The facility is very clean and beautiful. Cons: I booked for a prenatal massage. I am 7 months pregnant and extremely achy and sore. I work 9 hours a day at an office so i have a bad back, shoulders and with the pregnancy horribly sore feet. That is usually all I need to say for a massage therapist to know what to work on. I have received amazing prenatal massaged throughout my pregnancy, and i am familiar with all the spas and resorts throughout the valley. Although very kind, I feel this masseuse did not pay attention to the areas of concern I highlighted on the intake form, and that we spent time discussing before hand. There was no specialized attention to these areas, and the pressure was extremelyyy light. I am a very shy person and do not like confrontation at all, There were two times I ALMOST got the courage to speak up to see if she can work harder or deeper on my back and feet and by the time i was about to she was moving on. I actually feel like she spent more time on my front side, which should not be the case if we talked about my back and neck. I spent close to $160 after tip to basically have lotion rubbed on my whole body very very lightly. I picked this place based on the 5 starts review, and it seems to be a better option of you are looking for a facial, or maybe the head spa, but the massage was not therapeutic at all. I'm writing this from work where my back and shoulders are still killing me and the most terrible part is i paid for an extra 30 min because i needed extra work on these areas. I left extremely disappointed and subsequently I'm looking for another place to go to to fix these areas of concern as the massage I received here did nothing for me.

Texted me before 12:50 to tell me that she was running 30 minutes late. I responded to tell her about my appointment wasn't until 3 o'clock... maybe she texted the wrong person. Then when she called to tell me, they moved back in January, she didn't realize I had answered the phone and was talking behind my back to the other employees. This place is unprofessional , rude , and in my opinion.. TRASH. The way you speak to a brand new client & the unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

This review is not about the quality of work they do, they're as good as anyone else. It's about…read moretheir shady business practices. First off.. this business is a great place for rich people to spend their money. The business engages in the classic 'Bait & Switch'. The other classic tactic Dr. Olson uses is to charge a ridiculous amount for a consultation.. $250. This fee is not refundable but you can apply it towards a procedure. At the consultation, no matter what quote they give you for your procedure, you're self pressured to go ahead and accept it because you don't want to lose the $250. $250 is an unethical amount to charge for a consultation. The amount they charge for procedures is overly inflated. Since the Advanced Plastic Surgery Institute moved into their big fancy building their business has been more about one thing.. profit. After all, they have to pay for that big fancy building. My advice is to go somewhere else, somewhere where your best interest is truly at heart.

I got an unnecessary root canal that failed and had to be redone by another dentist. And cosmetic veneers that I was not properly fit for and broke almost the same day I left there telling them my teeth felt loose still. I had to have my root canal reposted and was lucky I had enough left to even do that. Now I'm on a 10k plus journey to fix the original problem and the damage done by this office. Other than the problematic work I received from this place the staff is very friendly and they at least communicate. Do they give you right or best information no... but they get back to you. I've given this dentist office thousands of dollars my veneers alone were a wasted couple thousand that lasted me less than a month. With the amount I've spent here and having to go thru and have everything completely redone by someone else I wouldn't recommend going here at all.
