Booking an appointment was super easy, the vibe was chill, and they have such a good gel polish selection. I get gel on my natural nails and Han did an amazing job -- he was so sweet, fast, and really good at what he does. It's been three weeks and my nails still look great! I'm already planning to go back for a gel pedi and to refresh my manicure. I'm just so happy I found a place I love here in Broken Arrow. I got an acrylic fill, and about a month later I went to a different salon that had been recommended to me. While removing my polish, the nail technician discovered what appeared to be severe mold and fungal growth underneath my acrylics. She told me it was one of the worst cases she had seen. Because of the condition of my nails, I went to urgent care and purchased the antifungal treatment they recommended. I was leaving the next day for a work trip, so after beginning treatment I had to apply polish/gel to my nails for work. I immediately contacted the salon and provided live photos with timestamps documenting the condition of my nails. Rather than addressing my concerns or issuing a refund, they repeatedly insisted that I return to the salon so they could examine my nails in person. By that point, I had already started treatment and covered my nails because of my work obligations, and I was not comfortable allowing anyone to touch them. It has now been over a week since I first reached out, and despite providing documentation, I still have not received a refund. I wasn't looking to leave a negative review--I simply wanted the situation to be handled fairly. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and customer service has left me extremely disappointed. I hope they take concerns like this more seriously in the future.
