Waked in and told them I needed a polish change and toenail trim and that I had two toenails that grew in and they needed to worked on because they were hurting. The first thing that was said to me was that I should just get a manicure because it was only a few dollars more. That left a bad taste in mouth to start with. My nails got finished then the tech started to work on my toenails. The nail trimmer she used did not come out of a sterilizing machine. It came out of her tote she carried around. She just clipped my nails with a clipper and didn't even try and get the corners that bother me. Went back the next day to tell her to address the grown in ones because they were still hurting. I was told I would need a pedicure for that! Worst customer service ever! If you're going to do a job...do it right! Immediately went to another salon and the girl did a fantastic job!
