This was $60 without tip, I don't like it at all, even every time we tipped really great, the service was ok, people were nice, but the quality every time was just so terrible, I can do much better by myself, nobody seems skilled in this shop, you would get nothing like this in my country, don't know why it exists in America, I'm tired of it and won't go back again. read more

The only good thing about this place was that I called to make a reservation for 4 of us and they had 4 people ready to work on us. 2/4 of us got to pick what kind of pedicure we wanted the other 2 of us didn't get menus. We did not get offered drinks. The internet/WiFi doesn't work. When they worked on my sisters feet the lady dropped one of the scrubbers on the floor and continued to use it on my sister. My sister then asked for a new one, but apparently a new scrubber is just one that gets washed off. I didn't get the bottom of feet exfoliated, only the cuticle trimmer to the bottom of my feet. There was no massage during our pedicures either. My lady tried rubbing my feet with no oil or lotion. My lady also turned off my chair so she could paint my toes. Absolutely no communication the whole time. The only thing my last said was $28. She then hovered over me waiting for me to pay and then waiting for a tip. Was not relaxing at all. Will not be coming back here. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE. me and my friends told them we didn't like our nails and they proceeded to do what they wanted and not what we wanted. they would cut us and made us bleed multiple times. if we talked to our friend they would yank your hands and tell you to be quiet. They were very aggressive with us and just made it a terrible experience. They drilled all the way through one of my friend's natural nails (the one in the photo) and didn't do anything other than just holding down on the nail and continue to cover it with the fake nail and dip. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! all the nails look absolutely disgusting and we all made mew appointments somewhere else. They put on everything way too thick, don't blend it, don't shape the nails right, and all around just give the costumers a bad experience. read more

I have been to several nail salons, as I have been having my nails done for many several years. I love this place. They do my nails exactly the way I like them!!!! Tracy is my favorite technician! I have had others do my nails though, and had excellent results. My only complaint (and the only reason for the 4 stars) is that they do not have the selection of "specialty" colors, like "cats eye, Rock Star, etc" Hopefully they will start stocking these soon. read more

I have been going to cali pro for years and the quality has slowly decreased. in the last year I had a new set of nails completely crumble in 2 days (that's never happened before) 2x I asked my tech if they did or felt comfortable doing designs (of not no worries I'll go with just a color) both times they said yes but did THE WORST JOB. This last time they did a very poor job shaping my nails. I am so embarrassed by how poor they look I will be going elsewhere this week to have them redone. I am leaving this review to warn others. I am very disappointed. The manager saw my nails many of times-they are sloppy, poorly shaped had a pathetic daisy that looks like a dandelion and she chose to just leave it be. I prefer to zone out, read magazines, and avoid chit chat when I get my nails done. And this place was great for that. I was visiting from out of town and Cali Pro was walking distance from my hotel. It's a clean place that accepted me on a walk-in basis, had good color selections (though not a lot of OPI colors). The nail tech was nice, professional and did a great job. They use yoga blocks to prop your leg up when they scrub your feet so you dot end up getting a cramp from holding your leg out for ten minutes. I would go again and you should too! read more

When I go in, I only see Mary or Lee if Mary isn't in. This particular evening I went, neither techs were in. I usually would make an appointment for the next day but my nails were in desperate need of attention. I was sent to booth #10. First, the man didn't seem too thrilled that he suddenly had to work. Second, he looked at my outgrown nails and scoffed and let out the most exasperated sigh. He was really rude when he told that I needed to come in every 2-3 weeks and that he will fix my nails this time but they will have to be removed if I let them grow out this much again. I have acrylic over my real nail to make them thicker so I don't break my nails at work. I would not have minded him removing the last remaining remnants. Instead, he removed the polish then proceeded to clip away at the corners that were coming up. He was careless and sloppy with putting the new layer on. I had told him 3 times that I wanted white tips painted on instead of color but after washing my hands, he asked where my color was. I told him to just put a clear coat over the acrylic and that was it. I don't mind just the acrylic on my nails, it looks pretty natural actually. I wish he had taken off the old layer. From now on, if Mary or Lee aren't available, I will come back when they are! read more

This place used to be my fave but has gone downhill a LOT! My chair was busted and when I asked the tech for something to put behind my back she actually rolled her eyes and said something in her language to her coworkers who all found it funny. She never spoke the entire time except to ask for a tip! Rude is not a strong enough word... Plus, the polish I had on when I came in was very dark and when I left, I noticed their were smears of it on the top of my foot. Poor service all around. read more

I am from owasso and when I lived there I went here all the time. I was recently in town and brought my two little nieces to get their nails done and I get a fill. I told them what color for one niece and what color for the other. One wanted purple and white and one wanted pink n white. One lady does my little niece and soaks her nails and then paints them and puts the wrong color. I did not notice till she was done that she did the wrong color. When I confronted my nail tech that the lady did the wrong color she spoke to the girl in some language and told me she already did it and basically it's too late so I let it slide because my niece was okay with it, then she called over to my niece and I was thinking okay.... They're gonna make this right......NOPE! She was telling my other niece to come over and I asked okay are you talking to the one with blonde or brown hair, then she goes to say the "big one" at that time I was pissed!!! And to top it off she just painted her nails, didn't soak or nothing! And the nail tech who did my nails trimmed them to the shortest possible, didn't even ask how short I wanted to go and messed up on the shellac on my nails!So to end it all I paid the bill but I will NEVER go back here and if I go somewhere else I am going to another salon in owasso or I'll trek to Tulsa! read more
