They did beautiful work on my daughter, my granddaughter, and myself! Very patient with my 3 year old granddaughter. 10/10 recommend!

my daughter and her friend went in to get their nails done. She was quoted $135 for the both of them to get their nails done. End up paying $260!! the receipt says acrylic full set custom full set $130 each. a full set, French nails for both of them, with little flowers on each nail. I don't think so... It's hard to believe for a full acrylic set at ct nails is charging $130.... my daughter and I have been going to CT for a while now and never once had I ever had to pay $130 for a full set. So I don't know if they went up in their prices, or if they took advantage of my daughter. I am Not happy with this. And we will not be going back. read more

It took an 1.5 hours for these nails. I wanted to try something different than the usual gel nails I usually get. I asked about doing fun designs and stuff but the gentleman didn't seem interested so I asked for a French manicure because that's honestly the only thing I know other than the gel nails I usually get. The girl next to me got all different designs on each finger and paid $120. When i went to pay it was $100. They said they charged $20 for chrome and $15 for thin tips which I didn't ask for either? Super disappointed I would have way rather paid the $120 for all different designs. Super talented people in there just make sure and ask prices beforehand and maybe even pay beforehand so they can't add anything without you knowing. read more

I wouldn't step foot on the welcome mat of this salon again. I do my own nails at home, but I'm not licensed so I thought I'd go to a salon to clean up my cuticles. Never this one again. They used a drill bit with caked up gel polish on it and I didn't even get any color? So it definitely wasn't disinfected. Makes me very concerned about the cleanliness of the tools that clipped my cuticles. And I was charged an additional $10 for a design. Where is the design? Wow. read more

BEWARE CT Nail lounge is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL nail salons I have ever encountered. My sister and I, have been going to Michael for about 8 years now. We have given this nail salon more than enough business. We stopped in on May 19th. I got a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure, she got the same. Michael did my nails, did not have any problems. Some lady I have never seen (she must be new) her name was Katy, she was doing my sisters nails. My sister had her one month old with her - all newborns do is sleep. My sister sat down and Katy made it an issue she had her baby there - EVEN THO THE BABY DID NOT MAKE A PEEP. SHE WAS IN A CAR SEAT NEXT TO HER. i was waiting for michael to do my nails and I grabbed my niece and was going to hold her until Michael was ready. The whole time the nail tech Katy kept making comments to both my sister and I like we did not know how to parent a newborn. I told Katy I had kids myself I KNOW WHAT IM DOING. all I did was walk up to the front and let the manager VAN know i did not appreciate his nail tech Katy making comments the WHOLE time about how to be a mother. The manager did not care what so ever that Katy was making my sister and I feel so uncomfortable. She was only doing that because she was mad about the child being there to begin with !!! The manager Van did not say "i'm sorry" one time. he actually came over and ARGUED with me in front of the few ppl in the shop! he told me Katy said nothing about my sisters daughter. LOL OKAY I WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE ! I have been a loyal customer for way too many years, and this is how i am treated. The past couple of times I have came into this salon I have been very unhappy! I will be taking my future business to diamond nails. And appreciate all the disrespect my sister and I was given today! OH THE MANAGER EVEN TOLD ME HE COULD REFUSE SERVICE . I SAID PLEASE DO ! Thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my visit. Nails were gorgeousssss and the staff really went above and beyond. The amount of talent and attention to detail really set this place apart from every other I have been to. My rather complicated nail idea was executed perfectly, and I saw simpler sets being treated with just as much care as well. Took my daughter and my sister for a girls day. My daughter loved getting her nails and toes done she is 5 so loves all the girly time! The nail technician that she had wouldn't listen to me when I told him how her nails were to be done which was VERY simple pointer finger sparkles and the rest a pink and same with toes, he kept painting all of her nails with sparkles. Not only that the website said her the price would be different than what I paid. It was well worth it getting to treat my little girl. Only thing I would say I didn't like was repeating myself constantly to the technician as to what my daughter wanted and kept doing what he wanted. read more
