There is a lounge to wait in before your service(s) with recliners, a few snacks and water. Since I had a massage and a facial, they gave me a robe and slippers to put on in between and relaxed a little bit in the lounge after my facial. I followed my process and documented it since day one after and before surgery, but i was never able to match their camera with mine. In which theirs always looked fine, the flash is so bright that 'filters' or changes somehow the real face after surgery in comparison with my camera. I am truly disappointed and frustrated for trusting someone who just literally took my money after promising results that were not delivered.
