The older gentleman doesn't speak, pushes your foot when he wants it moved, clips/files so rough that I reacted with "oww" out of loud---surprised I wasn't bleeding, paint on skin, poorly painted toes, in and out of pedicure chair in 30 mins. Shellac manicure done by lady. Looks a week old and just walked out. Waste of $100. I won't be back. Why is it so hard to find a good place for nails nowadays?? This is why people buy kits and do it themselves but every now and then you like to treat yourself. Nope. Not this place. Do better if you are going to offer a service. read more

My new favorite place to get my nails done! A friend recommended ARC nails. I have been to other places in town where my shellac or dip chipped in a matter of days. (I now prefer dip for my fingers). ARC nails is clean, upscale and most importantly does a great job! I've been twice now. My first dip lasted for almost 3 weeks, actually it would have lasted longer but I needed a color change for an upcoming wedding. The second time I went I got a pedicure along with my dip on my nails. The people are friendly and I like the atmosphere. Will definitely be back in a couple of weeks! read more

Have been a regular here for years. Always great service. I usually get dip but tried a new service today (not sure what it's called but it's like Elmer's glue & dries under the UV light - thin and hard). Pretty fabulous. Great job, Ly! And, shout out to Eddie - his pedicures are consistently fabulous. read more

Worst pedicure of my life. It was so quick, done in 15 minutes. She did not take her time, it was supposed to be a 5 min massage, it was literally 2 minutes with oil. NO lotion. She did not offer me a drink but everyone around me was offered. read more

Don't get Hannah. Rough. It was obvious she was going as fast as she could. No communication. No eye contact. Terrible pedicure. Did not offer a beverage. Not a pleasant experience read more

This such a beautiful and clean place. The staff is very friendly! We were immediately greeted and helped to start our session. They have plenty of services you can choose from. I highly recommend this salon!!! read more

The first picture is what the lady did.. The second was what I asked for. I don't think the work was done badly- it just wasn't what I wanted. I took two girls with me and we got a total of 3 classic pedicures (which cost $27). It totaled up to $121. I asked why and they told me it was because we got designs. The designs were $10... They charged $10 for a simple silver line on a toe. They weren't telling me how much anything was costing even though I was asking. In fact, they were quite rude. I took two young girls who had tried to talk to them a few times but gave up when they weren't responding. It was also clear they spoke very well English, so it wasn't even accounted for. Overall, we had a fun girl's night, but this place definitely needs some improvement. I won't be back. read more

Worst experience ever. Horrible job on both mani and pedi. Polish (dip) chipped off nails in less than a week. Toe nails a complete wreck. And halfway through to be told it would be an additional $5 to do my cuticles. Outrageous!Call any place in town and they'll all say it's part of the mani. I went there the first time and had similar experience. But later decided I'd give you another shot. It was a good experience. So I came back this time and this is what happened. Never again!!! read more

if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Everyone who works here is completely rude & to top that off, I waited an hour and 20 minutes WITH an appointment and watched people who walked in after me go straight ahead. Really felt like a discrimination thing. read more

I've been to this nail salon many times always brushing off how rude they were. Tonight I went in to get my engagement photo nails done and told the lady this four different times. I love this salon and every nail tech I have had has done a great job. This is where my friends go for special occasions.

paid $47 dollars to get an acrylic set, i can see the acrylic through the paint from the lack of polish they used, also when i asked for a nail design it was no where near what i wanted and i walked out with this. read more

I got a pedicure a couples weeks ago by Nina. I give her 5 stars! BUT, my son took his 2 daughters in for manicures on Wednesday. They were given the nails with polish to choose a color. One picked out what she thought was white, but it actually had no color on it. A couple of the guys started talking (not in English), giggling, & looking at my granddaughter. It really hurt her feelings. My son said it was pretty obvious they were laughing at her. I would've taken my girls elsewhere at that point, but they stayed & did get nice manicures. I doubt they go back. I need a pedicure today, but I can't go back, not there. read more

This place sucks. They're rude, pushy, impatient, don't take the time to do the job well. My cuticles looked worse than if I did them myself. They used the wrong color shellac and had to paint again. The shellac started coming off in 2 days and was completely off after one week. Not to mention they're overpriced. This isn't my first time with this service either. I went with a group and 2 of our group left to go somewhere else before even deciding on a color because they were so pushy and rude. I wouldn't recommend it to someone I hate lol Try Infinity Nails on riverside. read more

I have been coming here for years, and I think they may be under new ownership. The last two times I have been my nails looked like I did them myself. Most recently I was convinced to do dip nails for $15 more than shellac, and the edges of my nails looked awful. When I asked for an edge to be fixed the nail technician tried to fill it in with REGULAR nail polish instead of the dip powder. She didn't clean up the edges and she told me a lotion massage was not included in a manicure. I have never not received a lotion massage before. read more

Workers weren't so friendly. When I'm Sitting there for 30-45mins at least you could do is have some small talk with me. Kinda overpriced. Usually a full set is $25, they charged $32. I like my acrylic nails long and slim. They said it's an extra $5 to keep it long. What? I've never heard of that before in my life. Don't understand the overprice of the place, yes they are located at a higher end part of town and the store is nice but that's it. They didn't do anything extra. Didn't even get a water or anything. Also, I'm writing this review two days after my visit. One nail is broken, literally half my nail broke off. Another is cracked. Literally both was because I used the bathroom and they both cracked while I was wiping. That's ridiculous. read more

I think this place is fantastic. Always very nice. Sometimes they can get pretty busy tho with a long wait. They always do a good job. And it's a very beautiful place. Good music playing. Offer drink such as tea soda and adult beverages at no cost. They have a menu with a very wide variety of options on treatments you can get. Def 5 stars. read more

Yes I like this place very much. It's clean as a whistle, and I'm always able to get a same day appt, or walk in. I have a preferred nail tech, and I'll wait a little longer for her, or even come back another day...she's that good. They have a great selection of Shellac/OPI etc. and regular polish. They have some samples of nail art, but that's not my thing. I much prefer this to any of the other same day nail places I've tried in South Tulsa, and I've tried a few that I wouldn't go back to at all, either because the of the level of cleanliness or the rudeness of the staff. read more

I loved this place! Super reasonable and very clean. My nail tech did an amazing job!! I dont get acrylics just eyebrows waxed and pedicure. I will be back! read more

I live and work in east Tulsa, but I will continue to drive all the way to South Tulsa for this salon. Just had my second pedi at this place for the year and it's only February. They have both been the best pedis I've had in all of the Tulsa area -- even with two different technicians. Before trying this place, it had been over a year since going to a nail salon because the last manicurist (in midtown) made my cuticles bleed and STILL proceeded to paint my nails with the blood drying in with the paint. I'm not one to complain so I just stopped going to nail salons all together. Thank you ABC Nails for making me feel so pampered today. read more

I've been twice because my Step Mother is obsessed. I always found the place to be very relaxing and to be honest, more "higher-end" than most nail salons around the Tulsa area. I've always noticed how clean the place is and how they sanitize which is critical! But when I went to use their bathroom, I noticed a stack of boxes full of supplies. Maybe that don't have room for a storage closet or something? Not sure. But that kinda ruined the theme of relaxation & cleanliness. Maybe that should at least out a curtain around it or something? Made me wonder if anyone ever stole from those boxes. Anyway, when I went to have a pedicure, I did the package with the hot stones, leg massage etc etc. But sadly the lady was not very experienced in massage and seemed to just rub my legs over and over again in the same spot. At times I didn't even know she was rubbing my legs still. I was about to say something but felt awkward and kept my mouth shut. I suppose that was my bad for not being communicative. My nails did come out beautiful and my skin was very soft afterwards. Overall, it was relaxing. I just wish they had more skilled massagers. What's the point of having these extra features when you aren't very good at them? read more

I went to this salon several years ago when it was ABC instead of ARC. I was a regular customer until my favorite nail tech moved. I followed her, but she recently moved out of state so I thought I would give this place another shot since it's close to my home. I have NEVER written a negative review on any place before. When I first walked in I was greeted by a very friendly young man who helped me to pick out a polish and directed me to the pedicure chair. I greeted the young woman doing my pedicure and got a simple hello. She then asked if I wanted something to drink, I ordered a drink....never got it. She was extremely rough. When she was finished with my toes she pointed to the chair for my manicure. As I was raising the arm to get up, things she had put on the arm flew off. I apologized and she said nothing! When she was doing my manicure she kept telling me I needed to relax my hand and continued to be very rough. Two of my fingers have cuts on the cuticles and one of them has a burned place at the base of the nail. I did not put my shoes back on for over 2 hours and I still messed up the polish on both my feet. I never once was told a simple thank you for my business! Very disappointing experience and needless to say I will find another nail salon!! read more

Let me tell you ladies. I came here to get pampered right before one of my close friend's birthday and she treated me to a full set. As they did my nails I looked around and just loved how beautiful the salon was. After I got my nails done, I dried them and went on my way. The next day I was making my bed and one of my nails broke right off! I went in to have it fixed and went on my way. I went back home and another nail broke followed by another 3 more!! I don't do hard labor and I even wear gloves to wash my dishes just to make sure my nails don't get damaged! After demanding a refund, they decided to set me an appointment and have their "best nail tech" re-do my nails. All this consisted of was her just putting on more acrylic and not a whole new set like I was originally promised. If you want to do acrylics please don't go here. read more

I usually go to Arc Nails as they are very clean and normally fo a great job. However, I went in on 1/13/19 for a basic manicure and hot stone pedicure. For the extra money for hot stones, the girls just rubbed my legs for about 30 seconds and that was it. Not sure if she was new or what, but also was very slow with polishing. She seemed as if she didn't know what to do. Then, for the basic manicure, I didn't even get an arm massage. Really? I was going to say something but felt awkward so I kept my mouth shut. Now that I'm home, I wish I'd have spoke up. Not sure what is going on, but I certainly don't want that tech again. For $46, it wasn't worth it. read more

Very poor service ! Quality of work was terrible . i left with mishaped and half polished nails because they wanted to make sure they were able to close at 7. I was also admittedly discriminated against by the lady doing my nails . after pay i was told they really didnt want to do my nails because they i was a drunk. Im a welder/fitter . how does stained work clothes equal dirty drunk . how totally humiliating especially since i was meeting a refering friend . she apologized for inviting me . I will never go back .. read more

Very friendly and nice. If you want a good pedicure that you feel like you can actually sit and enjoy, I would recommend coming here.

Just wanted to check-in with another update. ABC has become my go-to nail salon. I have been there enough over the past 6 months that I feel like I can say they give consistently good service. I really like that they set timers for their pedicures so they won't rush. After trying a bunch of pedicures, I am not sure that the most expensive ones are worth the extra cost. I think the middle of the road ones are the best value. Also, even though some of the pedicures say like 80 or 90 minutes long, the little timers they use only go up to 60 minutes, so I've found they all take about that long. Love that they serve the complimentary beverages in chilled glasses. They added a new feature to the menu where for $10 more, you get a 10 minute neck/shoulder massage. I've taken them up on this a few times and it's been pretty hit or miss...mostly miss. It's great because most of them will give you the massage while you're sitting at the drying table, so they can actually reach you rather than leaning over the pedicure chair. But unfortunately, i haven't gotten anyone who does a really killer shoulder massage yet. I wish they would give the employees a little seminar on good shoulder massages and I would totally spend the extra $10 every time. I still always evict a relaxing employee from the wax room every time I get a brow wax. It's become kind of funny actually. Tip: If you're really into pink nail polish, you may want to bring your own. I have found that's the one color they seem to be lacking on selection. read more

Went in today for a pedicure for my wedding day. (I'm getting married on a beach/barefoot so I was looking forward to a lovely pedi). Not what I experienced! He cut my toe nails WAY too short & 4 toes were totally crooked! Crook-ed!!! Then he rinsed my feet off with freezing cold water that made me jump. Minutes later I was practically burned by a hot stone. Which made me jump also. My nail guy just seemed aloof & clueless. He should have asked if I wanted my big toenails trimmed FIRST & should check the temp. Very unhappy with my experience & my jacked wedding toenails. :( read more

I have had my nails done here for a few years now. I'm usually happy but lately the level of techs employed do not make the efforts to clean tools and show even a tiny bit of customer service. The last time I was there (2 weeks ago) the woman took tools from a drawer- not from the sanitized pkg like usual and then after doing my nails put those dirty tools BACK IN THE DRAWER without so much as rinsing or wiping them!!!! She also made 2 phone calls DURING my visit one to remind her son to go get a haircut for prom then another to the hairdresser to remind them to do a good job because it was her son"s prom that night! I normally tip and I did so but she left out some steps when she did my shellac AND my polished started chipping off before the week was even up! She said"come back and I fix it for you" but if you've already sat for an hour or more to have your nails done-should someone expect to have to take EVEN MORE time out to drive there just so they can do the job that should have been done the first time??? I'm not paying for that anymore! Zero stars for the last few visits here! read more

Not very happy with abc nails. I went there and got a fill, they painted them black and put a jewel on my ring finger nails. Once I stepped out of the salon, my nails turned blue instead of black, and one of my jewels fell off less than a week later. The only reason the other jewel stayed on was because there was a very noticeable amount of glue on my nail to keep it in place. read more
