Waked in and told them I needed a polish change and toenail trim and that I had two toenails that grew in and they needed to worked on because they were hurting. The first thing that was said to me was that I should just get a manicure because it was only a few dollars more. That left a bad taste in mouth to start with. My nails got finished then the tech started to work on my toenails. The nail trimmer she used did not come out of a sterilizing machine. It came out of her tote she carried around. She just clipped my nails with a clipper and didn't even try and get the corners that bother me. Went back the next day to tell her to address the grown in ones because they were still hurting. I was told I would need a pedicure for that! Worst customer service ever! If you're going to do a job...do it right! Immediately went to another salon and the girl did a fantastic job! She actually trimmed all my nails again and filed them down at no charge. Gave her a nice tip and have now found a salon that doesn't do shoddy work. DO NOT RECOMMEND SOCIETY NAIL BAR.

When I arrived in Bartlesville, I asked the desk clerk if she could recommend someone who coule try to make it look better. She gave me a card for Sheila T. at April's Beau'tique. Im an actress often working in LA and on location so my color HAS to remain for the entire time of the shoot. There is no time to get hair color touched up while were filming. I adore character's with outlandish loud personalities That comes with some pretty wild bright a** colors and hair styles!!! It really helps me dive into a charachter! Another thing Sara Sosnowski is great at is Removing one color and giving me another color. Many hair stylists are not good at that and can only go to a darker color never back lighter. Sara doesnt seem to have that problem lol. The only negative i can report on Sara is her hours. Shes only open like business type hours I think its 9 or 10am to 4pm monday through friday. It can be hard for me to make it day time but I love the way she makes my hair into a living work of art so much that I take a day off and go to her. For those who are here for a legit review: Samantha is a miracle worker and has absolutely made my quality of life SO much better. My physical disabilities are myriad and she makes sure to address all of my issues without ever making me feel like I'm overreacting or whining. She's friendly, knowledgeable, and CARES about her clients - so much so she's expanding out to veterans through the VA, probably at a monetary loss if I know the VA correctly. But that doesn't matter to her...she sees an area that is underserved and she wants to make sure her fellow veterans get services they need. I keep a couple of her business cards in my car just in case - and I always need more. :)
