And nail girls, who double book or book another customer in the middle of my appointment are out. So after many nail salons, I found this one. This is not a big store, a little disorganized, but very friendly. Soon as I walked in, Heather, the owner of the salon greeted me loud. And she keeps entertaining. They use sterilized tools that means they open the blue pack of tools in front of customers. Their prices are very reasonable. They do a good job. I even brought my husband cuz he has ingrown toe nails. And Tim did a great job on his ingrown toe nails and my husband became a repeated customer also. Highly recommended.

I ended up being there for 3 and 1/2 hours!!!! The man doing my nails talked me into doing a dip instead of a shellac, he told me it was healthier. I was terribly disappointed. I asked him if he could push back the cuticle a little bit on one of my fingers- he made every cuticle bleed and then charged my card extra for it. I kept telling him I was not happy with the way they were looking and that they were extremely too thick. He said not to worry because he was going to file them down. He kept filing the sides of my nails until it was pain and I kept telling him to stop. When we called over what I'm assuming is the manager that goes by Lee she told me that if I stayed longer she could fix it. I had already been there past what I wanted to be and I was now missing the opportunity for birthday dinner with a friend. I asked her to just refund me that I was upset and this had just ruined my day. I did get a pedicure and I wanted to make sure that she got paid for what she did so I gave them my card to charge for that. They ended up charging my card $137!!!!!! After I drove away I looked at my bank statement and saw what they had charged and I called her back and asked her for a refund on the manicure because I was not happy with it. She told me if I came back the next day she would make it right. I told her I did not want to do that that I would rather just have my money back and cut my losses. She refused. Overnight my nails were in such pain and some of them were swollen. I went back first thing the next morning and ask them to take the nails off because they were so thick they were pulling up my real nail beds causing a lot of pain. She argued with me and said that she would just fix them and didn't want to remove them. I got her to let me soak my hands finally and I ended up scraping off the nails myself. She still did not give me my money back and refused any kind of refund. She only told me that she would give me 50% discount the next time I wanted to come in and that includes my birthday discount. I told her I would fill out reviews if she didn't refund my money because that was not fair to me at all. She never did. I'm terribly disappointed at how they run their business. I would have walked out and not paid had I known they were going to charge my card for full services I did not receive. Shame on them. Terrible business!!!
