We did not even make it past the receptionist. She was rude / unprofessional to the point that my mother and myself walked out. I've been in customer service from 16 to now, I'm very understanding with all things customer service.I will not return to this establishment because of how my mother and myself were treated today After having a hard time understanding what she said (due to mask) she decided to mock us under her breath & mid sentence while trying to understand what we were saying, answer the phone. This is an upper management level issues, the front desk needs assistance to provide customers with a better more welcoming experience. read more

Called earlier in the week for a Saturday appointment but was told they do not do appointments for Saturday but walk in. She said we open at 9:00. So here I am at 9:00 on Saturday and I get asked do you have an appointment. I was told they don't come in until 10:00 can you come back. No, I can't. I worked my schedule around this. It didn't seem to bother the gentleman that was there too much either. He just continued with his customer. Very poor service. We were waiting for my daughter to get her nails done since 12:44 until 2:15pm. We asked twice if they had some one free and they said 10 minutes. Finally, a guy laughed and they said guarantee 3 minutes. My daughter is only 13 years old and she really wanted to get them done so we waited. Poor service, lack of respect and customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place. My daughter asked if the have gray nail polish to do a two chaps ombré and they said no. Poor child asked for the colors they had, we paid and walk away. Loved my experience here. The establishment is new, clean, upscale, and relaxing. My pedicure was wonderful. I got one step up from the basic, P2 for $45 and worth every penny. The lady who did mine was super friendly, took her time, and gave a wonderful massage for quite a lengthy time per each individual thing my pedicure included. We got complimentary drinks and everyone working seemed incredibly friendly and cared and asked about our service. It's my new go to from now on! read more

My daughter and I were in town visiting family. We wanted to find somewhere close to our hotel to get a pedicure, and found this spa here on Yelp. Everyone was very friendly and the service was excellent. The prices were extremely reasonable and the salon was very clean. We couldn't be happier. I was literally in this establishment for three hours just to get a set of nails on. I made an appointment and then I arrived on time and then once I was there had to sit and wait while they took three walk-ins in front of me and then they took their ever loving sweet ass time to get around to me and then my nail tech literally ground and ground and ground on my nails for over an hour to the point where I had to tell them I can't get the design I want because I've run out of time I've been in here for three hours! Never in my life, i'm getting my nails done I have never been over an hour or an hour and a half so the fact that I had to sit there for three hours to come out with a product I am unhappy with that is unfinished and was still charged the full price of $55. I do not recommend this place to anyone they are unfriendly unwelcoming and they don't do a good job go anywhere else but this place unless you want to get ripped off!! Now I am forced to go somewhere else and spend more money to get this problem fixed this is absolutely ridiculous! read more

Normally they do an excellent job; however if you are put with the guys in the back; there is a reason they are sitting in the back. This guy was painful while filing my nails; he was rushed and did a terrible job. He did entirely cover my nails with gel and they looked like they were a month old within a week. This guy appeared to want to get out of there and not care about how my nails looked. This is the first time this has happened. Be sure to sit up closer to the front if you want a good job done. The awesome individuals that are wanting to be seen do a great job. read more
