Came in here today with my seven-year-old daughter looking for a simple bar of soap she could use to wash her face. The manager handed me off to another employee who tried to sell us face masks, and I repeated I just need a simple bar of soap for a little girl to wash her face. They then took me over to a Play-Doh soap product which was priced at $12, which seemed like a decent alternative that my daughter was excited about. However, at the register they told me it was $17... I took them back to the display where the product was sitting literally directly behind a sign that said $12, and asked them if they would honor their display. The store employee apologized and said the sign was misplaced, and when I ask for the manager to honor the price they had on display, the manager came over and said she was unable to make any price adjustments. Classic bait and switch marketing at a kids eye-level with rainbow products. Pretty disgusting. As I was leaving, they were moving the sign to accurately reflect the products... will never come here again. read more

This was one of the first lush shops I went to. I love the honey shampoo and cream conditioner and of course the seasonal rose jam shower gel. The staff has changed and they are friendly and helpful to a degree. Recently disappointed when I was offered a sample and she poured a sad amount into the large sample tub... Might return for their homemade and natural products because they are expensive. I felt the price made up for it with their samples but my thoughts have changed... read more

Everyone that works here is an ANGEL!!! That is all. Always helpful and never annoying. They give you space but are there when you need them. That's seriously so important! Fast forward months later and I ended up ordering it online & loving his recommendation. He helped me even though I wasn't buying anything, but now I'm a regular customer ordering monthly. I highly recommend scheduling a Birthday party at Lush. The birthday packages and activities are for all ages. Booking the party was easy because rte staff was amazing. I worked with Bianca and Susset, they both made the process seamless. They answered all of my questions and even made a few suggestions. I was impressed with the customer service, because I came in 39 minutes to closing and they both took their time with me; I didn't feel rushed at all!!! Although, my event is not until November 4th, I'm actually very excited. I hope these two individuals are the hostesses for my event. Big shout out to the Kush in Glendale. Came in on a Sunday afternoon (4/22/17) the store was pretty active, nonetheless we were greeted shortly after arriving. We were assisted by Hilda, who was awesome. My friend and I were seated and got to sample the Dark Angeles cleanser which I loved! It was exactly what I was looking for. We also sampled the mask of magnaminty! Hilda was patient and answered all our questions, made recommendations, and took her time. She was not pushy or tried to rush us out of the store. I definitely recommend coming in and asking questions to ensure that you get exactly what you are looking for. We didn't ask for any samples, but I know that they are available should you want to sample an item before purchasing it! read more

I tend to come here most of the time with my lil sister. She loves a lot of the products here but I can't say that I'm truly a fan. I really like their bath bombs and the variety of scents and fun shapes and things, but some of their skin care products just don't do it for me. I'm not sure if I'm just expecting a lot more or if my skin is just not the type to accept all natural help. Haha. I'm not sure what it is. I've tried a number of things, from facial soaps to exfoliators and hair care items. Nothing has really changed for me, after using a multitude of their "remedies." I do, however, come to stock up on bath bombs for my lil one. She enjoys them as well. Service can sometimes be a tad too overwhelming for me. I feel like the associates are always trying to push products on me that I didn't come in asking for and didn't ever express interest in. I know it's their job to kinda put together suggestions and what not as to what I might like based on the types of bath bomb that I'm looking at even, but sometimes I simply just want to get my bomb and be out. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ricky, who then had Hilda assisted me with products. Hilda was great at helping me out, giving me demos and answered all my questions. She did an awesome job - I had to pace and refrain myself from buying the whole store, lol!!! The place is smaller than the Santa Anita mall, but staff here are friendly and eager to help out. I was happy that they didn't push hard on getting me to buy products that I didn't need yet, whew! The sample pots here are large and medium sizes. This Lush has the best customer service!The employees are courteous and helpful and educated on the products. At most Lushes, they hound you so hard as soon as you come in. Like their souls will be lost if you don't buy anything, or they assume everyone is a shoplifter. This is mainly why I started ordering online. I like to be left alone when I shop. I just got into LUSH products a few months ago, the first two times I walked into a store it was at the one at City Walk, but I hate to pay for parking plus the area and store is too over crowed for my comfort I decide to star going to the store in Glendale and it's much much better! The first time I walked in I knew what I wanted so I just asked the very friendly employee who asks if I needed help. The second time I was greeted by Hilda, she helped me with products for my oily skin.
