She spoke very quickly and had me sign up for God knows what. All I wanted was a one time tan. I haven't used a tanning salon in at least 10 yrs. I told her this. I ended up paying $149 for a very expensive lotion that I will never use again as it has no sun protection nor is it waterproof, a $29 dollar fee that I was not told about, and a membership that I never wanted. I was then placed into a room with a machine that was intensely hot and sprayed me with something in my face. I had a panic attack and the thing went on for 10 min. Needless to say, I was sun burned. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I called them as soon as I got home, I assume I spoke with REMOVED, the manager. She told me that she was unable to reverse the charges right away. She assured me that I would get a partial refund. I have to eat $45 for a garbage product that I can't use again. Now, it's been two weeks and I have yet to receive my refund. This place is a scam. They have no idea how serious a person can get burned if they are too busy selling products and conning you into a membership that you don't even want. I'm older, I am used to having contracts that you can actually read before signing. I just want my money back.

I…read morewalked into the room at 7:48 and immediately noticed that the timer had been set by the employee lady at the front desk for 2 minutes (but it immediately switched over to 1 pitiful lonely minute)That's 2 minutes (but really 1 minute) to get undressed and get your tanning goo of choice on and rubbed in. The bed turned on at 7:49. I hurried to get my lotion on the best I could and not miss too many of my minutes. All of a sudden, the bed turned off so I took off my little goggles, got my phone to see what time it was, it was only 7:58 (that's only 9 minutes)!! I know, being cheated out of 3 minutes is not that big of a deal but as a paying customer I expect the time to be correct. I got out of the bed and I got dressed and I went out to The front desk and told the lady that I don't know what happened but the bed had shut off too early. The lady didn't say oh gosh I'm sorry or do you want me to turn it back on or whatever. She said not a word to me. She just kept talking to the other employee (the other employee said "bye have a good evening". I know I seem petty but this happens frequently, and it's annoying.

They have several levels of beds but I noticed a huge difference in level one and two. Ive also had great spray tans here. I've tanned several places in Tulsa and this one is my favorite. Reminds me of tanning salons from back in the day!
