This place is trash, absolutely horrible. They charge you more than you actually paid for, the nail job that they did on my mom was disgusting. The charged my mom's nails 75 and they charged mine 47, horrifying. And they made my mom pay 15 for the shimmer, like what? And the guy who did mine was way too rough. Also, he got one of my nails crooked!! It's absolutely garbage. The stupid blonde girl in front was so annoying and rude. This place is one of the worst salons. They are always in a rush. I'm one to give a couple chances because everyone has a bad day but the last couple times have been the worst experience. Second to last time they were in such a rush they cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding on several fingers. A day after getting the dip done it began breaking to the point I returned to have them fix it. At this point I was told I shouldn't have picked that dip because it wasn't any good (how was I to know that). I again decided to give them another chance and arrived just as they opened on a Sunday to get the set I had removed and a new set put on. The lady began filing the set off when Lynn arrived and told me I would have to come back a different day to get my nails done because she didn't have time. Why didn't they state that before she began taking my set off?! They are obviously not ready or equipped to be in business as they are always in a rush due to not having enough staff. What may look very classy and clean from when you first walk in, but once seated it is clear that each employee has a basket with their tools that are clearly not bagged, which means they did not come out of their fancy autoclave and have been used on several clients throughout the day. My husband and I had just finished with our "foot bath" and watched both of our ladies pick up their baskets and went straight over to another client to start another pedicure. I have a feeling I just found my new go-to salon. I loved my visit to Dazzling Nail Bar today! When I arrived, I found out it was being opened by my favorite nail tech from Serenity Nails, Tommy. He and his wife have created a beautiful, modern salon. Of course being new, the massage chairs worked great and everything had that brand new, clean feel. They took zero time on the manicures themselves and we both ended up with cuts on cuticles, uneven filing, most of the nail wasn't covered with polish but yet our fingers were covered with polish and powder when we left. I checked in for a polish change yesterday after inquiring over the phone and was told $20 for hands/feet, when I questioned the lady about different colors she says "just go over there and we'll deal it" the guy approached polished nails then a lady came over to assist and I noticed afterwards she only used one coat, the wsy he polished wasn't completely satisfactory but ok enough (if that makes sense) I asked her about putting on another coat which she nonchalantly did and said she'll do top coat shortly but never did, I ended up leaving after being approached about a $30 tab I told him that I initially asked about costs and was never told about the up charge for multiple colors which is fine however it was not said by the rude lady nor did he introduce himself or mentioned it when I told him & when he did multicolor but yet you question about me giving a tip twice...yeah right. I went to the same girl (Amy) for over a year and was pleased with my nails, but eventually, the quality deteriorated. One time, she was on sick leave, so I scheduled with the owner's wife. She did a beautiful job, so I scheduled my next appointment with her (Lynn, I believe). I went in for my fills a bit early to pick out my color. There were two nail techs chatting in the back of the salon, but no sign of Lynn. One of the techs tried to call her but couldn't get ahold of her. I waited over half an hour, then left very irritated. A few hours later (after I had my nails done elsewhere), I got a call from Lynn, saying, "I sorry," but that was all. I haven't gone back and won't if they don't value my business more than that. I now go to Kate Salon, where they do beautiful work and show up. read more

Booked a party of 7 for nails and pedicure and when we came in they had forgotten to schedule us correctly and rushed us and did not do the nails the way we asked. It was for a bridal party and we felt rushed and felt as if we didn't get a good job done. Two of the girls were rude and because of rushing the service of the pedicure hurt. I refuse to go back here. We went when they first opened up to get our nails done for my best friend's wedding. There's no way thay the girl that did my nails had her license. She left a huge gap between my real and the fake nails and then when I asked her to fix it she cut my real nail under the fake nail so low it was bleeding. I had to put super glue in between the nails. They did redo them but while I was back for the hour to redo them three other people came in for the same problem. I was seated immediately by my nail tech and then she gathered her things and started right away. She was gentle and never skipped a step.
