My first time here I had acrylics done with shellac/gel and in a couple days the polish started chipping. I came back when I could, 7 days later and they charged me $25 to get them painted correctly using the same color. I said this is my first time here and the polish didn't last and you're going to charge me that much money then I won't come back and she didn't say a word so I paid and left. I was willing to pay and even going to tip but that was too much money considering it wasn't done correctly the first time. I guess they don't need business. read more

Small clean shop, only seen 2 workers, luckily nobody was there and I got in without appt. I was looking for a new salon, because the one I was going to wasn't doing that great and my nails were breaking next day or I had bubbles in them, and they rush to get to the next client and cut me all the time. After asking a friend where she goes she highly recommended Princess nails. She did recommend calling for an appointment because it's small and just 2 ladies so it can get busy. I called and got an appointment same day. They were so polite and she took her time and my nails have never looked better! This will be my new go to! read more

It doesn't look like much, but this is the BEST place to get a pedicure in Tulsa- I've tried many others and no one does as good a job at cleaning and carefully manicuring your feet. They take their time, and I leave so much more satisfied than from other salons. After I get a pedicure here, I don't need another one for twice as long as I would after getting a pedicure at another salon- they really do that good a job. The polish selection is smaller than at other places, but I promise they make up for it in service and thoroughness. Prices are VERY fair for the quality of work they do. The people that run this are very sweet and often are busy, so its in your best interest to call ahead, and avoid weekends if you can- its harder to get in. read more

I have been going to princess nails for years. Holly, the owner always does my nails. I have white tip solar nails, and they are always straight and look great for weeks at a time. People are always giving me compliments. In regard to pedicures, I have never had a bad one. The attention to detail in the prep work, such as removing the cuticles, calluses, and dead skin or superb. Since I always get a French pedicure I am picky about the lines being straight and looking as natural as possible. The ambience is lacking, so if you are looking for that "high end, spa day" experience, this is not your place. However, if you are looking for a great manicure/pedicure, at a great price, equaling great value, I highly recommend princess nails. read more

As I'm still sitting here at Princess Nails I'm more than displeased. My two daughters and I came in to Princess Nails for two pedicures and one full set. They called the first daughter back for her pedicure and then the second daughter for her full set. The technicians were busy working on two other pedicures which is why I figured the didn't call me back. I sat patiently waiting. Once the other tech was done the cleaned the bassin and refilled it. I thought they were going to call me back soon but they didn't. Another lady walked in and ask for a pedicure and they sat her right away. Of course this is when I spoke up. I will say that when we came in I repeated our services twice and had an appointment. There is no excuse I would never come back. read more

I've been going to Princess Nails for over 10 years. Holly always does my solar nails. She is the only nail tech who can do my nails and they stay on. I get my nails filled every two weeks and I get a lot of comments about how natural my nails look. Walk ins are welcome but if you want Holly - you need to make an appointment because she is always in demand. you can usually get an appointment same day but I try to make my appointment a few days in advance so that I get the time I want. This is a typical walk-in place so don't expect anything fancy but you get a lot of value for your $$. Holly hasn't increased the prices the entire time I have been going there. My girlfriend goes to this place and I thought why not, I would give it a try. My feet don't get much regular attention, so they had their work cut out for them. I had Amy do my pedicure. She was fantastic! Took lots of time on getting my nails trimmed and my feet cleaned up. I am now a semi-regular customer. Never thought I would love a pedicure, but now I really look forward to it. Holly is the best, but she is busy! I went and got my nails done somewhere else due to availability and called her the same day the schedule an appointment. My nails are always straight, thin but sturdy and the polish is wonderful. Only reason it isn't getting 5 stars is because the pedicure is slightly lacking for my particular wants, my feet look awesome but I enjoy a little bit more of a foot massage experience. read more
