I wanted two colors, pink on one foot and green on the other. Then pink dots on the green and green dots on the pink. I had a picture and I was trying to show the lady but she wouldn't look at it and proceeded to paint my nails both green. I tried to stop her but she start yelling "hang on" and cured them before I could get her to stop. The manager came over and asked me what the problem was and I explained to her what I wanted and she had the lady change the color. The lady look at me to see if I was paying attention and paint on top of the mistake. I tried to say something about it but I was then ignored. At this point I don't want to be here anymore. The manager takes over and does the dots and she didn't want to see the picture either she just proceeded to do it. She asked if it was okay but I want to leave so I agreed. When I got up to the counter to pay it was $65 when it's listed $55. I asked why and they said it was because of the dots. I said do I get anything off since ITS MY BIRTHDAY? An appointment was made two days prior for 2p -- I arrived at 1:45p. Yet, I'm very well acquainted…read morewith nail shops and sometimes you have to wait due to walk-ins. I asked to look at the nail colors. I was harshly told to sit down and wait. Now I didn't mind waiting about 45 minutes and I sat. After a bit I thought maybe the man didn't understand me, so I asked again. This time I was directed to the choice pallets. I chose my color and waited a bit more. Once I was sat, I showed the man the picture of the shape and length, along with telling the color number. I then asked him to wrap my nails to soak during the pedi. He said don't worry. He didn't wrap at all. He just sanded my nails, asked if I wanted shorter, and carried on. He sanded my cuticles, nicking them a few times. He didn't cut my nails at all. I told him I like squoval shape (squarish with slightly rounded corners, like the picture I showed him). He carried on disregarding me. I asked how his day was going. He grunted ok. I said that's better than a bad day. He didn't manicure my cuticles at all. He did not used a base coat of powder, only the color, as I've been accustomed to from my other nail salons. At the powder and filing was done, he applied a top coat, but no light was used. My other mail salons always end with a coat then put my nails under a UV light. He told me very plainly to sit where I was and he'd return to take me for my pedi. I sat for about 20 minutes thinking he was cranky, he hurt me by sanding so roughly, and he did not want to be there. I went to someone else and told him I changed my mind. The result is acceptable. I gave a tip. Yet, I will never return to this shop.

For the rest of the service she was very rough with me and very very rude with everything that I said. It tore high up and was painful every time it moved. I asked if they could repair it. The guy, "Just a single nail?" Me, "Yes, it hurts." Guy, "No, can't do single nail must be whole hand." I was really surprised. They could have charged me $10 and I would have been happy to pay. What absolutely terrible customer service. It's no wonder this place has such terrible reviews. Needless to say, when I need a full set or a pedicure I will not come here.
