Came by Sunday morning (Father's Day) and it was very quiet. Only ones there, restaurant is roomy, with a few small tables, chairs/banquette. The food was really tasty! We were a little thrown off by the sauces (very different from our local Mediterranean places) so we opted to put them on the side. The chicken kabob was really tasty, very good spices. As I approached Goodwill on Brand, I noticed this little spot, I asked to use the restroom, at first hesitant, he allowed me to use it as a non paying customer. Restroom was soooo clean, smelled nice and cute!! I thought, OK I'm trying their food. I ordered a grilled chicken Cesar salad and a beef plate with rice. The very sweet gentleman gave me a juice to go!!! I loved the food but the hospitality was genuine. I will definitely be here again when I'm doing my goodwill run!! Must try! read more

I think I've found one of my favorite spots on brand. The place is decorated very classic modern. They have a large variety of options which made it difficult to choose from because everything looked delicious (or maybe I was just too hungry lol). The service was on point. The young lady behind the counter taking my order was very pleasant and had no problem explaining the dishes with a smile. I felt very welcomed and the burger I ordered was delicious. The meat was perfectly tender, the potatoes were cooked just right, and every bite was full of flavor. What really blew me away though was the service -- I had car trouble while trying to pick up my food, and the owner not only showed genuine concern but even offered to help fix my car. LUNCHTIME in GLENDALE deserve more than 5 stars. The ambiance is clean, & modern. The space is large, and was Maggie's Bakery & Cafe before Lunchtime took over. They definitely put time, energy & thought into their design and layout - very spacious and inviting. The menu is delicious & diverse, with options like fresh juices, smoothies, teas, coffees, truffle fries, gyros, soups, sandwiches, salads; mainly American Armenian, Russian & Georgian options. Considering I travel from the West side (West Hollywood) my options for this type of cuisine is limited. On my first visit I was hoping to get pastries from Maggie's but realized they had changed ownership -- Lunchtime (clever name). The cashier was friendly & knowledgeable, and suggested some options for me. I decided to order their grilled chicken gyro which was much better than I expected. It came with a side of fries, and some delicious aioli sauce & ketchup. I asked for some BBQ sauce as well & they brought it soon after. The presentation was nice and it only took about 15 minutes to prepare & be sent to my table. I ordered a pineapple mango smoothie which was blended to perfection! On my next visit to Lunchtime I craved something sweet so I decided to order their Nutella crepe, which comes with fresh cut banana, strawberry and blueberries on top & the perfect amount of whipped cream to top it off! It was absolutely delicious -- I would go back for more!! On my third visit to them I ordered fresh juice - Cranberry (about $3), & on my fourth visit to Lunchtime, I took the owner's suggestion to try their chicken noodle soup, which was a generous portion; came with 2 rolls of freshly baked, tasty bread (one white, one wheat) - they put time into preparing this soup - tasted like home made & made me so happy. Tried this place yesterday for lunch for the first time and it didn't disappoint. The service was amazing, very friendly workers and they take care of you if you ever need anything. For food, I tried the bacon cheeseburger and the burger was very delicious. The fries could use a little bit less seasoning on them as some pieces were a bit too salty, but overall the taste was good. Will for sure be coming back again, especially after seeing that from june 1st-7th they'll be doing 50% off their whole menu during certain hours! I work nearby and have been meaning to try this place. Today I did and definitely will be back. The food was very good. I had the Armenian salad and Harissa. The salad was very fresh, crispy and refreshing. It was very very good. The harissa was equally good. The cost was pretty high for both, but the portions were so large, 2 people could have easily shared. In fact, I wasn't able to finish all the food.
