It's happened before, but I let it pass thinking she was having a bad day. But enough was enough. Their portions have shrunk big time. When you order a meal, you WILL be hungry. Its portioned for a child's meal. I ordered the Combination Fried rice for $10+ and it looked like 1/2 an order. They are using these little black containers and when I say little I mean LITTLE. I've found my new favorite Chinese Restaurant. My first time here and I noticed that even though their place is small the atmosphere is pleasant and it's clean. The owner are very sweet. The minute you walk into the door you're greeted. The food is the "bomb.com"!! Made to order fresh. I will be back, I tried #5 in the Daily Special. Big Ups! I tried this spot on reviews alone & it did not dissapoint. I was a bit gaurded when told my "order would be ready in 5min." Im like,"Wow OK I'll drive right over!" Next thing I know? Delicious food made to order! You can call ahead, place an order for pick up and within 10 or 15 minutes they will have your order steaming ready for pick up. I order pick-up from this joint maybe once or twice every three weeks, they have lunch specials that are pretty good. Don't forget to try the Egg Flour Soup, it's one of the many reasons why I keep coming back :) The in-house eating experience is also pretty good, I've gone in with a few friends and usually sit down and have our order taken right away. They check up frequently and provide friendly service. It is pretty small but can seat maybe 24-30 people, although I've never waited longer than 5 or 10 minutes for seating. read more

I am not sure what these helpers are talking about I walked in and the steam table has junk an office supplies. There main food display is some type of shrine? They have free seats and no waiter. Tried this place for the first time last night solely based on yelp reviews. My husband and I have been complaining that there aren't any decent Chinese places around and Panda Express (especially the one on Alondra & Bellflower) have gone downhill. So we thought we'd be adventurous and I'm so glad we did. I tried the walnut shrimp daily special with noodles. It surpassed my expectations. The assorted wonton soup was very tasty. Hubby got the Mongolian beef special with rice and he liked his meal as well. We actually had leftovers for lunch today. The portions are great here. Lucky Wok, you have a family of new customers. Great Chinese, they make your food after you order. So no foods that has been out for some time. Everything tasted fresh. We had orange chicken which was amazing and Mongolian beef was great. I have only been here for lunch, but it's good enough for me to drive about 3.5 miles to get here. Food is fresh, hot and the price is right. It reminds me of a mom and pop place I used to go to as a kid. Lunch specials are bomb and you can do fried rice or noodles. read more
