This is my go-to salon for nails! I've been coming here for over a year and I've tried other salons also but tony at lucky nails always does a great job with my acrylic sets! He works alongside his wife and they both re friendly to me and always offer affordable prices... just call to book an appointment because they are always busy!

I had finally found a place/person who would do gel manicures to my standard, polish never chipped, and stayed shiny and new for weeks. But I've gotten 2 pedicures here and both times were a nightmare. First of all, while getting manicure a roach started crawling on the table and she killed with with the buffer she was using on my nails AND THEN continued to buff my nails with the same buffer!!!! Both times I've gotten a pedicure here (by different people) I've gotten cut. They are toooo rough while removing the sides of your toenails. I've gotten it done at other salons and it really shouldn't hurt when doing it correctly. It's been 2 days and my toe is still oozing blood and what looks like pus. I'm literally praying to god that I don't get an infection. It also seems like it's the way they're being trained because every technician in this salon does the same thing like???? And I know my review isn't the first to state that they've been cut and hurt I really love their gel manicures and it's the only reason why I kept coming back but I think I'd just rather find a new salon.

Love this place. Clean and really good work. I try and come by every 2-3 weeks for a mani & pedi sometimes I go longer since the nail doesn't chip. It's been 3 weeks and my nails haven't chipped but I am due for a Mani. I suggest you go during the week, Sat is a long wait so expect to wait 30-1 hour. But it's totally worth the wait. They don't rush the work and they take their time.

Gel nails were chipped after one week. Ridiculous! Don't come here.

Avoid this place!! I came here because of the good reviews. Initially I was happy with the service and the price. I usually pay more for gel nails since a regular manicure always chips on me. After a week every single one of my nails had chipped. One came off completely! Normally gel nails last 2- 3 weeks on me and never chip. 8- 10 nails were messed up. I went to tell them and they told me that too many days had passed to help me. So basically got ripped off. I guess you get what you pay for which isn't much here. Sure they're nice but what's the point if your nails don't last? I would greatly recommend taking your hard earned money elsewhere.

VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I went to do my pedicure on Friday and walked out with my third toe in pain. The pain was so severe that I had to go to the hospital. The picture below shows how my toe got infected in a matter of 2 days.

I tried this place for the first time, because it's close to my house and my other nail salon left me less than satisfied the last couple of times I went. I came around 6 and was seen after only a few minutes. I got a fill and a pedicure both by tony and he is so good at what he does. He's very knowledgable about nails and pointed out how my previous acrylic and pedicure job left my nails uneven (which is why I stopped going to my other nail salon) he did such a good job of fixing my nails to be flawless and shaped to perfection. And it was rather quick I was out within an hour that day. Prices are affordable and it's the best work I have ever seen on my nails I will definitely be back and recommend! Thank you tony.

This nail salon is JUST okay. I like to treat my mom and sister every month or so to the trip at the salon. They've been doing a nice job with acrylics so far but where they really lose out on is pedicures. They cut my poor mama because the man was too rough and rushed- he did my acrylics the first time and I felt the same energy from him. As for pedicures they're BASIC. There is no foot massage and very little attention to comfort and detail. When I come to a nail salon I want to relax and feel pampered. Unfortunately that's not the case with Lucky Nails. Until I find a nicer salon I'll keep coming here because their prices are decent.

$35 for both gel mani and regular pedicure!! Tip not included. Love it.

I was a little confused and skeptical about this place since it has so many mixed reviews. I stopped by and all I wanted was a regular pedicure and gel manicure. That is exactly what I got! The lady that worked on my nails took her time cutting my cuticles, filing my nails, and polishing my nails. I havent felt so comfortable with the look of my nails in a while. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. They are VERY busy on Saturdays so I would reccomend coming thursday or friday from what they told me. Apparently those days are the best to go in.

I've been coming here for a while now and they usually always do a great job on manicures. There is a new lady, very thin short black hair (not Tony's wife) She is new, did my pedicure yesterday and it was the worst experience I have ever had with getting a pedicure!!!!! I have never in my life got cut, and she cut me on my big toe on the side of the nail. It wouldn't stop bleeding and she pretended like the blood wasn't even there. Mind you, I am writing this review the next day and my toe is in pain! It even hurts to walk. I really don't know if I will return! FYI the pedicure literally took more than an hour, I get it she's new.. but that was ridiculous. I was trying to be nice because I know everyone starts from somewhere but she was not so gentle AND once she cut me, it was super unacceptable. I'm praying my toe gets better, and not worse.

Very happy with my nails. The guy did what I have ask for. The place looked clean. Definitely coming back. Thank you.

I use to come to this nail shop all the time. If I can rate them a zero I would because of their dishonesty. I was told their were three people in front of me by the owner. In reality there were six people in front of me. Customer service is everything, people have plans and one of them doesn't involve being here for two hours just waiting. I'm very disappointed how they treat their customers, I could have easily gone somewhere else but I truest them. read more

I went there today and the service was great, they took proper sanitary precautions and the guy who did my nails took his time and never fell rushed like in other places. I just recently started coming to this place as it is conveniently close to my house. This is now my go to for my nails! I love Tony U can take any picture of a design u want n they leave them identical! There are only 3 workers So if u go on bz days u might have a bit of a wait but it's definitely worth it!!! read more

First and last time at this place. If you need your toes amputated this is the place for you. They left my toes red and bloody. I can't wear open toed shoes as planned today but my toes brushing against my shoes is pretty painful also. read more

I've gone to this place a few times. The staff is really nice and they have the massage spa chairs which I've come to consider a must. Nothing too fancy, I'm pretty sure I got a toe infection the last time I went but I think it's because they were super busy and trying to rush, but I went back yesterday and it was fine. I always like how my toes look (always get the french tip) and it lasts a lot longer than at other places. If you're near by it has reasonable prices and plenty of magazines. read more

First visit here, called over the phone before coming. Asked how much a regular pedi cost, man over the phone said $13... so I head over for my pedi.. I sit down on the spa chair and lady gave me a paper with the different types of pedi packages with the cost on each one and asked me which one I would like.. 1st package starts at $15 , that's for a regular pedi.. so I asked the lady where is the $13 pedi they told me over the phone? She looks at me and tells me "No it's $15" so again I state that I was told $13.. male employee behind her gets up and tells me " I was the one you spoke to on the phone and it's $15" so than I tell him " I just spoke to you 15 minutes ago and you said $13" he replies RUDLY " No it's $15" and walks away.... Hmmmmmm okay!! My issues was WHY LIE AND GIVE ME A CHEAPER PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND ONCE IM SITTING DOWN FIND OUT THE TRUE PRICE... WHY LIE ABOUT YOUR PRICE AND THEN BE RUDE ABOUT IT .. won't return here !!..... and to add to it lady was done with my pedi pretty quick while my friend started at the same time as me and they actually did everything their suppose to do when getting a pedi like cutting and shaping nails etc.. no effort in mine.. agh waste of my money read more

I love lucky nails!! I have been a customer here for a long time. I bring my mom as well to get her pedicures. I have also recommended many of my friends and they love their work too. I've been going to different places for about a year now. this place has been one of the best. . my nails were long enough to just get acrylic over them. Asked for a discount because I was unsatisfied and the one who charged me told me he would paint them for me but I had to go already. Been coming here for a year now since I moved to the area, I find the service great and price great as well. Yes in times there are waits but that happens everywhere cuz you never know when people will show up. I never have any trouble with my nails I come every 2 weeks for my refill and predicate and never any issues always greeted friendly as I walk in and taken care of right. Being asked to come back just for a polish touch-up would inconvenience me even more after an already incomplete experience. I stand by my original review. I did not receive the service I paid for, and the proposed resolution did not address the quality or customer care concerns I reported.

She fixed my nails, and it wasn't even the same French tip that I asked for last time at this point I just wanted to leave and get this over with. The minute I got up. I went to settle in with my kids for a second and the guy immediately called me over and asked them if I was going to tip. He didn't even give me one minute to settle in grab my kids and head to the counter. He just started saying this can't happen again. I should've came in sooner and I tried explaining my situation, and told him I called and it was okay to come in. "I called Saturday to get my nails fixed but I was already late for my party. Sunday it was Mother's Day. And unfortunately, Monday and Tuesday my boys got sick with a stomach bug & we're vomiting." but it wasn't acceptable. He said it's been one week I immediately corrected him and told him no it has been 4days ...when I showed him pictures with date and time. Even if I came one day after I still would've wanted all my nails be done they were just not sticking. You can see on my photos my nails aren't even grown out yet. Now that I got them redone. Let's see how long they last me. I'm disappointed with the service. I would've loved to given them a second chance. But his attitude killed it for me. I won't be coming back.

I would give it no stars if I could. There are other cleaner and better organized places than this one. This place is horrible and takes the cake. Don't waste your time and money.

I think this is the only place I have gone to that does this. Especially for pedicures, this helps ease my mind to avoid toe nail fungus. I have been seen by many different technicians here and really enjoy all their work. For Hard Gel, I find that Brian does a great job every time. The place looks clean and nice. They have music videos playing in the background and I always find myself relaxed while I'm there.

Once seating became available, three members of our group were placed together for services, while my 8 year old daughter and I were seated separately on the opposite side of the salon, which limited our ability to enjoy the group experience. During the visit, the manager greeted part of our group and introduced his wife, giving them additional attention. While this may have been well-intentioned, it created an inconsistent experience for the rest of the group. I requested a basic pedicure with regular nail polish and declined any additional services. My daughter also received regular polish only. However, after reviewing my receipt, I noticed we were charged for gel services that were not requested. For reference, the $47 pedicure was mine, and the $15 manicure/pedicure was for my daughter--both were regular polish services. The total was higher than expected based on what was provided. I chose not to return to dispute the charges, but I recommend confirming services and pricing before payment and always requesting a receipt. Additionally, I later learned the manager apologized to the person who booked the appointment regarding the seating. As I was the one directly affected and still present at the time, it would have been more appropriate to address that directly with me.
