know she was only doing highlights at the time i couldn't see myself so i genuinely thought she was bringing up my new growth as we talked about along with highlights we talked about her doing that and blending my roots so everything looked together enough i told her multiple times my biggest thing was the darkness i had, and she kept assuring me it was going to work out and that she understood after sitting under the dryer she brought me back to the chair and took out the foils, i still couldn't see myself for a few and once i did i noticed it was still dark when i noticed she seemed to notice my face and assure me it was because my hair was wet she then decided she wanted to try color remover i asked her NUMEROUS times if it was going to be damaging, i never once asked for color remover but seemed as if she was almost promising and offering so i thought it would be fine im going to say, i really trusted haley, she was very nice and warm at first. She really did make me feel comfortable again my concern wasn't specifically only the green, just the overgrown roots she did the color remover, it worked okay then she started toning, after all was finished she started drying my hair and it looked awful i once again still don't even care about the green my hair is just as dark as when i came in just with highlights it made me feel so down and i have a hard time speaking out so i asked to use the bathroom when i got in the bathroom i looked in the mirror and just started crying i had spent 4-5 hours there and this is what i got when i came out i was apologizing for crying and her whole demeanor changed, she had an attitude, a nasty tone, never apologized, she then went on to tell me i could come back saturday but pay for it once i started explaining what happened verbatim she went from blaming me to saying "i misunderstood" she told me 3-4 times she "misunderstood" never apologized still, i asked to speak to her manager and she ignored me i genuinely was going to pay in the moment, even being upset i thought i should as i went to grab my things and ask if she takes card or digital payment she very nastily said "you're not leaving here without paying" that just made me feel so awful i had every intention of paying her even though she messed up that made me feel so small i went outside and stood there for 5-10 mins calling people asking for advice her and another lady just looked at me out of the window talking i messaged her and the manager and was ignored but sent different invoices after my texts all i wanted was an apology and a fix that i don't have to "pay for" because i didn't mess up i was extremely clear with what i wanted so im not understanding how she misunderstood

I'm a natural brunette but my hair is platinum blond and I needed my roots done. When she rinsed the bleach from my hair I noticed that it was very yellow, even though it was not dry yet. She toned it and i left and was pleased I even left her a $30 tip! But the more I looked at my roots the more I noticed that it had processed completely uneven leaving me with a yellow colorband.... whatever, it can be fixed. I reached out to her to express my concern and see if she would help me fix it. She read my message and never responded. I paid her $120 plus a $30 tip on top of that and I did take it personal that she did not even respond. This incident happened months ago. The salon is very nice and spacious. Tris is young and I'm sure she's busy
