April 16, 2019. I am particular about pedicures. This is my first time here. The owner Jen (sp?) was very good to work with. I have sensitive feet and her touch was slightly less tender than I was used to; I made mention of it and she softened her touch. I bougt the Deluxe Ped for $30. I loved the stones. They didn't rub painfully over my ankle bone etc. After a good experience w my pedicure I dared to try some nails. I got the dip and I loved her professionalism, care to detail, and light and enjoyable conversation yet she was not over talkative. The place was very clean. The utensils sterilized. I've been going here for TEN YEARS!! Best dip nails in town. It's not the fanciest place but I can attest to how clean & good they are at what they do. I love the husband & wife & Tiny the most. As for the other nail techs, I haven't been disappointed but I try to secure an apt with one of the other three first. ALSO. I used to frequent this salon reguraily a few years back. I now live in another city but went here while in town. Although it is the same owners, it seems the quality of work as well as the friendliness of the owners has gone down hill. Big time!!! I wasn't asked how I wanted my nails done, shape or length. She did what she wanted and seemed to be irritated that I wanted something different than what she wanted for me. I was ignored when I asked a question, and once I was sitting for my nails to dry not one word was spoken to me again, which includes when I left... not a "Thank you -come back, or "Have a good day" ... nothing!! This shop is awesome with great nail technicians. I came in with my niece to treat myself and when she started to fuss one of the ladies came right over and helped by holding her. I was so touched by their help ( and thankful there was no one else but me) that I got my eyebrows done and I usually only thread but I wanted to do something extra. This place is not worth the price of $33 for a manicure and pedicure. The guy that did the work was very rough and I left the spa with a hangnail on my thumb! My nails were dirty underneath. When I go to other places they are clean. I do not recommend this place at all. If you like a job done quick and dirty this is the place to go. read more

What a great salon! I live in Owasso and normally have my nails done there but my father was having surgery across the street and I had a few hours to wait so I went in for a mani/pedi and I'm glad I did. Maybe it was because it was the middle of the day on a Thursday, but lucky for me I was helped immediately. The kind woman didn't speak much English but she was very nice and smiled like she was genuinely happy to be with me. Everybody there just seemed happy to help. She took her time and did an outstanding job. She pampered me for two hours, and including the dreaded callous removal, my total was only $33. I believe I will drive the 30 minutes to go here from now on. read more

WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I am not a person that normally writes reviews, but that is how disgusted I am by how I was treated at this place last week. I am an ORU student and was going to this place for the past 7 months since moving here. The salon is owned by a lady and her husband--her husband would fill my nails in all the time, give massages, and I'd tip him well. Until last week, I went in to get a fill done on my acrylic nails and the woman was there this time. First problem is, she was the only person in the entire place working on any nails. So that put pressure on her already if she was working on one person. So she started working on my nails (trying to be really fast and sloppily by the way), then another customer lady walked in -- the lady working on my nails said she would start on her in 5 minutes. I was confused a little by this since she hadn't done the fill yet or color, but I noticed she already was wanting to put the color on after she had chiseled some of the nail down. Mind you, it had been a long time since I had a fill -- my nail had grown almost a full centimeter out. It would make no logical sense for me to keep this same nail on and just put a new color on -- they would just break - so I would need to fill the nail to make it sturdy again. I then politely said, "Oh I'm sorry, I actually wanted them filled in if you don't mind. That is normally what I get when I come in here." And then the most bizarre thing happened, the lady started flipping out. She said, "When you came in here, you did not mention that! I asked that and you said no!" To be honest, I do not remember her asking that at all -- and if I did I would have told her I wanted the fill. But I could tell there was an issue with us understanding one another (since her English is not that good, but I'm not knocking her for that, since it is like that at most nail salons). I also VERY POLITELY said, "Ma'am I feel that we had a communication problem. I do not mind waiting though if you would like to work on the other customer and you can come back to me." But she kept going on and on, being very heated, saying, I did not tell her from the very beginning. I then started to get frustrated and I had said, "Ma'am, when it comes to customer service, if a customer wants something different, you should try to appeal to them and fulfill that service." This made her even more angry and she was extremely, extremely rude. The other lady that was waiting to get her nails done, watched the whole thing and was just shocked. She too was disgusted by this nail salon woman's attitude, that she walked out of the store! I then too told the woman that I would be leaving and that it is not right to speak to and treat customers the way that she was. Her last words before I left were, "It doesnt matter, I still get customers!" WOW, is all I can say!
