Their products are fantastic! Everything is handmade with all natural vegan ingredients which are of course never animal tested. Every product I bought is doing what it is meant to do & my skin feels great and looks healthy. They have an array of products, some gentle enough to be used on skin being treated with prescribed retinol cream. The associates are extremely helpful & knowledgable. I appreciated them educating me on which items would work best on my skin. I walked out of there with goodies for me and my teen. Some things can be pricey, but truth be told, that won't stop me from going back, so far the products we are using have been worth it. read more

Lush - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

While everything here is incredibly pricey, the all natural (and vegan) products are really worth the money and usually last a long time before you need to refill or replace them. I personally love the bath-bombs (which despite what you may believe can be broken into smaller pieces to extend the use, as these products are highly concentrated) as well as the massage bars which are easy-melting and smooth. Every single one the employees at this location have greeted me and were so kind, inclusive and attentive each time I shop here. +The Demos are really very fun! This place gets CROWDED. Definitely worth checking out, but be ready for the prices. read more

I love Lush! Great products, and great customer service. The Chandler location is definitely my favorite between the two locations in the valley. Stopped in today to pick up a few things for my boyfriend, as well as a few treats for myself. Despite there being a good amount of shoppers in the store, I was instantly greeted by Dorna. I had the pleasure of having Dorna help me through my shopping experience, and I couldn't have been happier. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products, but she was also personable and genuinely kind. Thank you, Dorna, for a great shopping experience! You've definitely created a return customer! read more

High pressure, pushy sales people with the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE means I'm telling everyone I know not to shop here and I am never shopping here again. I came here the week before Christmas, so like any store they were completely packed. One of the sales girls talked me into getting something by the register, and mistakenly I said sure why not. Decided it was way too expensive when I looked at the receipt at home, but didn't go back right away (mistake 2) since the mall was so crazy. The worst part was when I returned to the store the following week to get my money back for the stupid impulsive purchase. It turns out, they had rung up the item wrong so the receipt did not match the item. On top of that, the item was seasonal and no longer in stock, so they kept saying snide comments like, "Oh I haven't seen this in forever..." when I was literally there a week before. I felt like they were treating me like a criminal who was intentionally trying to get money back for a purchase I hadn't made, when it was their mistake in the first place. I'm considering coming back with everything else I had bought to return it out of spite. I don't want to give any money to this company and feed their fake, pretentious and overpriced stores. read more

I love Lush. Everything smells amazing. It is so entertaining to see all the products they have. Customer Service is really good also. Really, a delight! The only downside is the price. Things are a bit expensive... read more

Went here for the first time today looking for a gift. The girls were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a quick run down on products, and gave us samples on a bunch of stuff. I really like the concept of this store, but the prices are a bit high. Due to how expensive it is, it will be a gift only store. I don't need to spend that much money on myself. read more

We have always had a positive experience at this Lush. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful and clearly use and believe in their products. The store itself can be overwhelming with so many things on display and if you aren't really sure where to start you can find yourself just standing there and staring. But worry not...as one of those friendly and helpful employees will spot your deer-in-the-headlights look and come to your rescue. They will explain everything and anything and even let you test what you may have interest in. My daughter loves this store and drags me in every time we are in the mall. I've come to appreciate it although some of the pricing does make one raise an eyebrow. Overall a great store with good (and interesting) products and fabulous employees. read more

I could write a detailed review but honestly I have been here an absurd amount of times that my check ins don't reflect. I'm a proud LUSHIE. After my third pregnancy my skin and hair became troublesome to say the least. Lush products have been the only ones which have given me the moisture I needed while not being too heavy. There isn't much here not to love. The service at this location is stellar and remembers regulars well. Employees are knowledgeable, engaging, and gentle. They do a great job at training new staff. As far as tips go be sure to check out the massage bars and fresh face masks. read more

I love lush and have been a fan for quite some time. This is my local store, and I can't say a negative thing about it. Rebecca is the best!

love this lush. Never had any bad experience with any employees. I've had great service and they know all their products top to bottom so they can easily help you with any specific questions should you need them. I always have great service even when it's busy and always love coming back, even if it's just to drop by and try a couple testers :) read more

I came in on Mother's Day. And got a few things I needed. And decided to get a lip scrub. On my way home I pulled it out of my bag and it was expired!!!. It was made over a year ago (February, 2018) with best by date of March, 2019. We're in May. Super upsetting. I could understand if it was a week past expiration, they get busy whatever. But not months. I didn't even know they held on to products that long. Aside from my most recent experience, I love Lush and their products. They probably just need to have the employees pay better attention to inventory dates at this location. read more

I love this place! The products are high quality & not tested on animals. I have been using the R&B hair creme & it's great.

They're super nice until you return something. I've bought a bunch of lush products, and for the first time, I had a return. I had my receipts and original packaging, but the lady who took my return made it as difficult as possible. She was making statements like, "You used these and now you're returning them?" and "It's so weird that you just bought these and you used so much of it." (The bottle was over half full.) It wasn't what she was saying that bothered me, it was how she was saying it and how loud she was saying it. She was implying that I was a dishonest customer using products and returning them, and she made sure everyone in the store knew it as well. I was appalled. This was my FIRST return. I called customer service to file a complaint, and they apologized on behalf of the store. They said they would contact the store and that the store manager would reach out to me. I never got a phone call back from the store, so five business days after the incident, I thought I'd give them a ring and speak with the manager. The manager hemmed and hawed throughout the conversation and said customer service never informed her of what happened and this was the first time she'd ever even heard of the situation. So I described the incident to her, and the manager never even asked who helped me or what the person looked like. Long story short, it was the manager that had taken my return in the first place. Geez, not only was she incredibly rude when I returned something, but now she's lying on the phone saying she had no idea who I was or how I was treated? I wouldn't shop here ever again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody either. read more

I discovered Lush while puttering around in a tiny town in Western England called Cheltenham while on a business trip with my husband. I walked by the shop and the smell hit me and drew me right in. I have been hooked ever since, and had been visiting the one in Scottsdale most recently, so imagine my excitement when I discovered that they opened one here in Chandler. I have loved every product I have bought, and the service is amazing - you can try almost everything and they love to use the products on you - for example, they are giving your feet the treatment with their new foot scrub right now. On top of how great the products are, they are great for you and the earth. Everything is handmade and natural, and most products are vegan too. They also support environmental and charitable causes and if you bring back 5 of their black pots, you get a fresh face mask free. These masks are like nothing you can find anywhere - so fresh you have to keep them in the fridge! So, even though you can find cheaper skin, body and hair care elsewhere, it's worth every penny. If you try nothing else, try the Dream Cream - it is absolutely the most amazing skin cream I have ever tried and smells yummy. read more

Love this place!!! Of course the products are great but also their sooo sweet and great customer service!!!

Have been going to this Lush for 5+ years now. I love their selection and the fact that they cater to sensitive skin. All of the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. On my visit today Jasmine spent 30+ minutes with me. She detailed all the ingredients when I told her what I was allergic to. She was very thorough and so so sweet! I loved talking to her. She is just another one of the many great employees y'all have. Thank you!! read more

R&B is my favorite hair product and Creme Anglais is the best lotion ever!

Dear reviewers reading, I wasn't to sure about Lush I had friends that shop here a lot and always rave about how good there products are, so I decide to try it out with a friend of mine that never heard of them either. The lady that first helped us seemed a little upset that we didn't find anything to our taste so she just passed us to another associate, she tried to be nice about it but she just flat out said we were being difficult for her to handle. But we were customers that had no clue about Lush and just wanted some info and she got kind of put off by us not knowing or having a good taste in anything. In the end a very nice girl helped us out and showed us many products. The only thing that scared me was they use the same rag to wipe everyone when they try products which scared me so much, in this day and age anyone could have skin illnesses or open sores and it could be easy transfered with the way they are careless with hygienic rags. It really made me scared imagining how many people this lady had wiped with and now on me. That was the only thing off putting for me. read more

I've seen the products on YouTube and HAD to try it. The people in the store were really nice and showed us everything they had. One of the girls had the same name as me, and she had us try had scrubs and let us take little samples. I bought the blackberry bath bomb (which they told me was the first bath bomb made by Lush) and the Butterball bomb. I'm definitely going to go back when I have more money! read more

Love the people that work here they are super friendly. Even though this store is smaller than the one at Fashion Square mall it is totally worth coming here instead! Can't remember any of the names of the girls I like that work here but I love them. read more

Very friendly sales staff. Not pushy. When asked what we were looking for, the sales woman showed us a specific treatment and let us try it out in the store. My girlfriend and I left with 2 samples each read more

I'm not sure if the staff has changed or just backed off a bit. But it's worth a mention that it's much more comfortable to shop here.

We went to buy some Christmas gifts on 12/23. They had no little bags to put the bars and bombs in. Girl said throw them in the big plastic tubs. No thanks. Someone couldn't run and grab some lunch bags or something. I really like the products generally but this was a big fail. Plus when we entered the sales girl ignored my 15 year old who was the primary shopper. Great customer service. read more

This place is awesome. KRISTEN is amazing and JADE is awesome. The entire staff are so sweet and kind. The product is worth every penny. Go in and let them show you heaven. JEWEL and TORIA are totes adorbs. T is amazing with the fashion forward approach and knows the product well. read more

So I love the products but waaaay over priced. I get its all natural and what not so I expect to pay more but still 8 to 10 dollars for one bath bomb seems a little ridiculous. I would have given 4 stars but I was a bit bothered by how many employees followed me around making small talk and or hounding me to buy things. I understand customer service but I felt presured and wasn't able to just look around and explore all they have. So 3 bathbombs and a face mask was 80 dollars... Again kind of ridiculous. I will still purchase somethings from here because I love a few of the products (rose body conditioner) but i might just order online to avoid making awkward small talk while I shop. There is a healthy balance of being available but its not necessary to have an employee with you through your entire visit to the store. read more

Such an amazing customer service experience! Even with how overwhelmingly busy it was due to it being the holiday season, everyone was soo helpful and knowledgeable! This was my first time in the store and I absolutely loved how I was able to sample the products in store and was able to take some home. This lady was super impressed & will be coming back again! #lushaddict read more

I have never felt as taken care of as when I went into this Lush. I entered not really knowing what I wanted. The helpful staff took their time and showed me around. I love my Dirty body wash and Sexy Peel soap. My wife and I also love the big variety of bath bombs. I am actually looking forward to the next time I go to the mall. read more

Awesome store with extremely friendly workers. Charles was very helpful to me and we had a great conversation! Go and ask for him:)

I go to Lush pretty regularly I am a big fan of the products and spend more than I should. Today though, A young man named Johnny (I think) was SO helpful that he prompted me to write a review. Just take my money!!! read more

I love the products at this store, but for an introvert, going in is super overwhelming. Wishing about .5 seconds of entering the store, I'm surrounded by no less than four employees all wanting to talk about my clothes, my hair, my piercings, my tattoos, my purse, and whatever else they can come up with. I'm sure this is part of their sales pitch- flatter the customer before trying to push products, but it's a bit much when all I'm looking to do is go in, grab some bath bombs and leave. Tone it down a bit! read more

I came here to visit from San Jose, California. I myself am a lush employee so I'm used to the attitudes and practices of the shops and have never myself have had a negative experience and today was no different. I was welcomed warmly, talked to with respect, and demonstrated on by the MIT of the shop (whose name I forgot to ask). She was an absolute sweetheart!!!! All of this mind you without anyone knowing I was a fellow Lush employee. Today was so nice and I got to stock up on the perfumes I can't get access to in my home state. Keep up the good work you guys! It was an honor to visit and meet you all! read more

I don't understand how people say the employees are rude because every time I'm in there, EVERYONE is talking to me, asking questions, conversing. It's so nice! And when they give you things to sample, they never push you into buying something. They also go above and beyond to help me each time I'm there. They are AMAZING!!! read more

I Love This Place. Each time I am at the mall I have to stop by Lush. Even if I'm not purchasing anything that day, I just love going in there for the over all experience. I love the employee's energy, creativity and knowledge of the products. Or course it is always nice shopping here for gifts or something for ourselves. If you've never been to Lush, it is one of the best places for gifts for Him and Her. This isn't just a girlie place, it's for everyone young and old. One of the best points about this place is the products are healthy and safe to use. Their green washing and fresh ingredients are a great reason to shop here. It gets you away from all the chemicals in products today. It's Always a great experience! Thank you all for what you do each day at Lush. It's most appreciated. Keep up the great work! read more

I am so excited to have gotten the best customer service I have gotten a long time, since customer service concept in our society has disappeared years ago. I had a situation that had me in tears from sadness a week ago but the gal at the chandler mall location had me teary eyed in happiness this week and did the right thing by me the customer. I was so happy to actually have a business do the right thing. Thank you to the amazing employee at chandler mall location LUSH on saturday night who helped me with the body lotion bar (sorry I did not get your name). read more

Good products. Terrible customer service. Rude sales people. Scoffed at me for not knowing exactly what I was trying to find for my boyfriend. Was a skinny blonde girl who seemed like a manager(?) of some sorts. A blonde young man was also rude to me for changing my mind on a certain product. Would not recommend. read more

My cousin got me a Lush gift box for Christmas and I had no idea what this stuff was. Boy, was I in for it! I have never smelled such heavenly bath products and felt so pampered in my life! I visited a store in Austin,TX and was hooked. Now we live in Phoenix so of course I had to track down a store here. Luckily the Chandler store is fairly close. If for no other reason than to stroll and sniff, you HAVE to visit this store! I'll bet you walk out with more than you can carry! My faves are the Dream Wash and Dream Cream, the Dream Time bath soak and just about any bath bomb - I don't think there's a single one that doesn't smell amazing. I use the Ickle Baby Bot bath bomb and the Honey I Washed the Kids Soap in my daughter's baths. She loves both. I am a total Lushie now! read more

I love this store and this particular location! The sales people can be a little pushy sometimes but they've never steered me wrong.

I love the lush products and have no complaints about them (other than price). I just moved here from a different state and needed to stock up so went to this chandler location because it's the closest to me now. The staff was nice but very intrusive. I really just wanted to go in, get what I need, and get out and be done. It was very uncomfortable and I never felt that way at the previous location I used to shop at. I decided I will order what I need online from now on or try and find a different location. read more

I'd give 4 stars for product quality, but would have to temper that with 2 stars for ridiculous prices. We find ourselves all the way down to 1 star when overkill sales staff are factored in. I really wanted to pick up 5 or 6 items for Xmas gifts but all 4 of the sales staff who approached me to tell their life story wouldn't allow me to browse and look at things. I spent all of 10 minutes in the store trying to get away from one chatty sales kid only to be accosted by another. Guess how many items I had the opportunity to actually pick up and look at? Not one. I walked out so disturbed and irritated that I'll never go back or buy one of their products again. Seriously Lush. How many sales people do you need for a store the size of a closet? And I wish I could say this was the first time it's ever happened, but alas it wasn't. The first time it happened I assumed they had all just left some sales team building exercise and we're high on thoughts of commissions or something. Ugh. Terrible experience. Way to turn off customers. read more
