    The fragrance in here was so strong that it triggered a migraine...and I'm not even sensitive to smells. Never coming back here.

    Worst experience of my life! I had a care credit card and was going to use it. Then the girl told…read moreme they don't take care credit.she told me I could apply with Cherry (which is a horrible company). I did and I was approved for $4,000. Funny thing tho, they picked up an old address that hadn't lived at for over a year. So it comes time to pay and I had to pay $143.00 to Cherry. So I used my debit card. Well since they didn't have my address correct, my debit and credit cards wouldn't go thru. Now mind you, they got paid $2,300 from Cherry already! I was there for 1 hour for injectables and another hour trying to explain to the idiots at the front that they won't be able to take my payment for Cherry because cherry picked up an old address. I told them I would get back in contact with them when I spoke to Cherry on Monday. The process for changing an address with Cherry is sending them an email and then entering it. It takes a week to get into the system, I've never encountered an application for funds that didn't have you enter your name, current address, and social! Stupidity like you wouldn't believe with these two girls. The nurse was even dumber. I'm 68 years old and disabled. I left to go to my car and the nurse, I swear, came running after me and said I couldn't leave without paying Cherry the $143.00. I spent upwards of an hour trying to explain to this idiot that as long as Cherry has an incorrect address, none of my credit cards will go through. Honestly, I doubt that this girl is an RN. She's just too dumb for words. So I'm about to get in my car, when she comes running out with her phone and takes a photo of my license plate. Then she tells me I'm going to have to give her my license. I told her she was out of her mind if she thought I was going to drive back home without a license! Unbelievable. You would think this was the national deficit. Then two days later, I get a call from the police! U politely told them these people are out of their minds and that at best, this was a civil matter! I guess what is the icing on the cake, was that this "nurse" supposedly filled my forehead lines and the lines on top of my upper lip with Botox......not so much! The wrinkles on my forehead and my lip before are the same wrinkles that are here now. These people are nothing but common thieves! This business is a scam! They charge at least 30% higher for juvaderm than anyone else. Stay away from this business! They are crooks. Anyone that would like to see before and after photos to show that what I'm stating here is true, you may contact me thru Yelp. It only takes 1-3 days for Botox to take effect.

I saw it was going to charge me a few weeks ahead so I called to cancel my membership. I was convinced to stay on as a member and would be charged April 24th, 2025, which I thought by then it would be a good chance I'll have the finances together or a little better off. I was charged as a member to my account, which then overdrafted m account by $30. So My account then was -111.52. I immediately called and no one picked up for like 10 minutes. I sent a text message with the screenshot showing that their automatic charge overdrafted my account and within minutes a gal called me back. She started the refund process and said she would have the regional manager get back to me. I was sent a text message but I have been in shut down mode as money is tight and that absolutely ruined my plans for feeding myself and getting to places I needed to be. Today, I conversed with the regional manager, Ivori and no positive resolution was given. Hi, Skin refunded the membership fee but I'm still out -12.52 because of the overdraft fee. Not okay. I signed a contract. This shouldn't have happened. I loved coming here. The gal I had, Kaitlyn, left but she was fantastic. It was the one hour a month I got to treat myself. However, I have disabilities that required I make a choice of putting my account on hold or taking care of myself. I signed the waiver on the 14th after receiving it on the 13th and thought I was in the clear until April as it says in the form. I was happily a member for like 3 years and even worked with them personally. Lo was awesome. I am extremely disappointed in my experience and 10000% more stressed out in life now because of their mistake. I was in contract and they admitted it was their fault.

I was lucky to find a place close by.... The aesthetic of the place was cute and charming. Chelsea was my aesthetician and was so nice and professional. It was the BEST facial I have ever had and bonus she does a scalp, foot and hand/arm massage. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Chelsea. She even sent me a text the day asking how I was doing.

    I want to begin by saying that my massage with Isabella was excellent. The service itself was truly…read morea 10/10 experience, and both massage therapists provided outstanding care. Unfortunately, my positive experience ended at checkout. Approximately four weeks ago, I booked a couples massage in person for my husband and I as part of celebrating our recent marriage in May 2026. At no point during the booking process was I informed of any pricing changes or additional fees associated with the service. They assured me that I would be able to use 2 of my credits to cover the cost of service. When checking out after our massage, I expected to use two membership credits--one for myself and one for my husband. Since my husband is not a member, I was informed that I needed to transfer one of my credits to his account for a $10 fee. While I don't necessarily agree with that policy, I accepted it. What I did not expect or agree with was to then be told that I owed an additional $20 and my husband owed an additional $90, totaling $110 in extra charges after already redeeming two membership credits for the service. My concern is not only the amount charged, but the manner in which it was handled. No customer wants to walk out of a relaxing massage and immediately be presented with over $100 in unexpected fees--especially after having already paid for the service through membership credits and tipped both therapists each $20. As a long-time member for years, I find this extremely disappointing. If there has been a price increase or surcharge associated with couples massages, that information should be disclosed clearly at the time of booking, not after the service has already been completed. I also want to make it clear that my frustration is not directed at the front desk staff. They were professional, empathetic, and did everything within their authority to try to help. They do not create the pricing policies and should not be placed in the position of delivering unexpected charges to upset customers. My concern is with ownership and management decisions that create these situations. As a small business owner myself and a licensed aesthetician in the beauty and spa industry, I understand the importance of profitability. However, I also understand the importance of transparency, customer service, and setting proper expectations. I would never surprise a client with substantial additional charges after a relaxing treatment without prior disclosure. In total, this 50-minute couples massage ended up costing approximately $400. Considering that two services were performed simultaneously in the same timeframe, I struggle to understand the justification for an additional $110 charge beyond the membership credits already redeemed. After years of loyalty to this franchise, this experience has unfortunately caused me to reconsider my membership. At this time, I intend to cancel and return to supporting independent providers whose pricing and communication practices I trust. I would also like a review of these charges and would appreciate either a refund or a credit applied to my account. Instead of leaving relaxed and happy, my husband and I left disappointed and pissed off. This wedding gift turned into a $400 expense and if I knew this at the time of booking, I wouldn't have done this. I look forward to hearing from management regarding a resolution.
