She had a bolster and face cradle situation that actually allowed me to lay face down which was amazing (I'm 35 weeks pregnant). Pressure was wonderful throughout and I was so relaxed. My esthetician, Ellen, also went through any skin concerns and did a wonderful facial on me. Her facial massage was so great, I was falling asleep during the service. The spa itself is very nice. There is a lounge to wait in before your service(s) with recliners, a few snacks and water. Since I had a massage and a facial, they gave me a robe and slippers to put on in between and relaxed a little bit in the lounge after my facial. I would definitely return for services in the future!

Recovery went smoother than I expected--I was standing up straight by day 4 and only needed minimal pain medication after the first few days. The pain pump really helped keep discomfort low, and I had no complications. The process felt very organized from start to finish, including post-op care and follow-ups. Everything was clearly communicated, and there were no surprises. Overall, I'm really glad I chose to stay local and would recommend them to anyone considering similar procedures.

My experience with Dr Zavala was awful since the first surgery, he performed one mini facelift…read moresurgery and 2 revisions afterwards because he was not able to give proper results or resolution to my initial inquiry. Until today he has not been able to face me to explain why he did not deliver expectations that himself promised to deliver. He is a person that gets angry and frustrated fast once you explain the failure of his proceedings. Please be aware of this company and Dr Zavala. The service of the staff was okay with the exception of Rosy who always tried to tell me what to say and what not to not make the doctor upset. This doctor sent her to talk to me about any complains instead of facing me and listening to what i had to say. And when i had the chance to speak to him and expressing the issues, he used to be very rude, always putting excuses like 'because i was vegetarian, if i lost weight etc'. but it was always my fault for the failed surgery never his fault. I followed my process and documented it since day one after and before surgery, but i was never able to match their camera with mine. In which theirs always looked fine, the flash is so bright that 'filters' or changes somehow the real face after surgery in comparison with my camera. I am truly disappointed and frustrated for trusting someone who just literally took my money after promising results that were not delivered. Always get a second or third opinion before giving him the benefit to work on you. Good luck.

This review is not about the quality of work they do, they're as good as anyone else. It's about…read moretheir shady business practices. First off.. this business is a great place for rich people to spend their money. The business engages in the classic 'Bait & Switch'. The other classic tactic Dr. Olson uses is to charge a ridiculous amount for a consultation.. $250. This fee is not refundable but you can apply it towards a procedure. At the consultation, no matter what quote they give you for your procedure, you're self pressured to go ahead and accept it because you don't want to lose the $250. $250 is an unethical amount to charge for a consultation. The amount they charge for procedures is overly inflated. Since the Advanced Plastic Surgery Institute moved into their big fancy building their business has been more about one thing.. profit. After all, they have to pay for that big fancy building. My advice is to go somewhere else, somewhere where your best interest is truly at heart.

He was so knowledgeable and fun to talk to that I ended up with a full basket! I tried the products when I got home, and my hair already feels amazing. Then Michael asked if I was ready to check out and walked with me to the front to ring me up. I teased him that I was getting full-circle service: he opened the door for me, and now he was checking me out too! We had a good laugh. The whole interaction felt so warm and easy.
