YET they refused to give me my money back because the full sized product had been opened. What kind of customer service is that? A short but sweet review is that Lather makes wonderful products that are naturally based and have the functionality & quality you'd expect from other high end product lines but using ingredient lists you can feel good about and trust. I absolutely love this brand and will continue to be a customer, as I've tried almost all of the products they make and we are lucky in AZ to have a brick and mortar location since there aren't many. Now it's never happened right when I walk into the door but it's happened. I also know it's because of my appearance since my wife is an esthetician and she has NEVER been asked that question. Every woman I know in the industry has never been asked before either. So the idea her explanation of "I ask all new faces that walk in" is complete BS!!!!! I choose this industry because it's suppose to be a business of no judgement. Yet the store we need to go to buy our supplies judges. This women wasn't resentful or sorry for judging me. She was full of excuses and reasons why she did what she did. There's nothing more annoying than someone who can't just own their mistakes. And she was full of them. She had no interest for a suggestion to maybe treat her customers better. Again with an excuse. As I walk out of the store it reads on the door "licensed professionals only" I think to myself and look back and say to the women it even says it on the door. He is a person that gets angry and frustrated fast once you explain the failure of his proceedings. Please be aware of this company and Dr Zavala. The service of the staff was okay with the exception of Rosy who always tried to tell me what to say and what not to not make the doctor upset. This doctor sent her to talk to me about any complains instead of facing me and listening to what i had to say. And when i had the chance to speak to him and expressing the issues, he used to be very rude, always putting excuses like 'because i was vegetarian, if i lost weight etc'. but it was always my fault for the failed surgery never his fault. I followed my process and documented it since day one after and before surgery, but i was never able to match their camera with mine. In which theirs always looked fine, the flash is so bright that 'filters' or changes somehow the real face after surgery in comparison with my camera. I am truly disappointed and frustrated for trusting someone who just literally took my money after promising results that were not delivered. Always get a second or third opinion before giving him the benefit to work on you. Good luck.
