I called ahead to get the price on a product and was quoted on a specific amount. I sent my wife to pick up the two acrylic powders and the price was suddenly $60 higher than what he quoted me. Drove almost 40 minutes to get here. I have 2 babies and theyre both very little. I walk in with my stroller and they stopped me while i'm about to shop and tell me if they don't allow strollers because they have a lot of theft. My two babies are not the age where they can stand without issues so they watched me try to shop and struggle with two kids after I had to go back to my car and pack up my stroller. I ended up leaving buying nothing after driving all that way because I couldn't even shop. The only reason I'm giving a star is because I have to. I guess the star could account for the products that they have. Their attitudes however are horrible. It was a big difference from them talking to the other customers that look like them versus me or even the delivery guy that was there sadly. Brand new just a few months ago and they were still stocking shelves, but what they had ready was super organized. Loved that because the usual places I go to have boxes blocking every walkway. This was a nice change of pace! They only lose one star because they didn't have the usual brands I was looking for like creative (Brisa) and light elegance. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Owner yelled at me "CANT YOU SEE IM BUSY!" when I asked for help. This is after I saw him IGNORE me when I entered the store and struggled to find what I was looking for on my own. (I don't work there, so of course I don't know everything in the store.) When he yelled at me, I told him he doesn't need to be rude to me, I just want to buy nail supplies. That turned into this whole argument between us with me defending myself as a paying customer and deserving better. I WALKED TF OUT. I will never come back here. Never never ever.
