Both of us had patchy tans despite following all after care religiously. Bride thankfully had a better experience (but she has a natural tan anyway -- so just enhanced it). As per photos, tan is natural looking. But i had a patch on my arm that I was told would wash off with first shower (but didn't) and didn't really get a tan I was happy with. All of a sudden, the bed turned off so I took off my little goggles, got my phone to see what time it was, it was only 7:58 (that's only 9 minutes)!! I know, being cheated out of 3 minutes is not that big of a deal but as a paying customer I expect the time to be correct. I got out of the bed and I got dressed and I went out to The front desk and told the lady that I don't know what happened but the bed had shut off too early. The lady didn't say oh gosh I'm sorry or do you want me to turn it back on or whatever. She said not a word to me.
