Never going back. Came in here with a friend to get a mani/pedi. We both got seated for our pedicure. A lady started on hers first. There was another lady finishing up. Instead of going to me next, she helped a customer that just came in. Another lady finished up and came over and saw my nails and was like "oh I didn't realize you had shellac on your nails, you should have told me so we can get you started" My toenails are not even polished fully. You can see my third toe is missing some paint. My finger nails are sloppily polished. I understand Vietnamese and the whole time the lady was talking crap about my nails and how hard my cuticles were. Poor customer service. Definitely won't be getting my money again. read more

Came in with my daughter who has terrible cuticles and wanted to get dip. They did not even do a manicure, just put dip on top of terrible cuticles. Once I realized, they would not redo, and tried to trim up the hard dip off the skin on her fingers and then had the nerve to up charge me. Terrible customer service and the nails look awful. Complete waste of $35. Will never return. Went straight to another salon to have them completely redone. read more

Mom and I had been here a few months ago and she really enjoyed it. They did a great job. Today we brought in my little cutie niece for a little paint job as well. My moms nail tech was great. She even asked for his card. His name is Vu. My nieces nail tech was not doing a good job with her. She trimmed her nails after polish was done which messed it up and I had to fix it. She want very thorough and didn't seem to really care. My niece didn't seem to care, because she's just a kid. For my moms mani and pedi it was $40 and my nieces was $10. read more

Nail Palace is my favorite nail salon in Tulsa. They are always helpful and the atmosphere is relaxing. One of their BEST qualities is keeping appointments running on time. I love knowing when I schedule an appointment the time will be kept for me. They could easily try to squeeze in a walk-in if they have a few minutes until their next appointment but they don't do that. Thank you for taking care of those of us who must live life on a schedule!! :-) I have been a walk-in customer as well and have been on the receiving end of the "we have appointments scheduled soon so you will need to wait" and even then I appreciated their work ethic. It wouldn't be fair of me to make a scheduled customer wait just because I couldn't be patient. I also have to give them 5-stars for the way they handle stressful situations. The owner is always smiling, trying to make all customers happy. Over the years I have been a customer I have seen some tough moments with people who feel they are entitled but he doesn't let that rattle him. He and the rest of his staff strives to give a great experience to all. The nail products they carry are fantastic. Their color selections for regular polish, shellac, and dip are extensive. The pedicure chairs, the background music, the complimentary beverage all combine to make a great experience. Not only do I find the decor and general surroundings relaxing, but the chairs a so comfortable, the staff really take their time with the services, doing it right, and they listen when you ask for them to be firm or gentle. This is only the second time I've posted a review but this was such a bad experience that I had to share. The last time I came to this nail salon I was told that they were too busy and could not accommodate me at that time. I was told to call ahead. OK, I get it - Totally & completely fair. I literally called this place today in the afternoon asking if I could come in at 5pm to get a gel manicure. I was told that walk-ins were welcome (and I didn't need an appointment). When I showed up at 4:52 PM, the guy (assuming he's the manager) at the counter told me that I would need to wait for 30 minutes because they had two appointments coming in at 5 PM. He then told me I should make an appointment next time. I explained that I called earlier and was told differently. At this point this guy and a woman in the back we're not with any clients. (So technically they could have started on me until their 5pm arrived.) I asked if I could wait in case they didn't show up and he said sure but he'll give them until 5:15 and also said to sit anywhere I would like. And I said great, and he told me to pick a color. I let him know that I wanted the same color and he pointed me in the direction of the gel polish selection. So I went to find the closest match. He told me to sit anywhere I'd like again. I set my drinks down in the seat I selected and began to pick a color. BTW, I asked how long a gel manicure would take and he said 30 minutes. The ladies with the appointments came in a little after 5 (ok, I totally checked my phone cause I was a little bit bummed) - at 5:07pm. So technically at this point we literally would've been halfway done with my manicure had he actually started when I walked in the door and asked for a gel manicure. And I would not have minded at all if he had to pause on mine to do the others. The next thing I know, the manager is moving my stuff to a different seat. So apparently, sit anywhere you'd like does not really mean sit anywhere you'd like. And to clarify, there are literally so many open seats in this place because there's only two other ladies getting their nails done. Why did he do that? IMO, that was mean and unnecessary. While the other women began to look at polish colors, I selected mine and turned around to tell them which number (I wanted to make sure the other ladies could look at the colors on this wheel too, hence letting the manager know my selection). The guy looked at me and said "oh we will get to you later we are going to take care of them first." I was quite literally shocked for a moment. He told me to pick a color - he even pointed me to the polish selection. I jumped out of my daze and remembered - oh wait, THERE ARE TONS OF OTHER NAIL SALONS. I set down my selected polish and said "never mind I'll go somewhere else." Seriously, don't spend your money here. Spend it where somebody cares about every person that walks in, makes an appointment or calls ahead. Politeness goes a long way. read more

I will always choose The Nail Palace (Shortened to The Palace by my gal-pals and I) because the prices are not only pretty decent for what they do, but they do it well. My dad even has athletes foot and when it's time for his nails to be cut, we just bring him in, and the techs take care of the rest. I'm a really bad nail bitter and I have to force myself to wait until everything grows just so before I go in and get a manicure with their gel. Keeps my nails strong, I can't bite through it, and when I finally take it off, it doesn't ruin my nail bed like with fake nails. The people here are actually really nice, but a few of them don't speak English very well, which might be why some reviews say they're rude. read more

Love this nail salon! I've been there over 20 times now and they have yet to snip my cuticles too much where I bleed. I've been to so many where they cut me and just kind of put stuff on it and keep going and then it gets infected. Not this place!!! If they mess up, they fix it! If after two coats it still looks thin, they put a third coat on. read more
