They replied they were booked up with appointments, etc. and have too many customers and don't think they could service me. I came in at 5:45 pm. They are open until 7:00 pm. That's not close to their closing time. If they were too busy they should have posted that information on the door so, I wouldn't have wasted my time even going in their establishment. Or, lock your door if you don't intend to service any additional customers. To say you were full sounds like an excuse because you want to get out at or around closing time. A good business would service all their customers. Appointments and walk-ins. This happened today and I didn't even leave my name, yet they know the situation because they responded immediately to my review. I will NEVER use their business again. I will continue to go to POSH NAILS on South Peoria in the Brookside area. They don't have an issue with making money. Piss poor service. Terrible service.

The salon itself is clean and soothing, with thoughtful textures (e.g., woven baskets and lampshades, plants, and other wood elements). Instead of the usual bulky massage chairs, they have comfortable reclining seats. My classic pedicure included a massage with hot stones and towel wraps.

When I asked for basic gel shellac, they wanted to charge me the same as acrylic because of of the take off charge. $50 for gel is outrageous especially whn they should correct the wrong. Mind you I also tipped my nail artist $20. This place will never get any more business from me.
