Shopped here several times over 2 years and the experience is worse with each visit. This is mostly the fault of the owner (an older Viet gentleman who's almost always there). No prices displayed anywhere because he'll change them based on who's purchasing. He charged someone in front of me $1 for a dappen dish, then told me it cost $5. This has happened more than once with different items; and if you ask local techs, they'll likely have similar stories. If you ask for prices as you shop (which means constantly returning to the checkout counter), he makes it clear that you're bothering him. He doesn't want you to open any polish bottles, but most of their swatch books (also at the counter) have only 1/4 of the colors that they're actually selling. They don't have displays/testers for those missing swatches either. You're forced to just look at bottles and hope for the best while he monitors every move you make from the counter. There's an inconsistently enforced "no large bags" policy with no standard for what "large" means. I used the same bag for 6+ months that's only big enough to hold an iphone and keys. Some days I was allowed to bring it in and other days I wasn't. Meanwhile, other shoppers arrived with larger totes and he didn't bat an eye. You'd have to be willfully ignorant to assume the best case scenario here; that the owner treats customers based on his mood. Sadly, the obvious trend is more malicious: the owner engages with customers and adjusts prices based on ethnicity. If you're not Vietnamese, you're probably in for an uncomfortable and expensive shopping trip. It's a real shame because the rest of the staff (noticeably younger folks) is welcoming, friendly, and helpful! But I just can't recommend this supply in good conscience knowing that most people will feel discriminated against. The large stock just isn't worth it. Don't shop here unless you're in a life or death scenario (so....never). read more

I placed an order online on June 7th, today is June 22nd and I have not received my order. I have emailed them 4 times over the last 2 weeks asking for an update. No replies to my emails. I have called, no one answers the phone listed on my order (480) 442-1368 or the number listed on their website (626) 780-677. I have left 2 voicemail messages, and no one has returned my call. read more

Walked in with my 11 month old in her stroller which mind you is a $500 stroller. My baby is clearly visible and asleep. An older Asian man runs up to me profusely sweating saying "MAM WE DONT ALLOW STROLLERS!" I took the blanket off to show that clearly my daughter was peacefully asleep and I said so "I have to take my daughter out and wake her up to shop in your store?" He didn't even have the decency to respond. TOTALLY ignored the crap out of me and walked away. I may look like a tired mom but I don't run up to my clients sweating discriminating saying they cant be inside with their sleeping children. His employee looked embarrassed and RESPONDED FOR HIM saying "I'm sorry" as if she understood my point of view. I haven't been here in a while and I love doing nails and sucks that this first time back experience had to be this way. The manager was rude as hell and totally discriminated me as a shoplifter apparently if you pull up with a $600 stroller with an ACTUAL sleeping baby and a 50,000.00 infinity that you "aren't" allowed in his store. Little does he know I could've been consistent clientele considering the fact that I am starting my profession again. SMH oh well I know where not to go and where to NOT recommend. I had such an amazing experience going here. It was my second time going and everyone was so nice and so helpful. Everyone was just so nice to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. Went in with my younger sister who is trying to become a beginner nail tech, and the younger lady helped immensely and answered all of my sister's question and just guided her and told her the best products for a beginner. Will definitely go back! read more

I called ahead to get the price on a product and was quoted on a specific amount. I sent my wife to pick up the two acrylic powders and the price was suddenly $60 higher than what he quoted me. My wife is white. When I immediately called the owner, he said the price "went up" from when he was on the phone with me. Same product, same day. Only difference was who showed up. Very rude and dishonest experience and I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

Went to go pick up 4 items for my wife the lady infront of me got the same 4 products she was only charged $40 and got a free bottle of cuticle oil and I got told my total was $62.58 and was not getting anything extra kinda hard to not feel like it's cause I'm not of Asian ethnicity until I had one of my Asian friends go in and they got a cheaper price aswell this place is shit don't waste youre time unless you want to get ripped off read more

+ They're super stocked and got whatever you need. Insane amount of products. They keep some behind the counter, so ask if you can't find it. + I think all the reviews stating poor customer service are misunderstanding. I much prefer the way they do it here, where they have (nice!) staff available if you need them, but they don't come bother you to ask if you need anything or if they can help you. Personally I like looking by myself and asking if needed! + Prices are really good, and you can buy items that are more restricted online like the gel bottle BIABs. - Wish they had prices displayed. - The outside of the store looks sooo sketchy, wish they could do smth to make it look more inviting from the outside! read more

Dealer Nail Supply - Outside the store. Can be kinda hard to find on gps, it's facing Dobson rd - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

When I walked in it was nice and all but I started asking the prices on the items because there were no prices and he charged me 70 dollars for 2 gel polish's and he charged a girl in front of me 20 bucks same brand and everything they are not honest with there prices. read more

if i could give 0 stars i would. I walked in with my baby in his stroller. I immediately got dirty looks and was told i can't shop with my stroller inside. along with that I wasn't allowed to have my purse inside the store. the man at the front had a mouth full of food and told me that i should leave my BABY OUTSIDE while i shop. this is absurd and i will never be back. sorry single mamas but you'll be turned away for being a human being!!! read more

Drove almost 40 minutes to get here. I have 2 babies and theyre both very little. I walk in with my stroller and they stopped me while i'm about to shop and tell me if they don't allow strollers because they have a lot of theft. My two babies are not the age where they can stand without issues so they watched me try to shop and struggle with two kids after I had to go back to my car and pack up my stroller. I ended up leaving buying nothing after driving all that way because I couldn't even shop. If you guys have a shoplifting problem you need to hire security and not inconvenience people who wanted to give you business. I'll go to a different nail supply store. read more

Hey so there pricing is far to much than the price I saw online and other stores , I advise doing research before you buy stuff because I made the mistake of not doing my research, I paid 120 for a 12 of powders and saw the same one at Walmart for 50 dollars. Not coming back at all , and I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Don't recommend visiting. They're very inconsistent and cannot open on time. I went to grab a few things when they opened, and to no surprise they didn't open @10a. I waited 20 mins for the store to open and called their phone a couple times but no response. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. As a female walking up to a store with 3 males standing at the front door was very uncomfortable. They stare and don't even greet their customers, I said hi and didn't get a response back. I was denied entry because of the "large" size of my purse. So I said id just leave and again didn't get any sort of acknowledgement. They are extremely rude and horrible customer service. read more

I've been coming here for 3 years- they are the best! They're always happy to help and give solid suggestions/advice. I live almost an hour away and I find time to make my way out there rather than going somewhere else. Thank you for providing amazing service every time! read more

All the goodies!! Very nice staff too :) always so helpful. Great place for all the gel x nail supplies!

My experience here is ALWAYS pleasant. The guy (I think his name is David...not for sure tho) is very informative about all of the products they carry. Love that they have The Gel Bottle and Chaun Legend products available now...literally one stop shopping! read more

The only reason I'm giving a star is because I have to. I guess the star could account for the products that they have. Their attitudes however are horrible. It was a big difference from them talking to the other customers that look like them versus me or even the delivery guy that was there sadly. The old man called the young dude over immediately when I got to the counter. I said hi and he didn't acknowledge me other than with a look of disgust? Or confusion? I'm gonna say the latter. Anyway, I just got what I needed and left and that will be the last time I spend my money there. Off to search for a nail supply place because that's only the second time I've been there and it was the same the first time. Decided to give them another try only because I liked the products but the top coat I got from them was SUPER dried out and they have a no return/exchange policy. And for a woman like me to spend $80 so that I can do my own nails and avoid attitudes like that in the nail salons, I'll never go here again. I'm better off shopping online! That's better than being treated like I'm coming to Rob the place. Needless to say, if you're a person of color. You should try spending your money elsewhere. Yes their selection is big but it's not worth shopping at a place that clearly does not want you there. Save your coins ladies! read more

Transparent pricing and great staff! The brothers at the front are super knowledgeable with all of your nail needs! As someone who loved acrylics, they put me onto Apres, which were SOOO much better for my nails! They have everything you need to do your nails at home or for your business! This shop is open to the public, so you don't need a cosmetology license to purchase. Ample parking in the lot and they take cash/card! 10/10 will be back to restock my nail stuff! read more

Brand new just a few months ago and they were still stocking shelves, but what they had ready was super organized. Loved that because the usual places I go to have boxes blocking every walkway. This was a nice change of pace! They only lose one star because they didn't have the usual brands I was looking for like creative (Brisa) and light elegance. The owner said he'd look into it, so I'm crossing my fingers. I'd love for this to be my go to place instead of the other place with the safety hazards everywhere lol read more

the location was very difficult to find, behind the international market in a weird alleyway. would recommend coming during the day with a friend but honestly there were no prices on anything and i got up charged on things i could have gotten for half the price on amazon or shein. got charged $8 for a tiny bag of diamonds. honestly just buy your stuff from amazon/shein bc i spent $40 on a bunch of stuff i could have gotten for $15 all together somewhere else. read more

Probably one of the worst customer service i've experienced, the staff especially the cashier young fellow always in the front is so rude. Always in their phone and look at you like an idiot when asking a question or simply waiting to checkout. They are not helpful at all, not to mention the prices are outrageous. I definitely recommend Juany Nail Supply Store rather than this dump. Save your time and money and support another small business that are actually helpful and nice. read more

This is my favorite nail store in the valley. Awesome selection, fair prices, and knowledgeable employees. Thank you!!

I recently started doing my nails at home and found this place! I was looking for a certain nail polish brand and they had it! The woman owner is friendly and their store is HUGE with lot of different supply for nail salon or do your nail at home. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Owner yelled at me "CANT YOU SEE IM BUSY!" when I asked for help. This is after I saw him IGNORE me when I entered the store and struggled to find what I was looking for on my own. (I don't work there, so of course I don't know everything in the store.) When he yelled at me, I told him he doesn't need to be rude to me, I just want to buy nail supplies. That turned into this whole argument between us with me defending myself as a paying customer and deserving better. I WALKED TF OUT. I will never come back here. Never never ever. I don't care if I'm down bad and my finger nails are falling off. That's not how you treat people tryna spend their hard earned money. There's another nail supply not too far from here. They cost a little more but they are attentive to ALL their customers, laugh and smile with you, and sometimes give candy or freebies. I should have went their first. Came here tryna save and paid for it with my peace. Moving forward I will only patronize the nearby nail supply with the respectful people. I wish I knew the name! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Do yourself a favor and go to the other nail supply store around the corner! It's about 2 minutes away and called Nationwide Nail Supply!!! FRIENDLY SERVICE AND BETTER PRODUCTS! Not an ad!!! Please read why below.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!! I have been in to this store plenty of times but during the last visit the elder man in the store was so rude! We asked for help and he chose to ignore us. We asked again and he told me to figure it out myself because he was "busy" stalking shelves. He didn't just say it though, he put his hands up shooing me away as in I shouldn't talk to him. He was SO EXTREMELY RUDE to the point I had to tell him that is NOT how you treat your PAYING customers!!! I told him that WE are the ones putting money in HIS pockets so he really needs to fix his rotten nasty attitude! I decided not to purchase anything from there and never will again! When I was leaving I mentioned to a lady upfront that the elder guy is very rude for no reason and she agreed! To the owner of this store, please talk to your employee about customer service and how to handle business because clearly he needs training. This store won't be around much longer if he keeps that nasty attitude. After how we were treated in this store, I will always recommend the nearby nail supply store instead of this store where all they care about is getting your money and not helping you. I very rarely even post reviews so please guys believe me and just go to the other store. Thanks read more

This place deserves zero stars. The owner Tony or whatever his name is disrespectful, rude, racist, and doesn't care about his customers. I will never ever ever in my life put money into his pockets. I do my best to support local small business owners and I was excited to find a nail supply store like this. So imagine my surprise when I come to support the business and experience nothing but disrespect! They were unwelcoming from the moment I walked in. No one even greeted me! Piece of advice for business owners: TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT! Regardless of what their skin color may be. I'm still in shock about the way I was treated. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more
