Walked in for a mani-pedi while visiting Owasso. Just a lot away from the Home2 Suites by Hilton, so I walked over. Initially I wanted to get gel x and cover my natural nails because they're brittle and have not fully recovered from the last time I got tips. Kent suggested I get the biosculpture gel to treat my thin, brittle nails. I took him up on it and skipped the added nail tips. Kent was meticulous in applying the gel on my nails, focusing on applying additional layers on my problematic ones. He topped it off with color 020 gel. I got the basic pedi in the same color, 020 in regular polish. The have the colors in both gel and regular polish. Pedi was in the massage chair and included a foot massage and scrub. I enjoyed my trip to this nail salon and appreciate the insightful food recommendations in Tulsa. Will be back the next time in the area. read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I had made an appointment and arrived and had to wait an hour to get in the chair, the they tried to tell me I had to get a new set bc my nails were "bad" when I had just got them done less than two weeks ago and they were perfectly fine then did their own shape and made me get black bc white French tip wouldn't look good and my fill took over an hour because they kept trying to scam me and my friends into spending more money then discussed in front of me what they should charge me bc they don't have a price sheet and then charges me 55$ for a fill and my friend 65$ for a full set and wouldn't even let my other friend get her nails done when we had appointments!! this happened yesterday and my gel nail pi has already chipped in several places read more

Unfortunately I'm going to have to find a new nail salon. When I moved, this place came highly recommended. Sometimes it's great; sometimes my nails look awful. Once they left me waiting in a lukewarm foot bath for an extremely long time when it had been indicated there wasn't a wait. The last straw was when I paid for an expensive pedicure that, according to the service description, included paraffin wax. When the technician gave me the shortest foot massage ever and grabbed the nail polish, I asked about the wax treatment. I was told it wasn't included. I explained that it's listed on the service menu as an inclusion, but I was told no, I couldn't have it. They didn't give me a discount or anything. Terrible service. Also, they don't offer you a drink anymore. It's just not a relaxing experience. read more

Hot pink pedi and Dip manicure with pink and white Ombre: Vivian did a fantastic job, even discussing the subtleties of a dark pink powder (too much) with the soft white blended tips. I'm from out of town and came to Lee's because it is near my hotel. They've just been open a short time but did great. Soft orchestral music on the sound system and offered me a drink. I was a walk-in, but a young man sat me down had my dip polish soaking off in no time. They even gave me some kind of discount without me knowing or asking, and a loyalty card. I went in for a basic manicure that should normally take 20-30 mins max, there was only one other client in there, I was there for well over an hour! She had to fix one nail 4 times because she kept putting the top coat too quickly. Then, less than 24 hours later, 6 nails have chipped. Not pleased at all! read more

She didn't ask me what shape I wanted. Didn't talk to me at all. She made five cuticles on me bleed. She then used the Cuticle oil on my BLEEDING finger and then proceeded to just keep dipping in the now bloodied brush into the oil bottle. I even told the MANAGER that the cuticle oil was contaminated with my blood and they left it there. Didn't throw it away. Nothing. They also didn't discount my nails at all even though I was BLEEDING. They did not even apologize for making me bleed. Don't go. Just don't. The service was actually horrible. read more
