Typically you don't need to make a reservation but they are normally busy so if you have a group I would call ahead. There are big windows in the front that give an open bright look and the pedicure chairs are comfy. I haven't ever gotten my nails done by the same person twice, this is my go to place when I don't have a lot of time and need shellac removed or a quick manicure. The head and shoulder massage was just the extra touch I needed! An did my poly gel fill and she was amazing. My experience here was less than stellar, to say the least. I am not one to write what one would consider "scathing" reviews but this whole experience was just so out there that I am going to say what I need to say and get on with it. I decided to come because my usual nail salon was completely booked for the whole weekend. After working 55 hours this week, I wanted to treat myself to a mani/pedi. Unfortunately, my visit was terrible. Everything was rushed, and the work was not good. I had to explain 5+ times to the young man painting my toes that I wanted my second toe to be an accent nail (white) and all the rest of my nails to be blue. He had to redo them twice. Professionalism is out the door as well. The employees were pointing and laughing at other people's feet and obviously making fun/jokes at them. Totally unacceptable. As for my hands, the young woman was extremely anxious and overpicked the hangnails, broke skin on one finger, and now I have a bunch more hangnails. Instead of fixing them, she created even more. They ran out of the shellac color I had picked after doing 1 hand already, so we had to start over with a new color. She had to redo my nails about 3 times, because she couldn't get the color on the sides of my nails. She didn't clean them up afterward and there were small spots of polish on my skin and cuticles. It was lumpy/uneven as well. This whole experience was awful and I am not going to return to this salon. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and just outright bad. I paid $60 for shoddy work that left me disappointed. Please consider spending your money elsewhere before coming to this salon. read more

Many dark dirt spots were seen scattered on the tile floor along with a pile of clipped nail shards next to the pedi chair and on the seat and arm rest. My manager has been telling me to try this place out. I try not to venture off from my regular nail salon but I gave it a try. I went on Sunday. They are now open at 11AM instead of noon. The interior was very clean and nice. The service was great. I got an acrylic fill with shellac which was only $33. A new set is $45. I believe the nail tech was new. I understand Vietnamese and by the way she talked she seemed new in the salon. She was very thorough and precise in her work. But ultimately I do not like my nails. I got matte nails. After the lady polished the matte on, my nails were really bumpy and I stated that to her. She fixed the ones I pointed out as well as my pinky finger that wasn't painted fully. I'm definitely not satisfied with my experience here. I won't be returning. read more

My visit here was like no other. This spot was very busy but still very clean this past Mother's Day. I was told there wasn't a wait but still waited about 30 minutes to be seen which wasn't too lousy because I enjoy to "people watch". It was heart warming to see all the moms and daughters getting manicures together, drinking there glasses of wine or a nice and stiff margarita. I was loving it at that point! The lady, who's name I didn't not get, tended to my feet but her demeanor was a little strange. She didn't really say hi or speak. She didn't ask me for my drink order or anything. I pleasantly asked for water, so she stood, walked over to the cooler, grabbed a bottle, handed it to me and sat back down. STILL...NO WORDS! The pedicure met my expectations and the polish job tickled my fancy. While my feet were drying, she then walked behind me and gave me the most intense 5 minute back message I've had in my 28 years on earth. Unfortunately today was my last trip to Posh after going there for 2 years. It doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not, it is so mismanaged that you spend too long there. They get people in a chair and make them wait. I had an appointment for a pedicure and to get one nail repaired that I had done there last week and it took almost 2 hours. The young lady that did my pedicure did a great job but I just can't sit and wait anymore! If you have unlimited time this is a great place! I just can't do it! So.... I have come to this specific place a few times, but this time, I decided to leave a review! Why I keep giving them chances are beyond me... The atmosphere is nice, but they definitely need to work on their customer service skills, and not to mention, having techs in this place of business where, after three whole days of getting your nails done... Come on now, and when I go back to allow them to correct the issue, they leave me waiting one hour, to fix one nail, that should not have been snapping off like tree branches shortly after anyway! terrible. i came in with acrylics on and they decided i needed a new set. instead of soaking them off, she used a nail tip to get between my nail and the acrylics and rip them off. the worst pain ever, they still hurt 6 hrs later. then i asked for square with round edges and get duck flair nails and lumpy gel polish. do not recommend. i've never had a good experience here. she even took a phone call while doing my nails and yanked my hands around. read more

Definitely disappointed. Traveling through & took a few hours to relax after a really rough trip.It took 3+ hours for a mani/pedi. That I do understand because I thought an appointment had been made, when it hadn't. I spent a little over $100 here & my pedicure polish is horrendous. It's very clear the polish either was separated or the clear coat wasn't properly applied. All 10 of my toes look like this on 3 edges. If it wasn't a pass through trip, I would take the time to have it corrected. I also had several of my nails split/torn from filing on the ends and I had to ask for a file to smooth them so that they didn't catch and tear. I highly recommend that the management trains their team to turn services away if you're too busy versus overworking your staff and delivering results like this. read more

I had a wonderful pedicure here. The technician spent the appropriate amount time and my toes look fabulous. The reason this is not a 5!star has to do with the manicure. WOAH. Just WOAH. I'm just gonna cut to the chase - I had the best pedicure of my life here. I was in a little slump and my mom in-law drove up to Tulsa for some cheer-ie times. She treated me to a mani/pedi here and I'll now have a hard time going anywhere else. The space is massive and totally clean, there are some small Hello Kitty seats for kids and there is a space that looks like it can be closed off for private parties of pampering. The massage chairs you sit in while getting a pedi are also phenomenal. Betty gave my mother in-law her pedi and Julie mine while Huyen tended to both of our manis. We got the $50 deluxe pedi and 1 hour and 45 minutes later... I can't even imagine what the next level is! A packet of chamomile lotions and scrubs were each individually wrapped and applied one at a time. Hot stones were brought out and even a bag of hot wax to make our feet the smoothest they've ever been. Color selection is ace - both for shellac and regular polishes! read more

I got spa mani/pedi with Gel polish and I was in and out in 45 minutes. $57 total. Salon was clean and well decorated. Staff was very friendly and did a great job. I love the hello Kitty pedicure chairs for little girls such a sweet touch. They are flexible on getting you in for an appointment and everyone seems extremely friendly. They offer a wine or water which is a nice touch. The only reason I am not giving them five stars is my nail tech did not listen to my needs. I asked for a more natural looking nail, and ended up leaving with what I feared. The owner was very understanding. My pedicure was okay but they left lots of wax on my feet and I never got the shoulder rub like everyone else did, which was disappointing.
