The first thing that was said to me was that I should just get a manicure because it was only a few dollars more. That left a bad taste in mouth to start with. My nails got finished then the tech started to work on my toenails. The nail trimmer she used did not come out of a sterilizing machine. It came out of her tote she carried around. She just clipped my nails with a clipper and didn't even try and get the corners that bother me. Went back the next day to tell her to address the grown in ones because they were still hurting. I was told I would need a pedicure for that! Worst customer service ever! If you're going to do a job...do it right! Immediately went to another salon and the girl did a fantastic job! She actually trimmed all my nails again and filed them down at no charge. Gave her a nice tip and have now found a salon that doesn't do shoddy work. DO NOT RECOMMEND SOCIETY NAIL BAR.

Within 10 days, three of my nails had done this and continued chipping and ruining my nail. I went in, showed them what happened and asked what could be done about it. My hands had had no exposure to chemicals or even washing dishes, which I explained to the nail tech and there was no logical reason this should have happened. Their only offer was removal of my polish at an appointment two days later, which they would charge me for! Disgusted.
