After I left a Google review, the owner called me to apologize and give me a free pedicure. Today I went in for that free pedicure. The employee said that the best they could do was 20% off. That is NOT what was offered because I would have never returned to Lush for 20% off!. I'm extremely disappointed because I took a chance to come back after my horrible experience and now the owner won't honor what she said. Here's the review I left and her response on Google. I have frequented LUSH because I love the pampering of the Hawaiian pedicure. This last time I went, the pedicurist set her timer for 40 minutes instead of 50. She was gone in the back room for at least 50% of this time. I was extremely disappointed. I also had my nails done. The manicurist was rough, hitting my skin with the dremel several times. She also did not listen and I finally gave up leaving to finish my nails myself. I am not going back. When I asked how much longer we were going to be soaking off literally nothing for, the tech got mad at me and started yelling at me in front of the other people in the salon and told me if I am so busy that I can just go. I explained I'm not so busy I just don't know why I'm sitting here with acetone on my finger nails when there's literally no more polished leftover. For the rest of the service she was very rough with me and very very rude with everything that I said. Not to mention my nails look like absolute trash, oh bumpy uneven and my cuticles are all cut up. I recommend you go anywhere but here.

Initially I wanted to get gel x and cover my natural nails because they're brittle and have not fully recovered from the last time I got tips. Kent was meticulous in applying the gel on my nails, focusing on applying additional layers on my problematic ones. He topped it off with color 020 gel. The lady my appointment was scheduled with, was receiving a pedicure from another employee. I was the only customer in this warm salon. I was about to leave when the lady got to a stopping point with her own pedicure. She wrapped my nails and went back to receiving her pedicure. After 15 min I told another lady I have never had my nails wrapped for that long. Usually they only wrap them for 5 minutes tops (at other salons). She said something to the lady and she came shuffling back. Then she started looking at the 2 other employees (her family members) and I had to tell her she was scraping my actual nail, not old polish. The next day my co worked asked if we polished my own nails this time. I have polish pooled to the cuticles and this is gel polish. Also my nails look lumpy and they were not filed clean before polishing. I think they may do dips better than gel.

I just don't…read morefeel like they did that great of a job? 1) they don't push back cuticles, or anything like that, so even if they did a great job, you'd need fillers sooner than at places that do. 2) they told me my nails were dry, and I was good to go, and they were so wet that I have a fingerprint on one nail, smudges and clumps of polish on others... 3) I wanted black nails with some kind of rainbow accent nail for pride, and I thought it'd be fine because the tech (who again, was super sweet and amazing) had this really cool blended zigzag rainbow thing on HER nails... but mine? I mean, it's better than I could have done, but I don't really think it even looks like I got them done professionally. I just feel deeply underwhelmed. Maybe I'm the problem, because it's not like I came in with a picture of what I wanted or anything. I almost never get my nails done professionally, it's a rare, rare occasion, and while I wish the employees all the best, I can't say I would go back here for nails. I might try a clear coat pedicure, but nothing beyond that. FYI - they don't accept walk ins. Even if they don't have any customers. You MUST make an appointment.
