The facility is very clean and beautiful. Cons: I booked for a prenatal massage. I am 7 months pregnant and extremely achy and sore. I work 9 hours a day at an office so i have a bad back, shoulders and with the pregnancy horribly sore feet. That is usually all I need to say for a massage therapist to know what to work on. I have received amazing prenatal massaged throughout my pregnancy, and i am familiar with all the spas and resorts throughout the valley. Although very kind, I feel this masseuse did not pay attention to the areas of concern I highlighted on the intake form, and that we spent time discussing before hand. There was no specialized attention to these areas, and the pressure was extremelyyy light. I am a very shy person and do not like confrontation at all, There were two times I ALMOST got the courage to speak up to see if she can work harder or deeper on my back and feet and by the time i was about to she was moving on. I actually feel like she spent more time on my front side, which should not be the case if we talked about my back and neck. I spent close to $160 after tip to basically have lotion rubbed on my whole body very very lightly. I picked this place based on the 5 starts review, and it seems to be a better option of you are looking for a facial, or maybe the head spa, but the massage was not therapeutic at all. I'm writing this from work where my back and shoulders are still killing me and the most terrible part is i paid for an extra 30 min because i needed extra work on these areas.
