This review actually goes out to customer service when we were on a trip. They had an amazing sale for $1.95 for hand soap. I ordered six of them as there was a limit when the shipment came. One of the bottles was opened and had poured out all over the box and all of the product, I finally got around to calling customer service and they're sending out a replacement without a fuss. Some of the best customer service that I've had experienced in a long time shout out to JC.

    Got my Limited Edition candles!

Bath & Body Works Fact: B&BW was founded in 1990 in New Albany, Ohio and has since expanded across six continents. In 1997, it was the largest bath shop chain in the United States. I wasn't going to review this place but I noticed that my picture became the business photo so I felt inspired. My new Blueberry Marshmallow Bar candle is lightly perfuming the office right now too so I'm feeling extra galvanized. What's not to love about B&BW? They have everything you need to make your bathroom into a spa: candles, wall-mounted fragrances, lotions, body washes, and other smelly things. I mainly come here for hand sanitizer and candles. They run some great deals multiple times a year. I love the $12.95 three-wick candle specials which is the reason of my latest visit. They also had two specific limited-edition candles that's in-stock only for this $12.95 three-wick candle special! I got them both~ When you want a generic gift for someone, you come to B&BW. It's not a heart-felt gift but it will probably be enjoyed... or re-gifted. Haha!

Candles on Sale; creative and smell good scents: Always

Husband's and boyfriend's beware, you will most likely leave this store carrying many items for your Wife or Girlfriend. Good news is your Apartment, House, and Bathroom will be smelling great

Such an amazing experience, and I can't wait to go back after my products run out!…read more I called ahead to see if this place required reservations, but they are walk‑in ONLY. I got there first thing in the morning with my mom and aunt to get started. We arrived on a Friday and parking was PACKED. We ended up finding a spot in a nearby lot, so if you have a certain time you want to arrive, make sure you factor in parking. Anyway, we made our way into the building, and a nice lady told us we could sit anywhere we wanted and gave us the rundown. You're able to make an array of items. We ended up making car fresheners, perfumes, lotions, and candles. You start off by picking your favorite scents and combinations. If you're anything like me and my mom, we are very indecisive, luckily they help you pick out scents and combinations they think you'll like. Seriously amazing staff! They were so patient with us to make sure we got the scent we loved. Overall, the process took about an hour, and depending on what you make, you'll have to come back after 3 -4 hours to pick up your items. When we came back around late noon, it was packed, so I definitely don't recommend coming at that time. Definitely go early in the morning or maybe a couple hours before they close. The prices weren't overly expensive at all. I can't remember the exact total, but I think I got around three items and only paid about $70. Either way, if I have more family coming in from out of town or just want a fun place to go with friends, I can definitely see myself coming back

I absolutely LOVE candles, so this is the perfect place for me!…read more Nice size space to see everything they have to offer for a fun short activity and hands on experience OR simply just to browse around at ALL the scents & delightful ideas they present. There are probably over 100-200 fragrances, so lots of options! Create your own custom creation (soy based) candle, plus make your own brilliant bath salts, body scrubs, hand soaps, lotions etc. It's obviously NOT just about candles here, it's the chemistry of how things tie together! We were pleased with our selections & personalized products. There are 3 location within the Phoenix area to make your tailored treasure come true! Note- Big groups, make reservations in advance! And- If you want your candle on the same day you visit; make sure you prepare for that & visit 3 hours prior to closing time to ensure you get your products so that you don't have to make an additional trip.

Vision Quest - Beautiful, large store full of books, decks, incense, readers, gemstones, etc.

Vision Quest was my gateway drug into all things WooWoo. Back when it was on Scottsdale Road, I…read morewandered in and basically fell headfirst into crystals, incense, and candles like some kind of spiritual Alice in Wonderland. It was my first real intro to this world, and honestly, it launched me into the practices that are now just... my life. So yes, Vision Quest and I go way back. Then, like any long-term relationship, the shine wore off. I started hearing whispers in school about them not clearing the space, and once I noticed it myself, the vibe felt a little off. Combine that with discovering other shops that had better prices and fresh energy? Yeah, I strayed. Cut to tonight: my go-to WooWoo dealer (aka my favorite candle spot) was CLOSED. Dire situation. My altar was looking at me like, "You really gonna let me go dark?" So, I dragged myself over to Vision Quest. And you know what? The whole vibe felt different... lighter, fresher, like someone saged the place within an inch of its life. I actually caught myself thinking, "Wait, why did I stop coming here again?" Candles acquired. Yes, they were a whopping 50¢ instead of my usual 30¢ (so, call me thrifty), and the wax felt like it came from a slightly less fancy bee or paraffin farm. But in an emergency? Totally did the job. And so, Vision Quest is like that ex you bump into years later and think, "Huh... maybe they got their act together." I may not be back every week, but I'm definitely glad it's still around when the WooWoo emergencies hit.

Ever been somewhere and left feeling like you were treated less than? That was my experience at…read moreSee's Candies Thursday evening of 4-2-26. I walked in with my family of five, excited for a sweet treat and in admiration about the Easter decor on display. We were patiently in the back of the line with no behind waiting. While we stood there, Vanessa came out from the side with chocolate caramel samples--super kind, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant. I appreciated her energy right away and thought oh wow they give you samples while you wait cool!! When it was our turn at the counter, I noticed customers before me asking for other samples in the display case, so as a first-time visitor, I figured I'd try one I saw in the display case too. I asked for the open almond caramel with a chocolate bottom but was met with a loud sigh (by another staff member tending the display case chocolates) because I took a second too long deciding between that and another option the marshmallow caramel--- there was no one behind us. Immediately, I felt uneasy and rushed. I went with the almond caramel chocolate bottom--and I'm honestly glad I sampled it because the caramel was much harder than expected and not easy on my teeth. Then my teenage son politely asked for a double chocolate sample, and that's when things took a turn. The associate looked at us and said, in a very sharp tone, "After this, I'm going to have to charge you." She even started pulling out two pieces before I told her we only needed one. It wasn't just what she said--it was how she said it. The tone felt accusatory and unnecessary, especially considering I had already told her this was my first time there. Had I known there was a strict sampling limit, I would have chosen differently from the start instead of taking the caramel sample offered earlier. I then made it verbally clear I was purchasing, not just sampling and leaving and did so by stating that. She then realized how she came off as I'm sure she was not expecting me to say so. In fact, I still went ahead and bought several pieces (and added more), but the experience was already soured. What made it worse was noticing that the same energy was not given to customers before me--if you know, you know. I will not be returning to this location. Vanessa, however, deserves recognition. She was warm, patient, and made the checkout experience pleasant. Unfortunately, her coworker's lack of professionalism and poor communication overshadowed the visit. I had to explain to my kids that sometimes you will run into people like this unfortunately and to brush it off as they were frustrated with the experience as well.

We absolutely love this location inside the Chandler Fashion Center Mall…read more A trip to the mall is not complete unless we make it to this side of the mall to grab our usual - 3 selections each in our own small bag. The employees are kind enough to mark our bags, so we don't get them mixed up. There are so many good chocolates to choose from. I usually go for one chocolate something and a couple of truffles. The wife mixes it up all of the time. Then we look at all of their displays to see what is being featured at that time. And, of course, you cannot leave the store without checking out their lollipops. I go for the root beer one while my wife likes anything that tastes like coffee, like a latte flavored one. Lately they have done some cool collabs too, with other companies like Squishmallows. They had a clear bag that came with several chocolates and some stuffed animals from Squishmallows. Genius. I recommend stopping by to get some treats the next time you're at the mall.
