I am 16 years old and went in there by myself hoping to get my nails done. I showed them a picture of what I wanted. that wasn't the problem. The nails were 95$ to me it seemed like they were taking advantage of me as I was alone. The nails were nothing special it was just a light pink acrylic with white poka dots. The gel manicure I got looks pretty, but the nail tech was so aggressive with the cuticle clippers that I thought she was going to make me bleed. The main thing about this shop, though, is that it absolutely reeks of cigarettes. I wish I had turned around and walked out rather than come out smelling like a chimney. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke or just don't want to smell like it, steer clear. read more

I never write negative reviews but I absolutely had to for this place! I should've known when I walked in how dirty it was that I should've turned around and walked out. This is a husband and wife team and I was there for over an hour and a half! Every time he finished a step he would walk outside smoke or do something else ( not sure what) and then come back in. This salon does medicore nails. My issue is the attitude of the owners they are not professional. They do not have an appointment system that works. Their facebook page offers time slots available but these are not really available. If you try scheduling an appointment through messenger it is pointless. The owners do not reply promptly at times and seemed to always be an issue with getting an appointment. If you called to schedule most times no one would answer the phone. The owner seems to brag about his ability to shape nails claiming to be the "best" in town. However, when I wanted a change the owner was reluctant and not very helpful in making suggestions. Basically, they didn't want to take the time to do the different shaping. The owners talk about people and never suggest alternate appointment times when they claim to be full. They simply say were full and that's it. I went to this salon multiple times. My experience was disappointing every time. It really declined when the owners were very rude and kept changing my appointment times. Be aware if scheduling through messenger thier idea of confirming an appointment is they offer a time. You accept or say ok. The salon doesnt accept that as comfirmation they have to check again and comfirm after you just agreed to the time slot they offered. This can go on all day only to have them say were full. I woud have to say the salon is not very sanitary. The owners bed or mattress on a floor without bedding is visible to the public view. They either don't shut the door or don't have one to shut. They room was very untidy and food often left setting out. The actual salon is not that clean either. The owners do not take any precautions to protect the health of their clients. I never saw the stations disinfected or cleaned. I highly suggest not going here. in addition to what I previously said owners do not show any appreciation for your business. read more

If you're in a slight hurry do not go here. If they say it'll be "20 minutes" be prepared to wait 45 minutes. I walked in at 3 after I called to ask if they had time, she said yes. Then I get there and she tells me to put my name on the list and that she'd call. They never called. I walked in at 3:50 asked "how long is the wait now?" She said "10-15 minutes". I saw three new women getting their nails done. Finally I'm in the chair at 4:40. I had to leave at 5:30 so it was right. She had to replace a nail and she made it bigger than the rest. She needed to file it down more but she didn't. The only reason I went here is because there were no other salons available but I regret it. read more

Walked in. Never been here before. Checked in with the computer system at 3:57pm. Two other ladies were waiting ahead of me. At 4:34 got asked to pick color and take a seat in the pedicure chair. I was handed a card with the services they offered. I chose the $30 option that included hot towels and massage. My feet were incredibly ugly with mud caked in the toenails and between the toes. I apologized for the condition of my feet and he went straight to work. At 5:20 I was walking out with a shiny new paint job on toes that looked like toes instead of muddy worms. Good job read more

Came to get a gel manicure on a Sunday. Signed in and waited an hour and a half (90 minutes!) with no apology for wait time or estimation of when they could get me in. I walked out. I've gotten my nails done for years in several different states and never have I had to sit and wait more than 45 minutes. And, if you're going to make me sit and wait over an hour, at least have comfortable chairs in the waiting room. I will most definitely never be returning and absolutely do not recommend this place. read more

I came in looking for a new nail salon to go to, and heard relatively good (and some bad) things being said about Lovely's. I decided that I would try them out. When I came it wasn't very busy, so the wait wasn't that bad (as the morning progressed and it got closer to noon it got very busy). Overall my experience was pleasant, but I was pretty surprised to find out that it was $50 for a plain acrylic full set manicure. ONE DAY LATER, one of my nails breaks! I wasn't doing anything that was harsh, that would somehow cause the nail to break, it just broke. So...not that impressed with the salon, because less than 48 hours passed and my nail broke. Sad to say, but I WILL NOT be making another visit to this location. The two stars that are being given is generous but I feel bad giving them one star. read more

They weren't as rough as I was expecting, which was good, but they have very limited colors & ombre colors which was very disappointing with it being my first time. It was also very bulky and hadn't even been a whole two weeks before I needed a fill BAD. At least it wasn't too expensive. read more

This place is run by a young couple that takes a lot of pride in doing a great job! I had acrylic nails put on and a regular pedicure, and I believe it's one of the best jobs done. Get here early because they fill up fast! read more

Terrible customer service. Went it twice in the same day and worker there said it would be 1 hour, the entire place was full so I knew it would be longer. Asked to make appointment, they don't do appointments. Said last they took for the day was 6:30, so I went back at 5:45, just a few people in waiting area this time, and was told they won't have time.....they might be good, but not that good. read more
