The whole place is extremely dirty! Reusing towels that they have you put your feet on, the plastic lining in the foot baths isn't getting changed or clean after each time, and think how GROSS that is! There's employees that I question if they're certified. My son's manicure was terrible and that shouldn't be too hard. The staff (women) are very hateful and if you ask to explain the bill, they have a fit. And this is why you really shouldn't go there.....NOT ALL OF THE CLIPPERS AND SUCH ARE SANITIZED WHEN THEY USED THEM! Can you say permanent toe fungus from that! Reiterate....the chairs are NOT getting wiped down AT ALL!!!!! Just look! DISGUSTING! We didn't get up and walk out, but we definitely should've, just praying we don't get any diseases from this. Very bad quality of nails. I asked for oval shape and some nails are perfect but some nails are too pointy or too square they didn't put much time in them. I guess you get what you pay for, and they messed up the pattern a lot. read more

Very dirty. Cockroaches behind pedicure chairs. Dust everywhere. Strong cigarette smell. We came from out of state so was surprised at the lack of sanitation between clients. They use a bowl liner for pedicure tubs but didn't wash between clients. Simply washed pedicure tools and were switching baskets between clients as we were there. (Where we are from they have to be sanitized each use and they also aren't allowed to cut cuticles so that was a surprise as well.) Staff was rude and obviously upset when potential clients were leaving after having to wait a really long time to get in. Kept telling people thirty minutes and it took at least three times longer than that. I only got a simple pedicure and was there about three hours. My feet actually feel more rough after the pedicure (I'm not sure how that is possible?). The paint job was okay but one lady did come try to fix something she felt was a mistake (I hadn't noticed) and then she ended up making it worse without redoing it again. My niece's nails were completely messed up and they didn't bother to fix. We ended up stopping to get polish remover and taking it off. read more

Horrible. My nails where not straight they were thick and ugly looking. The male was very nice and good. But they lady was in the middle of doing my nails and stopped and talked on the phone for 45 minutes. I wanted to pay and she was working on someone's feet who had foot fungus and left the gloves on gave us our money back. went home and told my parents and we went back up there and the lady said we were liars and she was never on her phone and the foot fungus would hurt her and not us yet she HAD GLOVES ON! I was here from out of state visiting with family. My granddaughter and I decided to get our nails done together as we have done so many times. We have made some really good memories doing this in the past. Well, let me tell you, the experience at Cali Nails definitely made some memories. From the time we walked in the door until the time we left with injured cuticles was a terrible experience. The place was dirty as well as the language used. I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional service in my life. I give myself one star also for not turning around and walking out! I got there for a pedicure and full set...she told me to put my feet in the pedi water and it was ice cold as she was playing on her phone, she was taking off my acrylic nails at the same time and she hit my cuticles a ton of times with the nail machine and caused a big sore on my big toe...she didn't tell me until it was to late that they didn't have the same color pink for my toes and fingernails...her husband painted my toes with reg polish after being told gel polish then she tried to shove my brand new sandals on over the polish and got it all over my new sandals and said it would be ok...the jewels they did looked like a 5 yr old did them and were different sizes...the pink acrylic on my nails looks marbled with white for some reason and it's suppose to be solid pink and no offer of fixing it...then they charged me 110$ for all of it and my nails are so thin they broke in a week...totally displeased!!! I was very pleased with my french manicure. I did get acrylic tips. The shape was excellent. There is not much communication, and they did speak Vietnamese often between themselves. That made me slightly uncomfortable which is why I left off one star. read more

The first time I went to Cali Nails, I went with my group of friends the lady was nice, however the man was very creepy and I felt unsafe. I got a pedicure done and the experience was ok but they were a little ruff, and when I finish some parts of my nails were not fully covered and about after about a week the polish started chipping and fell off. I do not recommend getting a pedicure from this salon because it looks like a 5 year could could do better then what they did. The second time I went, I went with the same group of friends and we all decided to get our nails done. Now we thought they would do better on our nails then they did on our toenails, that's why we went back. I ask for a French tip and when the lady sat in front of me and look like she was gonna start, had got on her phone for 15 minutes straight sitting on a weird website that looked like a knockoff of Instagram. Finally when she started working on my nails everything was going good until she started shaving my cuticles. I bled a lot and it was a very painful experience. when I was done the tip was bigger than my actual nail. When I use the restroom, there was a cigarette in the toilet and it smelled bad. The toilet didn't flush and there was trash everywhere. When we were done my friends nails fell of the next day and my nails hurt bad. I do not recommend getting a manicure or a pedicure. I have been going to Cali Nails since they opened. One thing I find very rude is when nail techs speak to each other in another language when they should be providing customer service to you. It shows such a lack of respect. On my last appointment I waited an hour for one of them to be able to do my nails. A young lady who was waiting for a pedicure had her parents to come in complaining on how long she had been there. Instead of taking care of my nails like they should have, they went to give the girl her pedicure without saying a word to me. So I left there and have no intention of going back. I did notice roaches there as well when I went to use their restroom. So that was another reason I decided to change nail salons. read more
