Scheduled another appt trying to give this another shot. Scheduled a day in advancr. When I got there at my appt time, waited 15 minutes. Was then invited to begin. Then was told they didn't have any chemicals for gray blending & would need 30 days advance notice, that I should've called ahead. I advised I had called a day in advance. They said that's not enough. Then they said because I complained before, they'd need to be sure everything was perfect prior to my visit. I asked them how I was supposed to know when they're low on supplies and which color. The manager said I not welcome to their store anymore because I seem to only complain; this is after 30 years of being an easy-going customer. I've never experienced that kind of rudeness or disdain towards a paying customer before. I am a retired fire chief and know how to get along with people. I also served as an elected official (Vice-Mayor) for 16 years (4 elections/4 terms) and got along with nearly everyone. I also worked with Health Services, Military, AGs office, and taught college & religious classes. Have never experienced anything like this before. The Manager believes there's nothing she's done to create problems, which is a huge problem for a business. When people can't hold themselves accountable and blame everyone else for issues, that's just poor leadership. The owner needs to take a hard look. I drove to a different provider, was welcomed in as a walk-in, was taken care of kindly and was done in 30 mins. I showed my appreciation with a generous tip. I guess there will always be someone who doesn't understand business, especially 'managers' who have no skin in the game - nothing to lose. My wife built her business with 3 employees and retired with 4,300 employees after 20 years. She understands customer service and its effect on the bottom line. And she was compensated very, very well for her hard work, professionalism, customer service and leadership. Too bad some never 'get it'. Owner - if you'd like to sell the store, I'd be interested in buying it, flipping it, and making it a decent profit center. It wouldn't be hard. There are several competitors with customers lined up to get in without being treated so poorly. Their owners are reaping the rewards. read more

Zero stars. I haven't walked into one of these places for years - they aren't generally good enough to even do my children's hair. But, since I'm just wanting a last-minute style / curling iron, I figured I would stop by and give them a try. Two customers were in there, both almost finished, and THREE employees. No one else was waiting when I first arrived. The girl who greeted me seemed confused as she looked on the computer to figure out a time for me. Flat emotion -- NOT friendly at all. Then, she says, we can get you in 20-30 mins if you can wait. I say, "okay"... feeling confused, because the place is dead. So I sit down to wait, and she walks out the front door. I'm laughing to myself, because it's clear she's not done for the day, she just is taking her break I guess. (She's pregnant, I think, so I cut her some slack). Then another guy comes in, no appointment either, and he is told to sit and wait. So then the one woman finishes the woman she was working on, and asks me "need a cut?", I said, "no a style". She says, "I can't do that, you'll have to wait for her - gesturing to someone in the back, "after she's finished her lunch". That one took the guy who walked in after me. THEN, the other stylist finishes very soon after, and slowly starts cleaning up her station. As she's pushing the hair past the other employees station, I was thinking -- if that were me, I would sweep to the right a bit more and clean up part of her station quickly as a nice gesture as I go by. Then again, I'm not a lazy human being -- and, I AM friendly and nice. So once she finishes getting her station cleaned up, she asks the other employee if she wants a coffee, and SHE walks out the door. Then two more guys walk in as walk-in appointments, and are told they don't need an appointment and they can sit and wait (not told how long). At this point we were nearing the 30 mins, and I knew this because I had texted my daughter when I first arrived - so I knew exactly how long I had been sitting and watching the lazy, lazy, LAZY, slow moving employees. I looked up their styling prices and with medium hair it was $34.95, and long hair was $44.95, XL hair $54.95, and XX-long hair is $64.95... they would likely put me at "long" hair at least and there's NO WAY I'm paying these lazy, unfriendly humans THAT MUCH, after watching their lack of enthusiasm for taking care of clients.... I got up and left. The entire visit became a "Yelp Review" in my mind... that's the only fun twist I can give the experience. Astounding how terrible their customer services is. She was alone in the shop and handled the phone, incoming customers, and my hair needs pleasantly and with the utmost efficiency. She is a professional in ever sense. I received one of the most relaxing shampoos and head massage I've had in years! She cut my hair exactly as I'd asked and I couldn't be happier! Just one suggestion when you book for this salon (besides asking for Fana!), you should call the salon versus using the mobile app. It appears that the salon doesn't receive the online appointments and you may miss out on a wonderful experience! read more

There was no one there when I arrived. Two people working. The woman who cut my hair did a horrible job. She rushed like the place was on fire. It was clear she just wanted to get it done. I had to tell her three times to take the bulk out because it was bad. She said she cut my bangs but she didn't. One time when I asked her to take the bulk out she said if she did more, it wouldn't look good. Most people take 15 to 20 minutes to cut my hair. This woman did it in five. My Fiancé added himself to the waitlist to get a haircut and it told him it would be three hours which was fine because he was working that day and when it was close to his lunch it said 30 minutes which worked out perfect and then shortly later it said 20 minutes and then not even a minute later it said it was time for his appointment. When that happened he headed over there not even 20 minutes later and they said took him out of the queue and told him they can't do anything for him and he'd have to re-enter and wait another hour+. They couldn't do anything for him because they only hold spots for 20 minutes which is ridiculous because they didn't even give him time to get over there! and he works very close same parking lot close !! so no way was it 20 minutes absolutely ridiculous and the staff was rude and couldn't work anything out for him when all he wanted too was a trim which wouldn't have taken long as he had already been waiting.. read more

I went in and asked for my bob haircut to be trimmed and my bangs to be blended. I should have known something was up when the hairdresser kept me faced away from the mirror. When she was done she hustled me out without giving me a mirror to look at my hair. When I got home I looked at it and cried. She did a blunt cut around the bottom, no bob. She butchered my hair with short layers all over. It will literally take me more than a year to grow out my hair. People have asked me what happened to my hair! Asked to keep my natural shape, and to keep a pointed arch, but to pretty much just clean up. and she gave me a WHOLE NEW SET OF EYEBROWS. and when i said they were too thin she gave a bunch of excuses. I showed her a picture beforehand of myself with my natural eyebrows filled (not overdrawn or shaped, just filled) and said i want to keep this shape. after she wrecked my eyebrows i showed her the picture of me and she said "She has different eyebrows than you do. i cant do that" and I told her it WAS ME and she still made excuses. Unfortunately, I have to give a bad review. I made an appt and went in for a VERY simple "root job" for the blonde chunks in my hair (it's a medium brown but I have very distinct chunky blonde highlights). Sylvia was my stylist. I recently moved here from Colorado and my girl at the Supercuts there was awesome and I'd seen her for years! I had my hair just the way I wanted it but have to go in every other month to get those pesky roots done. I even gave Sylvia the exact product used, the mixture, the timing, etc., received from my former Supercuts stylist. Well, when I got home, I realized she did the entire top of my head blonde! No more brown, no more chunky highlights I love and have had for years, just straight up blonde! Wasn't it obvious that my hair had blonde chunks and wasn't totally blonde? ON TOP OF THAT, she missed a TON of areas touching up the roots, that look like they did before I even went in. Horrible job, and I don't get it, unless she just didn't know what she was doing. I gave 2 stars because she was very nice and personable. I texted her re: the issue and she offered to "add in low lights" but I'm too scared to have her touch my hair again. I'm going to go to an actual hair salon to get it fixed. I have no idea how they do on cuts, but I wouldn't see Sylvia for color. P.S. Also, I was surprised she didn't even blow dry my hair, just a teensy bit on the top, so I was sent out with wet hair which has NEVER happened at my former Supercuts. Am now thinking she didn't want me to see how bad a job it was? I don't know, but won't be back. read more

One of my worst experiences ever at supercuts. I have a business trip coming up and I was able to get off work early. So I came here because it's close to my job. I checked in at 2:45pm. There where 2 people ahead of me. And another guy came in at 325 330 and got pulled up before me. No communication as to why he was pulled before me. Hair dresser just looked right at me and said nothing. Just sat him down. They laughed and it seemed like they knew each other and that was at 345. I wasted a hour of my time waiting when I was told 15 min when I walked in while everyone else was in the back laughing and talking. And didnt even help when the one lady cutting hair was asking them to come check me in. I know I didnt check in online but I wasn't expecting to get our early to have the time to get it done. But the lack of communication is sad. And I am a store.manager for a optical place so communication for me is huge. I wont be coming here again. I'll go back to normal barbershop. read more

Don't waste your time. Pretty much is everything you expect from a chain. Terrible prices, super slow service, customer is an inconvenience. Came in because my usual lady at the salon is away for a month and I just needed a simple head shave to get me through. Original guesstimate of 15 minutes, no problem. One lady walks in and asks how much for a kids cut, then says she will just go over to great clips, haha! After 20 minutes, another lady casually asks if I knew that 2 people were in front of me. So the usual stuff from places like this. I get an excellent cut with a razor shave on my neck for less than this place charges for a kids cut. read more

I used to really enjoy coming here but my last experience at this location did it for me and I don't think I'll ever come back. I made an appointment for just a haircut and was actually taken on time which is super rare here, I've waited upwards of 30 minutes even with an appointment here. I told her I wanted more layers, framing, and my bangs trimmed. Karyn talked literally the whole time about her life and family which I usually wouldn't mind but she wasn't asking if what she was doing was what I actually wanted (it wasn't). She then took out a straightener and began to straighten my hair because there was some "product" in the back that she wanted to burn off. Fana has cut my hair in the past and just wasn't open for an appointment but she was in. She walked by and said it looked like she was styling my hair and Karyn explained she was just trying to get some product out and straighten the ends. Fana was really disrespectful fighting with Karyn literally with me in the chair between the two of them it was so uncomfortable. Karyn finished up my hair style, wasn't what I wanted but It is what it is at this point and I asked her to trim my bangs (I have a kind of arched style with my bangs and I really liked how they looked). She cut them straight cross (unevenly) and I literally almost cried when I got home with these janky bangs. So I'm not happy with my haircut at all, sat in the middle of a passive aggressive argument, spent well over the amount of time I had planned for because of her straightening my hair, and to make it all better, when I go up to pay I was expecting $16 or so whatever their haircuts cost then of course adding a tip even though I wasn't pleased. Karyn looked at the register confused and said that there were added styling fees, not one, but two, that Fana had put on the register when Karyn was cutting my hair. I didn't ask for styling, I didn't want it, but WOW adding it behind someone's back is really unprofessional. Karyn removed them for me and I just paid for the haircut but I was left dumbfounded that someone would do that. Went in today to get a haircut. Normally get my cuts during the week and it's much less busy. The girl at the desk who has lots of piercings and tattoos (don't have an issue with people expressing themselves) seemed annoyed I wanted to get a haircut. I realized they were busy but you can still be polite to customers. Also a kid walked in and sat down and she rudely asked him if he checked in and he said yes I did online. I got the sense she was irritated that she had to work on a Sunday. Her attitude turned me off not the wait. I ended up going to great clips near bashas on crismon. Worst haircut of my life honestly.... I went there to get a trim and even my hair out from when I had a pixie cut and let it grow out. Seriously I walked out thinking ok cool haircut done. Nope! She chopped my hair awfully! And when I say chopped I mean chopped. My hair is 2 different lengths on one side and on the other just one length but the bottoms is all choppy and gross.
