Boyfriend offered to show them how he knew item was fake and they did not even question him. It is illegal in the state of AZ to sell counterfeits. They know they are selling fakes! They had an opened box but wouldn't let him look at bottle unless he paid for it. And after purchasing he looked no batch number on back of bottle and bottom metal part was coming off bottle which is 100 percent a fake product. It ruined my boyfriend's whole day and they were charging the same amount as what the discontinued cologne was going for. Sad part was the box that was opened and as probably returned by a customer that also had same issue as us. The lady at counter felt no remorse because they knew item was fake and selling it as authentic.

From the moment I walked in, the vibe was unwelcoming--no one greeted me, and the employees were visibly irritated and trying to rush everyone out. Instead of offering assistance, they hovered and made passive comments about the store closing soon, even though there was still time left before the actual closing time. It felt like they couldn't wait to get rid of customers, which made for a stressful and uncomfortable shopping experience. I love Sephora for the variety and quality of products, but the service at this location really sucks when you're spending hundreds of dollars on products. They use natural ingredients which I think is so important. My favorite soap is the Oatmeal, Milk & Honey. My skin feels clean, moisturized and I no longer have those little bumps on my arms. I stock up when I make a purchase, but the bars do last a long time. They have changed ownership a few times over the years, but I haven't noticed any changes in the quality. The original owner that developed the formulas is a paramedical aesthetician and she addressed every skin type.
