I often bring someone with me to treat them and enjoy a few hours of conversation. Tanya is perhaps the worst nail tech I've ever encountered. I've been a licensed nail tech until I left to care for my folks. I see what they do to the customers who pay their bills. If you so much LOOK less than what they believe to be worthy you will be touched roughly.... The pedicure water temperature is too cold or too hot, the too hot towels placed on the legs, no care on how short the nails when cutting them , nipping the toes, not applying the necessary amount of glue, lacking proper hygiene, not preparing the nail plate, weak nail tips, rough sanding, and not under the heat lamp long enough between coats. The list could include some other items to consider. What they charge is another issue! Return for repairs is for you to pay. They have been at that location a while and many have worked for years at that location. It was when I wore boots and a miniskirt they reacted to me. Yet, Tanya, was wearing a miniskirt. Said I was too old. I will never return. I'm sure they have their regulars to get by. Its seems a business would appreciate their customers and what positive reviews. I requested the Pedicure of the Month, but the technician insisted I had asked for the basic "Uniq…read morePedicure," even though I've never ordered that during any of my previous visits. I specifically wanted the pedicure that includes the paraffin wax. When I brought it to the technician's attention, another employee came over visibly frustrated, huffing and puffing, and told me the paraffin wax would cost an additional $15. The issue wasn't the extra charge--it was the poor communication and unprofessional attitude. The technician also told me I had an ingrown toenail and, without asking for my permission, cut my toenail vertically all the way down toward the cuticle. Ironically, that is what caused it to become painful. I explained that my toe wasn't hurting and that if I ever suspected an ingrown toenail, I would see a podiatrist rather than have it treated without my consent. A simple apology for the miscommunication and an effort to make it right--whether by honoring the service that was requested or offering a small discount on a future visit--would have gone a long way. Instead, I felt like I was being treated as though I was trying to get something for free. Unfortunately, the customer service has declined, and because of this experience, I won't be returning.

Was no wait . Picked my color and got right into the massage chair(not the best : only three different choices , very simple) . Workers were nice , gave us the "menu" and let us choose our pedicure, and then was off. Timers were used. Pedicure was pretty basic even with the special scents and massage stones with warm towels. Clippers were dull and worker was having difficulty cutting any of my nails (I do not have thick nails... lol) ...so she went to filing . Did great with cleaning up the cuticles . Received a Light quick massage . . All in all pretty basic . Nothing really that stands out or makes me choose this as my permanent pedicure place . Still looking for that place that offers quality pedicures and those that are not afraid to touch and rub the legs and feet .
