Perfection. It would be the one word to describe my experience with Pro Nails. I am still speechless over the customer service I received not just one or twice but each time I have been in here. I get acrylic pink and white and I am extremely particular about my service I get and about how my nails look after, how well the hold up etc. Pink and white can be expensive and some places seem to want to nickle and dime you on the process. Not here, initially I think I paid $50 for the full set (good price). I had just dropped in and they were able to get me in and out and my nails looked fabulous. I figured 3 weeks later when my nails were more like talons I would give them another try. I walked in again and they were able to get me in (revolving door of regulars). This time, I got Paul, now I figured he was the owner and I had previously seen his name in the reviews before. He did my fill so fast, PERFECTLY and charged me a reasonable $20.00. I was blown away. Another two weeks, I decided time to get another fill... Well this is where customer service and business ethic shined! I am extremely rough on my nails, I also do somewhat heavy lifting - so in two weeks time I had cracked and popped almost all my nails off. But I also never mentioned just HOW hard I was on my nails. Again, I got Paul - this time though I called and made an appointment. After looking at my nails, he decided he was going to take them all off and give me a new set. Technically, my pocket book was not supporting anything more than a fill. But before I could mention this he said he was only charging me for what I came in for and nothing more. That completely took my by surprise. I was so thankful!!! He did such a great job. I have to travel a number of miles to get there but its 100% worth the drive. I can not wait to try a pedicure there some day soon! The areas are clean, everyone cracks jokes and seems to know one another. They love their customers and the feeling is mutual. If you have any doubt of where to go and I can offer you advise, come to Pro Nails, I dont think you will be disappointed! They take walk ins but if you want something specific or hard (pinterest inspired) call ahead and make an appointment, just to ensure you have the right person and time! read more

I highly recommend Pro Nails in S Tulsa. See Mary when you go. She is the sweetest and does the best job. She doesn't rush no matter what you are getting done. Ive had many pedicures from other places and no one compares to how my feet feel and look after seeing Mary. My manicures are wonderful as well. Polish is fresh and doesn't bubble on your nails from being old. After moving away for husbands job we still come see Mary when back visiting family. My old manager went here, she's such a sweet lady. They made her wait 30 minutes and still didn't fix her nails. Terrible customer service.

Just got a shellac pedicure done and got back to my hotel to see that the big toe looks awful :( When the nail tech wiped the shellac with alcohol at the end, some of it wasn't dry and so it came off. When he re-did it, it turned out lumpy and patchy. For a $45 service, it definitely should have been checked on and fixed again before I was sent on my way. I don't live in Tulsa and I'm flying out so I won't be able to get it fixed. I'm bummed. I'm including a picture of my pedicure. read more

I've been getting mani's and pedi's here for years. If you make an appointment, they will not have you wait. The place is clean and the girls all speak English. I get gel polish and it last for 2 weeks. The pedi's are awesome too. Great place! read more

this must have been the worse expierience and usually I walk out happy but the guy in maroon sped through my full set was ripping into my cuticles I kept asking for stilleto he gave me coffin the price was out of line for acrylic and no color I won't be back I remember now y I quit coming here in the first place read more

What am I missing? I was STOKED to get my nails done here after reading the amazing reviews. I don't get my nails done often so wanted the place and experience to be "worth it". I just don't think this place is all the reviews imply. Sure, the people are friendly. But the place is kind of crummy: its small, the chairs were nothing special, the sink where you wash your hands wasn't clean, it wasn't ventilated well so when the lady sitting next to me had her acrylic set put on, the only solution was to prop the door open. I did like that they have a very basic manicure and pedicure option (sometimes I think people can get a little too carried away with the spa experience) but that was it. I don't do manual labor for a living and my nail polish is already all chipped and peeling (it's been less than a week). All in all, I won't go back. read more

I'm from Muskogee so my options for nail salons are slim to none so my mother and I came to Tulsa in search of a nail salon. Looked them up on Yelp and they had such good ratings we decided to try them out and boy are we happy we did! I have never had a manicure as well as this one. My nails are literally perfect and I have pro nails to thank! This is a husband and wife salon and they put so much love into what they do! Thanks again for the awesome job! read more

In Tulsa for business, needed nails done before a weekend trip. Walked in, greeted by Kim and she took GREAT care of me. Got the Shellac polish and loved it! Came back when it was time to redo the polish, and got the male (owner/manager?). WHAT A MISTAKE! He talks too much and was rushing me through because he had multiple appointments. Instead of telling me so or allowing Kim to do my nails, he did a botch job. When I mentioned it to him, he replied "that's how it's supposed to look". 8-| Kim did my manicure and it was amazing. My manicure, however, altogether a different story. Unfortunately, I was on my way to work and flying out early the next morning. By the time I reached back (trip was Fri to Sun) my nails started chipping, there's a gap between the polish and the cuticle and upon closer look, the first layer of polish was not even done to the edges of my nail. So I called as soon as I returned on Monday, told him I wanted a redo because it looks like I've had my nails for 2 weeks and he shouldn't have rushed me through. He tells me my nails had grown out! HE FAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE 101. His response, "it looks great to me!" I told him he's not the customer I am, and I'm dissatisfied with the service. He reluctantly (read: angrily) rescheduled an appt after I insisted that he should have done it right. Needless to say, I didn't return and wouldn't recommend ProNail salon to my enemy. There's NOTHING worse than a service provider who doesn't know the first thing about customer service. IF YOU DO GO, try the women in the shop. They do amazing work! read more
