Its rare now days to be treated like you are a valued customer. We were greeted with a smile. Its also rare to see the staff work as a team. 4 staff members, Nez and Danika in the front and two in the kitchen area they are very coordinated. The restaurant was full and they had several to go orders and still managed to thank us and say goodbye. Oh ya, the food was good too! The place is bright and cheerful, we will be back! This was at Mesa store 70. read more

We came to Luna Grill for Sunday family day, and we ended up ordering six or seven different dishes. We wanted to try a little bit of everything, and honestly, every single plate delivered. My wife, my four kids, and I all enjoyed the food. The flavors were bold, everything came out at the right temperature, and the textures were spot on. It had all the qualities you want when you go out to eat and hope the food actually tastes as good as the pictures. The service was just as solid. Kaitlyn and the other employees had great attitudes, big smiles, and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. My Persian wife even gave her stamp of approval, which is saying something because she knows good Mediterranean flavors when she tastes them. If you're thinking about trying Luna Grill, come check it out. You won't be disappointed. We'll definitely be back. read more

Luna Grill Mesa - An empty plate. - Mediterranean Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Joelle took our order for dine-in and it was very busy, several people waiting for orders. A man who ordered before we got there still didn't have his order after we got our food including several others who came in after us. The man asked Joella where his food was. Joella told him she was bagging it up. The man said he had waited over 45 minutes and Joelle said to him, "Do you want your food or a refund!" This girl never apologized and had an attitude. The man said I'll take a refund and she took his bag of food over to a table of young guys she had been talking to instead of working and loudly said here is a bag of free food for you. The guy never raised his voice and was treated so bad. We watched the entire thing and NOBODY should ever be treated the way this girl treated him. We were very upset. We won't be coming back here. Joella should be fired because I would never want someone like that representing my company! read more

The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and it's conveniently close to my house compared to other Mediterranean places. That's why I keep coming back. However, this isn't a fast-food restaurant, so I would expect a little more attention to customer orders. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've gotten home and found items missing from my order, and it's getting pretty annoying. If my payment was a few dollars short, that wouldn't be acceptable, right? So why should it be acceptable for me to pay for everything and get home only to find that items I paid for are missing? What makes it even more frustrating is that they print the order receipt and actually check off each item as if it was "packed in the bag"... yet somehow the items still aren't there. What the hell? Also, if you're selling 1/2-pint sides like hummus, tzatziki, etc., please actually give customers a 1/2 pint. The containers I've received are sometimes barely half full, which makes it feel more like I'm getting half of a half-pint. Overall, I like the food and the value, which is why I continue to order here. I just wish they would pay more attention when packing orders. Double-check that everything customers paid for is actually in the bag, and make sure the portions match what's being advertised. Fixing those two things would make a big difference. read more

Had a great experience at Luna Grill! The restaurant was very clean, and the interior had a welcoming, modern appearance that made for a great dining atmosphere. The food was delicious and came out quickly. The entire staff was attentive, professional, and very friendly throughout our visit. A special shoutout to Mercy and Azera, who worked the register, delivered our food to the table, and even helped clear our trash. They provided excellent customer service and made us feel very welcome. I'd also like to recognize CJ in the kitchen. He greeted everyone who walked through the door with a smile and a positive attitude. He was incredibly friendly and is a great example of outstanding customer service. Amazing employee! Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish, and we'll definitely be back! read more

Went with my daughter today. Just down the street from my house, so great location for me. Anyway, bottom line, very good/fresh. I didn't think about taking picture, but everything plated very nicely. I had the Medi Macro Bowl with Koobideh - never had that meat before and wanted to try something new. Very good - juicy, hints of various spices. Everything else in the bowl was very fresh and the Humas was excellent. My daughter had the Lunatic Sampler (humas, stuffed grape leaves, pita bread, falafel, fresh veg.) Very good. She also had a piece of baklava - the only complaint there, it was too small. This is as good as any street corner med restaurant I've tried - great location. Good service. Very fresh. read more

Service was normal and the plates of chicken kabobs were service at different times. The chicken was burnt and talked to the manager and she asked if I wanted chicken kabobs. I asked if they would be cooked burnt again and she replied that she couldn't guarantee be sure how they were going to cook the chicken. It didn't look like the picture on display. Looked like the cook was possibly in a hurry to get the food out or had the heat grill too high or wasn't watching the grill. Plus witness the cook use his hand put a piece of chicken back on a plate that fallen onto the service line counter. read more

The food was fresh, hot & looked appetizing. The inside was very clean & the staff was perceptive & waited on us well.

We have had our order wrong about half the times we've been here. The gyro started off very moist then slowly declined. I know they are busy, new and there's a learning curve but I hope they continue to work hard on their inconsistencies and timeliness so they can stay open! We are happy with having a healthy fast food option, just needs some consistency in quality and timing! read more

Luna Grill is a huge win if you're looking for fast, great-tasting, well-balanced meals. The service is absolutely impeccable. Even during a busy lunch rush, multiple staff members checked in on me... the onsite trainer, the manager, and the serving staff...which really stood out and made the experience feel cared for rather than rushed. I ordered the Santorini Bowl with extra chicken, and it was excellent. It reminded me a bit of a CAVA bowl once you think outside the box on how to eat it...mixing elements together, using the sauces to change the flavor profile, and tailoring each bite to your taste. I generally don't love chicken breast because it can end up dry, but their version was surprisingly balanced, especially paired with the rice, couscous, pickled veggies, and yogurt sauce. The whole meal felt bold yet light, filling but not heavy, with a great balance of veggies, carbs, and protein. Flavors were very good and easy to customize depending on your palette. I recommend adding a side of harissa, creamy harissa, or chipotle cream. I mixed everything with the creamy harissa first, then switched to chipotle cream when I wanted a little variety and extra spice. I also tried a side of gyro, which was well-seasoned and moist...definitely better than the frozen-variety gyro meat some places use. Between the two proteins, I actually preferred the chicken, which says a lot given how picky I am about chicken breast. Overall, Luna Grill nails the combination of flavor, freshness, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back. read more

Nez and A zera were great. Food was delicious. Would come back for a healthy meal. Little on the pricey side but came with a good portion.

Amazing food! Great service! Open dining atmosphere! My husband had the lemon chicken and sirloin steak plate and it was really good. The meat was tender and juicy. Luna Grill just opened in our Eastmark area and it's already a hit. I've eaten there twice this week. The first time I had the Chicken and Koobideh Kabob Plate, and the second time I tried the Classic Gyro. Both were full of flavor. The menu has a ton of protein options, sauces, and combinations, so it's the kind of place I could eat at regularly without getting tired of it. The staff made the experience even better. Kaitlyn helped me at the counter and she was fantastic. She walked me through the menu, recommended sauces, answered every question, and made the whole ordering process easy. She was friendly, patient, and really good at what she does. I'll definitely be back. Great food, great staff, great addition to the neighborhood. read more
