I went 4 times within 8 weeks. I know everyone a has a bad day, and I really wanted to like them, but each time was terrible--chips, uneven, --the last time they checked my nails and said they were dry and sent me on my way. They were not dry and got really messed up. See photo (disregard the grow out and just look at the texture). I went to the location near Taco Bell. They were never friendly. Stopped in here at 3:19pm on a Sunday. They were dead, not doing anything except on a phone and iPad. I had a single nail that was torn on the side. It tore high up and was painful every time it moved. I asked if they could repair it. The guy, "Just a single nail?" Me, "Yes, it hurts." Guy, "No, can't do single nail must be whole hand." I was really surprised. They could have charged me $10 and I would have been happy to pay. What absolutely terrible customer service. It's no wonder this place has such terrible reviews. Needless to say, when I need a full set or a pedicure I will not come here. read more

Although the people were friendly and the prices are cheap, the lady that did my nails didn't do a good job. She did do the length I wanted and didn't put enough polish to make them opaque. The filing was uneven and my pinky nail is crooked. When they said my nails were dry they were not and she had to fix the polish job. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

The best part was the short wait, but the pedicure I received was one of the worst I've received. It almost appeared as if my nail tech had just gotten a crash course in pedicures. He cut my nails very short, didn't file them, nor did he clean under them. When he polished them, I had color and clear polish all around my nails on my skin. The worst part is the staph infection I have now on one leg. read more

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. While traveling, my daughter and I stopped in for a quick service. I paid for two shellac manicures on a Saturday, and noticed they were peeling by Tuesday. In an attempt to work out my dissatisfaction by phone, the owners offered to repair the damage, but I explained I lived out of state. They refused to process a full or partial refund, claiming they did not know how to do so. They subsequently referred me to speak with a CUSTOMER, claiming they did not speak very good English, although I had clear conversations with the owners both in the store and on the phone. I will NEVER return to this salon while in the area simply due to the fact that they did not practice any customer service skills. Fair warning~don't purchase the shellac manicure or pedicure unless you're willing to return in a week to have it replaced or repaired. read more

Worst pedicure ever. Did not file my nails even after I said something. This was the first time I've ever complained during a pedicure, and nothing was corrected. Left paraffin wax on my legs. The tech was in such a hurry, completely forgot to do my manicure, but after the debacle with my toes, I suppose I'll do a better job myself. read more

Worst customer service ever! I have been to this place about 3 times and the customer service this time was by far the worst! When you first walk in it smelled like raw sewage. I overlooked that because I really needed my nails done. I went in to get shellac and was told the wait would be 10 minutes. I wasn't upset at all that it was taking longer because they had several clients and only 3 technicians. I finally got in a chair 30 minutes later (I know that because I watched a full episode of family fued). A man started working on my nails. He hurriedly got through the process of filing them and got up and went to work on someone else. In the meantime I looked at the filing job and it was HORRIBLE! So I took a file out of my purse and filed and shaped my own nails. He finally came back and after getting up several more times finished painting my nails. When I have gone previously the tech would put the cuticle oil on my nails and massage my hands and arms with lotion. He plopped the oil on my nails and turned my hand over and put the lotion in my hand and said "You're done." He acted like I inconvenienced him by giving him MY MONEY! Needless to say I won't be back. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra gas and time to drive a little farther for better service! read more

Cheapest doesn't always mean the best and they're not the best at all. I go to have my nails done to relax and have nice and healthy looking nails. The guy drilled too hard that it was too hot and burned. Hit my skin several times with the drill. I asked several times to take it easy, he was hurting me. Against my better judgment, I let him finish. Within 3 days my nails were lifting and with water getting underneath, mold had started. I told them and showed them my nails and they came up with all kinds of excuses, that it was my fault. I've worn solar nails for years and have never had a problem. I've heard this from others, of being hurt or lifting nails. Will never go back again! read more
