I often bring someone with me to treat them and enjoy a few hours of conversation. Tanya is perhaps the worst nail tech I've ever encountered. I've been a licensed nail tech until I left to care for my folks. I see what they do to the customers who pay their bills. If you so much LOOK less than what they believe to be worthy you will be touched roughly.... The pedicure water temperature is too cold or too hot, the too hot towels placed on the legs, no care on how short the nails when cutting them , nipping the toes, not applying the necessary amount of glue, lacking proper hygiene, not preparing the nail plate, weak nail tips, rough sanding, and not under the heat lamp long enough between coats. The list could include some other items to consider. What they charge is another issue! Return for repairs is for you to pay. They have been at that location a while and many have worked for years at that location. It was when I wore boots and a miniskirt they reacted to me. Yet, Tanya, was wearing a miniskirt. Said I was too old. I will never return. I'm sure they have their regulars to get by. Its seems a business would appreciate their customers and what positive reviews.
