After moving to Tulsa, my nails needed some TLC so I decided to look for a new place to get my nails done. While returning items to the UHaul store, I noticed the sales associate had great nails so I asked her where she got her nails done and she said Tranquility Nails is where she has gone for the past 12 years (She recommended asking for Haley or Amy). Since I wanted to get manicures with my mom, I called to make an appointment but didn't specify who I wanted to do my nails. I didn't get the name of the lady and guy who did both our nails but they did a decent job. We both got shellac manicures. I usually get dipped but decided shellac would be faster. My nails came out great. My mom's darker color didn't seem as glossy/shiny as mine did which was weird. They also offer free beverages and I ended up with a bottle of water. Note: maybe I don't get shellac manicures enough but the UV light seemed extra hot to me but my mom said hers didn't feel that way. They have a lot of pedicure chairs and nail stations. On a Friday morning around 10am they were pretty busy so it was a good thing that I made an appointment. We paid in cash and got two stamps on a customer rewards card. Price was $35 for a shellac manicure (prices went up slightly from what is on their website $30). I will definitely keep this place in mind when I want to get my nails done. read more

This place is so bad. I specifically asked for a white gel and the person who was doing my pedicure asked me over 6 times what I wanted so I finally just said do all white gel. He couldn't even get thar right. I had to Keep telling him how to shape my toes it was literally a nightmare I couldn't even enjoy my pedicure. We went 1/15/23 at around 1 pm. We called 30 minutes before and asked if they had time for 3 pedis for me and my parents and they told us they did. We waited about 2 minutes and they got us straight to our seats. We all got the classic / basic pedi and I got the 5 dollar French tip add on. My person was pretty nice, my stepmoms was cool too! She wanted to add hot stones to hers and they we happy to do so. They have complimentary drinks for the pedis, they have sprite Dr Pepper , wine and more. The massage chairs are great and the place inside looks pretty! It took a little longer for my dad to get someone to get started on him though but not a problem as we weren't in a rush. The experience here depends on who does your nails. My mom and sister did NOT have this experience. We all went and I was getting very simple nails, short white and almond shaped. I wanted gel polish, i'm not a fan of "it'll last longer with this." Essentially if you don't literally reiterate several times they will do the more expensive stuff. They did this for my mom and I and DO NOT tell you what they're charging for. I had the rudest lady. She was eating mid doing my nails. She would take her mask off and eat and then do my nails and repeat the process. She seemed extremely irritated doing my nails. She did NOT listen when I told her she was hurting me. She was being so aggressive with my hands. She got up several times to eat. When the appointment was done she charged me 55 for something I did not ask for. How hard is it to understand some people just want super simple nails? She made me bleed, cut my skin, and then had the nerve to ask "why aren't you talking, do you not like them" We did NOT get compensated in anyway for her disgusting behavior. i will never be going to this place. the least that could've been done was a discount of some sort. read more

This was my second time going to this place. First time I got my manicure done by Tammy after reading a good reviews about her here. She did great. Second time I went week ago to get dip powder mani/pedi before going on vacation and the owner did my nails but it was awful the powder was all over my fingers, and under my nails that she didn't clean. They were uneven and weren't shaped. In few days after getting them done they were already cracking. I won't go back unless Tammy is there. read more

Everyone I worked with was a good technician, polite, professional but with little English. Tram is the best so make a reservation. Everyone except Tram ripped my cuticles with careless dremeling, and Amy flat out watched TV while working on me, cutting me twice. You do get a free beverage, so if sweet boxed red wine on ice is your thing, this is for you. Music is terrible and salon has a factory feel. I stopped coming here after TEN trys. I had an appointment yesterday even for a pedicure and to get my nails dipped. This was my first time here and I wanted to try it because of the awesome reviews. My overall consensus was just ok. The pedicure was fine - nothing spectacular. The leg massage (which is usually my favorite part) lasted less than 30 seconds per leg and was probably the most disappointing part. I had teal polish on my nails when I entered the salon, which shouldn't matter but unfortunately is still visible on a couple nails after the dip was complete. I also walked away with nicks/cuts on two of my cuticles. The polish/color selection was excellent, but I feel like the attention to detail is lacking. read more

Been going here ever so often and not once did I have any problems until now. I came in for a fill and have my nails shorten since I'm a receptionist. I had asked for ombré and tech stated that my nails are short for them. And I'm thinking no it's not so to avoid arguing I decided to do a solid color. After 2nd choice of nail color since I didn't like first color. Not only did I not get what I wanted. The tech was so much in a hurry that she painted not just my nails but also my fingers. My right side of my nail are so thin that I'm sure they'll break in a couple of days. There's bubbles when clear gel was applied. And underneath my nails are pointy they could scratch your skin if you had an itch. There's a gap on my left thumb nail towards the cuticle. I loved this nail salon. Unfortunately isn't not what it used to be. They are always super busy and I almost always have to wait at least an hour just for a dip powder manicure. I also feel like they have rushed through my last three manicures and my nails don't last nearly as long as they used to. I just got them done a week ago and they are already cracked and one is broken. Also each time my nails started to lift away and the powder dip began to lift off of my mail. It seems like they aren't using enough product on my nails so they are thinner and break easier. It's super disappointing since I've been going here for such a long time. i haven't been back in almost a year now. the owner started working with me mostly after i started coming back, i'm assuming because i'm a big tipper (usually well over 20%). after being convinced my natural nails were healthy enough to wear instead of acrylics, i switched to just shellac. that's about a $20 decrease in services but i still tipped the same amount, which was still well over 20%. the owner was mostly nice to me, but the last straw for her i guess was when i had a nail chip on me and i went to get it fixed. the lady she was working on before fixing my nail changed her mind from french tips to what i had, which was just shellac. she got so upset that she started flinging her stuff around and she put a huge glop of that shellac to "fix it" and ignored me until i left. haha. i now use Odette on Brookside! it is cleaner, nicer, and has a better color selection than most other salons. read more

The owner (the woman up front who "greats" you) is the rudest nail technician and business owner. She has no customer service, rushes through services and cuts you with no remorse. I have been to this location before, but it's been about two years. It seems to be new owners & a new name. Looks the same inside on the pedicure chairs, but the front seems to be a remodeled. I received a friendly welcome when I walked inside. I was able to pick a color, and get a pedicure chair right away. It's was less then five minutes, I had a chair, drink and someone removing my old nail polish. The massage on my legs was amazing and the lady I had spoke really good English. So that's always nice to be able to communicate, nice conversation and not be on my phone the whole time like a zombie. The prices are affordable for any budget. I'm not usually in this area much anymore but it's good to know that if I catch myself here with a hour to spare. I will be back for a pedicure visit! 1st time.. amazing. 2nd time.. swore i'd never go back. it was literally the worst pedicure. supposed to be the signature spa one and i was done in 30 min or less while my friend had an hour long pedi and was the same thing i had. 3rd time.. i thought maybe the second time was a fluke. nope. we sat and waited 50 minutes before we got started. after it was all done.. we had foot mask left on our feet, crooked nails, & eye rolls when i requested to have clear polish applied to my toe nails. My daughter and I made an appointment per an online request I made last night. We were in a crunch for manicures and pedicures prior to an event. We received an immediate reply and upon arrival they were ready for us. It was a clean facility with many choices for both pedicures and manicures. TERRIBLE. Upon arrival, I was told "5-10 min wait." I WAITED FOR 30 minutes. The woman who did my nails chopped off 4 of the 10 nails and said "your nails cost $18 dolla today." I said, "The menu says fills are $15." She said they charge $3 extra to cut the nails. WHAT?!?! $3 to slightly trim my nails?!? My nails weren't even long in the first place. bizarre. It seriously looks like my nails need to go to the orthodontist. I am super annoyed. Just what I've been looking for in a nail salon. Buyer beware. They DO NOT CLEAN ANY of their tools between clients. The health department will be notified. I sat and watched for over an hour. Watched a nail tech use the metal drill on her own feet at the nail station and then go use that same file on a client at the pedicure bowl. Costumers get up after having their nails done and the next customer walks up and sits down. The only thing cleaned between is the towel. Great way to catch Hepatitis or HIV. YUCK. read more
