I took a chance here because honestly there isn't a place in town that has great reviews on here. I honestly don't understand why this place doesn't have better reviews. Helen is who did my nails. These are my natural nails and then she did very thick gel on them to mimic my gel builder that I normally get. I also had her do a glitter polish edging on one side, which turned out really pretty. She did not cut me once which is almost unheard of for me getting my nails done and not getting cut. Almost everywhere that I've ever gone from high-end salons to cheap always cut me and Helen did not cut me. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this experience.

Within 10 days, three of my nails had done this and continued chipping and ruining my nail. I went in, showed them what happened and asked what could be done about it. My hands had had no exposure to chemicals or even washing dishes, which I explained to the nail tech and there was no logical reason this should have happened. Their only offer was removal of my polish at an appointment two days later, which they would charge me for! Disgusted.
