I stopped by this new Mediterranean spot and the food was really good -- fresh and flavorful, though a bit on the pricey side. However, when I first walked in with my service dog, the cashier looked over at what seemed to be the manager and asked (in front of everyone) if dogs were allowed and looked directly at me. It made me feel uncomfortable, especially since service dogs are permitted by law. I wish the situation had been handled more discreetly and professionally. I even ordered to go Overall, the food was worth trying pricey but you get what you pay for, but I hope they improve their customer service awareness and training when it comes to service animals. read more

Had one person in front of me and waiting for nearly 15 minutes to order. There were three cashiers and two with "leadership" shirts trying to help the customer with her order and they kept messing it up. They have two cash registers but only had one open and 8 other people came in after me. I was in a rush so couldn't go anywhere else quickly or else I would have left. Not my usual experience with Luna. Do not recommend this location for service. read more

This was our first time dining here. Last summer I went out Greece so I wanted to reminisce for my Mother's Day lunch. It definitely did not disappoint. The restaurant was spick and span clean. The service was amazing. Enrique, aka Henry, aka Hank aka Eque was above the top kind and accommodating!!! I would highly recommend for fresh healthy food. Everything is made to order. Servings are large so it is worth the price since you will most likely take leftovers home. read more

Wait, this place is so good! As a creature of habit it became a go to right away and that doesn't happen often. I've had it like 3 times in two weeks... the kali gyro wrap! I would suggest eating it there so it's hot, you get extra sauce and it doesn't take as long. read more

This was our first time into Luna Grill as we have been wanting to try it for the last couple months. It was very clean inside and very opening and inviting when you walk in. Great staff but food is sub par. It's the equivalent to the McDonald's of Mediterranean food. Very small portions, lack luster flavor, and very dry. Had very high hopes, but was let down, especially after the price of it all. spent around $75 for three meals. read more

The staff was nice, the restaurant was clean, the food came out quickly. It just wasn't good. It honestly just taste like Sysco, no originality. I got the gyro plate, gyro kids meal and the trio dip sampler. The gyro meat was horrible. Sliced incredibly thin resulting it in it being dry and burnt. The dips tasted like they were scooped out of a tub and put onto a plate. Just cold with little flavor. I was so excited to try this place and was incredibly let down. We're so happy to have a dinner spot that is fast, casual, and on the healthier side close to our home. Everytime we go in the folks are friendly and welcoming. The food has come out timely and I recommend to try to eat in person every once in a while because the food is just even better right off the grill. Popped in with my wife for lunch. Staff was very friendly. We ordered a couple of the bowls with Gyro meat. The bowls came out and the meat was a little overdone. But Tessa and Stevee checked on us and really took care of us. Grabbed us some fresh portions of gyro meat. Ingredients tasted fresh and good flavors! Top notch customer service! Best Mediterranean food I've had. They cook it fresh so be prepared to be patient in getting your food, will likely be 15-20 mins but incredibly worth it. The shrimp and chicken kabob were so flavorful and the basmati rice cooked to perfection. I like the modern, clean feel of the restaurant. read more

My niece and I went for dinner on 2/20/2026. As there were fewer people in the restaurant compared to the first time we tried to eat here, we were hoping for a better experience. They might have been short-staffed, as everyone had blinders on and couldn't acknowledge new customers who entered the premises. We waited to be helped, but no one took our order until I approached a staff member who was handing out a to-go order to another customer. She took our order, but there were no apologies for keeping us waiting for more than 10 minutes (the time on the receipt was 7:22 pm). After placing our order for one chicken kabob plate and one koobideh kabob plate, we waited approximately 30 minutes before finally receiving our order. Our total order was $45.76. We have frequented Luna Grill in Southern California and enjoy the food, but we've never had to wait this long for our order. I feel management is still working out kinks from their grand opening in November 2025. Until the reviews reflect better response time and better customer service, we will find other places to get Mediterranean food. read more

We tried the Classic Chicken Pitas for dinner last night. They were very good. Plenty of flavorful chicken, not dry. However, we did notice that the pepperoncinis were only a few small pieces sprinkled on the top half. They skimped on those for some reason. I also found it disappointing that a side of French fries is $3.59. We purchased two orders, spent $7 on fries and the containers they came in were not even halfway full. Very overpriced and very salty. Will skip those next time. I can see why many others have complained about the pricing to portion size ratio. Overall, I would return for the pitas as they were very tasty. read more
