So I walk in and state that I need a hair cut. One lady gives me a strange look, the other without looking at me says "I'm booked all day." I was told by the first lady to have a seat and she would take care of me. I don't know if it's just me but don't say walk ins are welcome if you're going to act like its a hinderance to have to deal with them. Two minutes later another "stylist" walks in and was told by the first lady to give me a hair cut. Now this lady (Charlotte) was very kind and respectful but cutting hair IS NOT HER EXPERTISE OR HER WHAT SHE PRIMARY DOES. My mistake for assuming my simple cut could be fucked up so badly. I asked for a simple 1" on top and 1/2" on the sides with a fade. Basic basic basic! She spent 15 minutes messing around on the left side of my head then I'm guessing she fucked up the fade because I was left with a 3/8" on top all patchy and uneven and 1/8 on the sides with uneven fades and one really extra short strip on the left side! I was so pissed I just paid and left, I didn't want to spend another second arguing with them in there. Moral of this review, do not come here expecting them to care or even know how to cut hair. Charlotte you were nice but if you aren't qualified to cut a basic haircut then please let people know so they can go elsewhere to get what they want! He was so busy looking around at everyone else, he could not keep focused on the job he was doing for me. The young woman next to me got a great pedicure. We both bought the 39.00 one. Mine consisted of a little cuticle removing, had to ask for my nails to be trimmed, buffed with a little sponge, had to ask for heel attention, a few swipes there, proceeded to put my sandals on to paint my nails. I asked if they had those disposable flip flops so he went and got some. I have never had my toes painted IN MY SHOES! He even painted them in the throw away shoes. 2 coats of paint and a top coat and done. I also decided to get a basic manicure. He did that also. Lackluster to say the least! A little water in a bowl, cuticle trim, cut me and made me bleed. He gave me a little trim, a quick buff with a square pad and was going to paint. NO filing, no cuticle cream, nothing I am used to, even for a basic manicure. I had to ask for base coat, 2 coats of paint(not good either). I had to even clean up the excess paint on my skin when I got home. Really don't know what I spent 59.00 plus tip on. This place gets great reviews.
