Clean, relaxing and calm, Ultra Nails was much nicer than most nail salons I've visited in Tulsa. They have Volcano spa pedicures, which is always a plus in my book? I enjoyed a really nice pleasant calm pedicure and even got artwork on my big toe that looks like flowers! They were very good and competent and I will be back. I think this is the best nail spa I found so far in my three years in Tulsa.

I am from FL and desperately needed a quality gel manicure. I'm thrilled I found Ultra. I felt safe and treated well from the moment I walked in. First they had me sign a COVID form to be contacted in case someone came down with it. Then I was asked to wash my hands. Each station is protected with plexiglass shields. I picked my color and the technician gave me the time and attention my nails needed. Four coats of color and a base coat and top coat are sure to make this manicure last. The cost was $30 and took only 45 minutes from start to finish. Oh, and they served complimentary coffee, red or white wine. I felt very pampered.

Treat Yo Self!! That's something that the male species doesn't do too often. But I was treated to a wonderful pedicure and manicure at Ultra Nails after a long work week of standing on my feet & getting my hands dirty. It was a much needed present from me to me during this Holiday season. The staff was friendly from the time I walked in. They greeted me with a glass of complimentary wine & chocolate chip cookies, which is the kind of greeting I like to receive! Aesthetically the decor is pleasing and gender neutral so being the only male patron didn't make me feel out of place. In fact one of the four flat screens in the pedicure section that my chair was in view of was actually on Sports Center. So as Ms. Lee brought my feet back to life with those hot stones I felt right at home. I got the Ultra Deluxe pedicure & for $60 I got an Hour long treatment, worth every dollar. Ms. Lee did the regular pedicure things, then buffed my toe nails, lathered me up with lavender, rubbed me down with hot stones, and put my feet in hot wax before massaging them. My feet have never had this type of attention devoted to them, but now they have a standard that they won't settle for less than! This was definitely an enjoyable experience that I would love to bring my significant other to enjoy with me. There's plenty of room as they have 12 pedicure chairs for adults, 2 for kids & 10 manicure chairs. Speaking of manicures, Julie hooked me up with an awesome one. She clipped my nails then filed them down. After she gave me a hand massage with honey butter lotion. And finally put a clear coat of paint on top as the finishing touch. Just as she was reaching the end, the owner came over to me & gave me a bottle of hand lotion as a Christmas gift & thanked me for coming in. I would post a picture of my toes, but that wouldn't be fair to you the viewer or me the poster lol. But just know that I am a happy customer.

I got a pedicure here around 5:30pm. After my pedicure I got a manicure and then waited for my daughter to finish her manicure. We didn't leave until 7:30ish. Got home, showered, and then went to bed with my nails looking fine. Well, once I woke up the next day I noticed the polish on my toes were wrinkly! I'm assuming the polish was old but I was shocked that it had been a whole 15 hours later! Also, the ladies knew that my daughter and I were together and I obviously was paying since my daughter is only 11.. but they charged me once and I just assumed it was for both of us (I didn't know any pricing) so I paid and left a nice tip. Well then they came back after my daughter was done and charged me a second time saying it wasn't included!! Then seemed to get a little mad that I didn't leave a second tip! I do not recommend this place due to my experience. Very disappointed!

Would 10/10 recommend this place. I came in with a friend and it was VERY busy, but they were able to get me in and make my nails look AMAZING! Also for the price, it is extremely reasonable. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing.

This place was top notch for the Tulsa/ Broken Arrow area. I was looking for my "new nail place" being new in town, and I've been to a few places- none measured up to Ultra Nails. The spa was unbelievably nice and was able to get me in for what I wanted immediately. The stand out part of my experience was the service that my nail technician- Jenny provided. She was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I got the nails I wanted and the service I desired. I am so happy I found this place and I recommend going here for all your self care and nail care needs!!

Went to get full set, they had me pick up my color. Started with the first nail person, then moved to a second person. Never told the name of either person. Asked for a certain length unfortunately all the nails are different links the pinkies are the lenghtthe other three sets of nails are all the wrong length way too long and then on one now there's a massive bump that looks horrible

Most of these ladies rush to get the job done and don't take time to make sure that the nails or pampering is done well. I gave them another shot after a bad mani/pedi last time and was disappointed once again. Cant believe how much I paid for a job I could do better myself. Very sweet people but my nails are really bad, the left side is really wonky And lopsided and has quite a few bumps, my right side was amazing until I figure out that the acrylic nail isn't even glued to my actual nail like it's supposed to be and one of my nails are even bending up and the line design I got on my nail aren't neat what so ever , I will not being going back and getting my nails fixed or taken off as soon as possible read more

I walked in about 30 minutes before their closing time with hopes of getting a pedicure and manicure with a fill and I got the best treatment! The staff are so sweet here and they try very hard to be helpful. I had tips put on and they lasted the three weeks I needed them to... one did crack, unsure why. The pedicure is very nice and the manicure good also. I do have a suggestion, there is no lotion with a hand massage after the manicure, which I think should be a part of the process.. and it isn't cheap there... I honestly think they should give a better rate if you do a combination of things with them. Will say everything is clean . Yes, I do plan to go back. read more

They do an amazing job! I got a pedicure and was able to walk in which was nice. They are taking Covid seriously which is nice to see! You have to wash your hands when you walk in and there is plexiglass set up at all the stations! I will definitely be back! read more

My girlfriend and I had the BEST experience at Ultra Nails! They were great, from the beginning to the end. Even though we were a few minutes late, the staff made sure we were well taken care of, even working to ensure the look I was going for on Pinterest was achieved. First time to this salon, everyone was super nice & it was very clean. But I ran into a few problems. Ive been getting my eyebrows waxed for years & never have I bled from getting waxed. Took over a week for my eyebrow to heal & it is still sensitive to touch. I also got a gel manicure and within less then 1 week they are already chipping. read more

Ultra Nails was recently taken over by new management and relocated to a bigger space in the same strip mall. I've visited the salon about 4 times over the past couple of months and it will be the only salon I go to from now on! The owner, Anthony, is one of the most kind hearted and attentive manager I have ever met. He employees the best nail technicians around. The salon is a beautiful, clean, modern and inviting space. I paid $70 for an acrylic full set. Nothing special. An ombré color with coffin shape. They did look nice and the technician took her time.. however, for $70 you would think they wouldn't pop off after a week like a set of press ons. What a waste. read more

The owners of this place are wonderful, hospitable, and very customer friendly. I enjoyed every minute there. I got almost exactly what I wanted. My nails looked good, and the wine was a nice touch to the calming environment. Very relaxing and you come out feeling great about yourself. Normally I get my nails done here because the nail tech I have had since my first time at Ultra nails is great! She always does such a good job and I was really appreciative that I wasn't being price gouged like other nail salons. Today I came as a walk in as I usually do and requested her for my nails and pedicure, a mani pedi for my daughter, and mani for my other daughter. I asked price prior to services they said $25 for my 6 year old to get a mani pedi and $20 for my 9 year Olds mani. ... $112 dollars plus tip later and they did not honor price they said. We added nothing extra. I didn't even get my nails done because they were too busy and had appointments. My nails were more important than the pedi. I am surprised at the dishonesty and not honoring price they gave me upon arrival. I won't be back. read more

annie did such an amazing job ! i am absolutely obsessed with how they turned out. i am about to get married and i had her pick out everything. needless to say, she did NOT disappoint ! the salon was extremely clean and very elegant. they have hand sanitizer and masks available for customers along with them wearing masks themselves. they also have fiberglass barricade type things so you aren't at risk for covid. i am making this my go to place from now on. read more

I called this morning right after the shop opened and asked if we could get four of us in this morning. I spoke with Julia, one of the co-owners. She was very friendly and accommodating. All four of us got in at 10:30. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. Anthony, the other owner, offered us something to drink and cookies when we walked in. Within a couple minutes we were all seated, and we received prompt care and attention. All four of us had our nails done, and we were all pleased. The place is lovely, clean, and inviting. Nice bathroom too! There were several staff working on customers of all ages, children through elderly age. I highly recommend this place if you want good customer service and and staff who care. read more

Ultra Nails formally known as Creative Nails was started in 2000. In 2018 the business was put up for sale. Anthony N Phan saw the great opportunity through the professional staff and loyal customers and purchased the business in January 2019. Since then Mr. Phan has Changed the name and moved the business into a brand new state of the art facility located in the same shopping center to further meet client needs to provide better services.

I decided to run out to the car to leave my coat so I didn't need to deal with it in the salon. I happen to have noticed a sign at the entrance that said they had coffee, tea, water on request. As well as blankets and neck wraps. I knew I didn't want a beverage. I have a tiny bladder... sorry for tmi... But I should have asked for the blanket and neck wrap. I'm always cold- plus I'm from California. It slipped my mind when I came back in. My friend was in her chair already, and I went to join her in mine. We loved our zero gravity chairs. The citrus foot soak smelled amazing- and the water felt so perfect. We chatted with my friends' technician for a bit- she was delightful. Mine was finishing up with someone else, and joined later. My girl was efficient, but never spoke to me other than to ask if I brought flip flops. I was cold during my service. I really wish I had a blanket and neck warmer. Not sure if it would have been better if I wasn't right by the door. They were busy- so the door opened often. People even came in to buy the made in house lotion. My friend was offered how deep she wanted her massage to be. I was not. So it seems to be hit or miss with who you get for your services. My girl finished 5 minutes earlier- and started 10 minutes later. So far- both of our feet look great Plenty of parking. Very clean

All 16 of us were completely delighted with the service, experience, and appearance of our nails. Furthermore, Sunny Nails treated us like family. Julia, Jennifer, Christina, and everyone at Sunny Nails put us at ease, and it was easy to relax and unwind, knowing we were in their capable hands. It's luxurious yet calm, with comfortable massage chairs and seats, and you don't feel crowded at all, yet it's still easy to have a chat with your neighbor. As a bonus, my daughter and I both had the lash lift and tint service with Christina, completed a couple days before our girls' afternoon out, and we were both thrilled with the outcome and got many compliments, with several people asking if it was just our natural eyelashes, or if we had extensions added. If you're on the fence about this, my recommendation is to go for it!

This is not a big store, a little disorganized, but very friendly. Soon as I walked in, Heather, the owner of the salon greeted me loud. And she keeps entertaining. They use sterilized tools that means they open the blue pack of tools in front of customers. Their prices are very reasonable. They do a good job. When i came in they not only took care of me but the person i brought with me. I have never seen better customer service. They made sure i liked everything as they were doing my nails. The manager was the nicest and made sure everyone payed attention to every detail. As long as ultra nails is in business it will be my go to spot for my nails. read more
