After I left a Google review, the owner called me to apologize and give me a free pedicure. Today I went in for that free pedicure. The employee said that the best they could do was 20% off. That is NOT what was offered because I would have never returned to Lush for 20% off!. I'm extremely disappointed because I took a chance to come back after my horrible experience and now the owner won't honor what she said. Here's the review I left and her response on Google. I have frequented LUSH because I love the pampering of the Hawaiian pedicure. This last time I went, the pedicurist set her timer for 40 minutes instead of 50. She was gone in the back room for at least 50% of this time. I was extremely disappointed. I also had my nails done. The manicurist was rough, hitting my skin with the dremel several times. She also did not listen and I finally gave up leaving to finish my nails myself. I am not going back. The last time was my final straw, my nail lady spoke zero english, normally they understand what you are saying, mostly at least, but she had to run off and have someone translate everything I said to her and interrupt the appointment every time. Just taking off the gel was such a botched job that I didn't even let her do my nails again. I asked for rounded shape, they were all uneven lengths, not very rounded, and filed horribly. The service is always bad, the girl at the front desk is always bossing you around and just rude. I definitely don't recommend this place if you want a relaxing few hours, and especially if you are getting your nails done for a special occasion. I will not be back, and I will never refer anyone here.
