I ended the service after about 35 minutes. The response afterward was frustrating. I was told I could not adjust the charge because I had booked the wrong type massage, was offered a discount for a future visit despite living out of town, and paid the full $180. The owner later offered a 50% refund, but I only received $65 and still have not received a follow-up call. The spa itself has a lot of potential, but the service and follow-through did not meet expectations. Be sure to carefully review treatment descriptions before booking.

The next day my neck was very swollen and I had a terrible headache. I called the office to see what to do. Spoke to a nurse who ask me to take a picture and she was texting me a number so a doctor could look at. Never received a text! Called back, the office personnel said should receive soon. Several doctors of this clinic also keep hours in Claremore. But that's only one day a week for them. It is a busy clinic. But as another reported, the doctor has "squeezed" me in when I called with an issue. It isn't uncommon for the parking lot and waiting room to be packed. That's my only negative. I'm a blue eyed blonde and one time sun goddess. I've regularly seen dermatologists as far back as I can remember. Her online profile mentions her interest in surgical dermatology and Botox. I have no experience with her outside of regular check-ins. And to that I'll say she is absolutely the most thorough I've ever experienced. I've found her assistants to not only be amiable but helpful with medications and prescribing. They work for you -- they know who has your meds, how much it costs, what discounts are available, etc. Another positive is their patient portal. Answered in a timely manner and no hesitation in giving you a call. Be sure to have all your insurance cards every time you visit and be prepared for minimal paper work once you're an established patient. Once your appointment is over you'll see the personnel at the front desk who will make your next appointment.
