I went to Lush Nail today because I was promised a free Hawaiian pedicure by the owner due to how crappy my last service was. After I left a Google review, the owner called me to apologize and give me a free pedicure. Today I went in for that free pedicure. The employee said that the best they could do was 20% off. That is NOT what was offered because I would have never returned to Lush for 20% off!. I'm extremely disappointed because I took a chance to come back after my horrible experience and now the owner won't honor what she said. Here's the review I left and her response on Google. I have frequented LUSH because I love the pampering of the Hawaiian pedicure. This last time I went, the pedicurist set her timer for 40 minutes instead of 50. She was gone in the back room for at least 50% of this time. I was extremely disappointed. I also had my nails done. The manicurist was rough, hitting my skin with the dremel several times. She also did not listen and I finally gave up leaving to finish my nails myself. I am not going back. I got tips and acyclic manicure and pedi hubby got regular manicure and pedi; his person did a fabulous job mine looked ok first day but with a day it started chipping and some nails were lop sided. I don't like how they did manicure and tips in the pedi chair I've never had anyone not set acrylic and paint with uv light so my nails got ruined quickly. I will not be back it was 150 in total 65 for my nails and they didn't clean up my nail beds or cuticles. I find it a rip off you don't get quality service for the price and I've been getting my nails done for 20+ years. The vibe in there is uncomfortable there's only 2 ppl working the other 8 employees just sit and watch tv in the pedi chairs. And they have a dog in a cute outfit running around all over. Very nice spa, recently remodeled. We went the Saturday before July 4th and it was packed. We had a little bit of a wait because they were not doing appointments for the day. But it's my daughter's favorite place to go! She had acrylic nail put on with a design and the turned out great. I went in for an acrylic fill. The guy shaved down my exhisting and then only filled the base of my nails even though he thinned down my whole nail so my nails lasted less than a day and broke off due to being too thin. Within an hour one broke i had to go and have it fixed, next day more broke off. Usually they fill the base at the cuticle and up but he sucked!!! Do not recommend this place terrible work read more

DONT go here. I came on a Sun and got a mani and a pedi. The mani was great. The pedi is where it went down hill. The corners of my toenails were so sharp that I was afraid I was going to cut something. The calluses were not even touched. My big toe had a smudge on in the shellac polish. I went back up there on Tues to get these items fixed. First of all, they gave me the same person that made the mistakes. As she is taking my polish off she keeps cutting my skin. I keep saying ouch and she moves to the next toe and cuts it too. By the 4 toe that's cut I told her I was done and I get up to walk out. The guy that was up front said she was just trying to get close. When you have touched 4 nails and CUT 4 nails on a customer that had to come back bc of MISTAKES, that's not good. So now I have PAID for a pedicure and have NOTHING on my nails, except for polish she didn't get off. And I have cuts on MULTIPLE toes. Wonder if this will turn into an infection. Let me also mention that there is a dog at this shop. The dog gets on the mani tables and gets in the customers faces. I don't think that is very sanitary!!!!! read more

BEWARE: actually deserve Negative stars Here's my experience with Lush from A-Z out of 3 visits...1st time-tried to book a pedi via FB msg by the owner Nicole (I figured if the owner can do nails then the shop is A OK) though I was told she didn't do pedicures but acrylics only, fine so Misa did pedi and actually did good job however french white started chipping couple days after because she only did one white coat throughout (my fault, I should've known better & told her 2 coats) otherwise good experience. 2nd time, after checking in on Ipad with phone #, birthday music played & it said HBD being it was a few dys away, Nicole did full set acrylic, did a good job plus another regular polish pedi by Misa, everything was fine, so at checkout I asked was there something special for birthdays and owner said 10% off, great! So after being rung up the amount didn't reflect the discount which I questioned & Nicole told me the discount is off the least service amount (being the pedi) & not the overall total HUH? ok I paid & left. 3rd & last visit on 6/3, I had an appt @ 12 with Nicole for a fill plus 2 pedis for my daughters I arrived on time with one child and it was packed, she just began doing a pedi on someone else and I waited. My other daughter couldn't get a ride there for her pedi so I left & literally went down the street after explaining I'll be right back to pick her up and didn't want to lose her spot, her words "it's ok honey go ahead and will take care of you". After returning within 15m, the 3 of us is told to go to stations and wait which Nicole was still working on the same pedi.(but she doesn't do pedis) A few mins later she approached me to say her 1:00 is there and I had to wait after her. WHAT!!?? Wait one min, I was there on time You wasn't ready then, told me it's ok to leave & come back & I won't lose spot, then I come back & you're still not ready but then thought it was ok to bypass me and go to the next appt. BTW IT WAS 12:36p. Absolutely unacceptable and not ok!! She then said she'll do mine this time but next time I shouldn't leave, HUH you ok'd it. SMH! Then sloppingly does my nails and rush through them. Just wow! Needless to say I won't be returning. Dear Lush, please provide better customer service and treat everyone the same because these experiences showed my business is not appreciated and I'm undervalued as a customer. read more

I am still in shock. If I had known calling and getting me an appointment the day of, would cause them to be unprofessional and skimp on my service I would have gladly made an appointment for later. When I called I asked if they still had any appointments for later in the day. If not I would have been fine with one even next week! But since I was in town, I live 35 minutes away, I decided to roll the dice and see if I was lucky. She promptly made me an appointment for 20 minutes from the time I called. Okay I could do that. When I walked in and the told them I had an appointment the gentleman was all "same day appointment??!" I sheepishly said yes and oh sorry I can come back. Seeing as he was annoyed. But they said it was fine. But when it came to my service it was obviously not, cus wow... quality. The tech did not give me a manicure like I came in for. (Got talked I to dip powder) she didn't even touch my cuticle just started filing my nail tops and fitting me for nails. I figured she would get back to it before the powder... but she did NOT. My cuticles look awful its been one day! I had to make a statement about the shape when she was "finished" it looked like a child bobbed it on.... Another tech took over to fix it. Well she fixed the shape and the gosh awful amount of product on top. But how can you fix it really when I was not even given the manicure in the first place!! Also she never resealed my nails with the dip only the clear stuff... after filing... so the ends look sad, as well as she didnt clean the nail glue off. It was not worth 45 dollars ill tell you that! It would be nice if they had cared.... read more
