I had the most insane experience at this Sally's. So picture me waiting to get into Sally's before it opens and this Sally's employee is coming into the store. But this guy is outside and asking for a jump on his car. Employee is like sure. I'm early I will jump you. No big deal right. Turns out this guy starts hitting his wife around who is in the car. The wife has overdosed and is out. Employee and man from nearby gym rush into action and call 911 and literally start saving this woman's life. Police show up, get statements from Sally's employee and Gym man. Get this, the Sally's Employee comes back from the parking lot, opens the store ON TIME and assists me with my purchase. Unreal. I walk in to grab hair color and developer.. the lady at the cash register was clearly not happy to be there. I needed assistance for which color and product I should consider & she seemed very annoyed that I even asked for help. Isn't your job to help a customer? If you go in, make sure you know what you're going in for.. they don't like customers I guess! read more

This location has really impressed me! Employees are beyond helpful and seem to have genuine interactions with everyone in the store. They will take the time to look up products and information with you and call other stores if something it out of stock. I recommend coming here if you want "a friend" to shop with! The people here are amazing. They are so kind and Will go out of their way to help you. They gave amazing directions on how to dye my hair and it came out amazing. They Also offer an amazing variety of hair dye. All the workers are wearing masks and masks are required in the store so I feel protected. I love sally's and have been going here since as long as I can remember . However, I went into this location , the only time i've ever had a bad experience in 20 years of being a returning customer between my mother and I. I specifically told the girl assisting me I wanted to lift the red out of my hair and she sold me a "lightening" product that ended up being a bleaching product , which I wouldn't have minded if I had been informed , except I wasn't so I ended up not preping my hair properly and severely damaged it. AND she told me to use and 30 developer which I later found out at another Sally's you should never put on your roots and as a result my scalp has several bleeding burns on it now . Will not be returning to this location but Bobby at the Stapley and Baseline location is wonderful and so knowledgeable and was able to help me at least color correct :) read more

I went to the store for the first and was greeted right away. I was asked if I needed help and I tried to explain what I was looking forward to try to go back to my natural hair color. The lady was not very helpful and was somewhat rude. I tried to ask questions make sure I got the right product she just seemed as if I was a nuisance. Then another lady asked if I needed help when I showed her the products I had and asked if it was correct she looked at me like I was retarded. I was very frustrated because this was my first time dying my hair outside of the cheapie box and I just looking for a little help. There's absolutely no need for both of these ladies to be extremely rude to me when all I was doing was being a customer and asking simple questions about products they had. So I just pulled up granted it's Saturday night, and I get it the workers wanted to leave. It was like a minute before close but the guy just stared at me getting out of my car I was parked up front and the girl was waiting to lock the door. I work retail I know you want the close the door right on time but if someone clearly pulls up before closing, atleast at my job we ask the customer if they knew exactly what they needed. The girl ran to the back to turn off the lights and the boy just stared at me when I was asking if they were already closed, as if I was speaking a foreign language and couldn't even mouth to me that yes they were closed...all I needed was gloves and I'm not invisible...you looked right at me, and also like the teachers say...use your words bro just say you're closed! read more

Spent $47. Then right after paying we see that you get a free blanket if you spend $49. Only 2 dollars more and she didn't bother advertising the deal or telling us. Asked if we could spend the extra $2 to get the deal since she didn't even mention it. She said no and locked the door before the closing time as we walked out. Bad customer service. read more

This Sallys location is my absolute favorite. The women who work there are so beyond helpful! I was asking them questions about dying my hair and they spent a good 20 minutes giving me helpful tricks and even showing me different techniques to highlight. They're very honest and always point you toward the right products. read more

If I could give less stars I would! Demi is the most unprofessional rude manager and in my opinion is way too immature to handle escalations. As a customer in the store hearing her be disgustingly rude and arguing with the customer who is obviously upset at being charged twice for an expensive item. Demi the manager was very condescending stating "that's why you keep your receipts." which, the customer had multiple receipts documenting she was owed the money. The woman customer was told they didn't have enough cash and to call customer service. The manager Demi also threatened to call the police which was absolutely uncalled for as the woman customer was not yelling but very justified in being upset from my perspective. The manager Demi made her employees visibly uncomfortable as well. I will NEVER go to this location again. She needs to learn better customer service skills because they are HIGHLY lacking. I have also NEVER complained about terrible service but the whole situation made me feel compelled to do so. I will also be emailing their corporate office to make a formal complaint.
