I used a carrier to transfer my car across the country and it arrived with scratches all over the…read morecar. The car had scratches from front to roof to side to rear, just all over. I was furious and it was dirty and disgusting. I got a quote from two larger detailing places in Phoenix to get it fixed and to get a reimbursement from carrier. The quotes ranged from 1150 to 1500 dollars to get the car detailed, buffed and polished. I found Phoenix Car Solutions randomly on Google search and it looked like good reviews and good photos of car detailing and repairs. Even though I got a reimbursement and quotes, I wanted to check out Phoenix Car Solutions since it was close by my place with good reviews. I went there and met the owner, Sammy. He is a super friendly guy and took a look at my car and gave me an honest take. He said he can't guarantee a 100 percent with the washing, gray bar, wax and buffing, but he could probably get it 90 percent of scratches disappear with that and I would be happy. He said the only way to get 100 would be to do paint correction and paint. I decided to go with Sammy because he was nice and I trusted him and his work. He has been doing this for a long time and mostly worked on word of mouth and even does local trucks. He ended up keeping my car for a full day and the next morning. When I arrived to pick it up, it looked amazing! Besides some of the dings and dongs and some paint chips, it looked the best it had since I first got the car. I couldn't see any of the scratches. If there are any left, you would have to have the perfect angle in the light and be looking for it. Even the engine was cleaned and looked amazing. He also said I could bring it back in a month or two for a regular detail and he would put some extra love into it if needed. I have provided pics below of the before and after of the black civic. The car looks extra clean and blinging now and I will definitely be returning for polishing. I even already made an appt to bring in my fiancés car for this coming Saturday for a regular detail and wax/polish. I'd 100% recommend Sammy and Phoenix Car Solutions if you need scratches buffed out or just a wash, wax, and polish. Sammy is a honest, funny, and hard-working guy and he went the extra mile to take care of my car. On top of everything, the pricing was super affordable and less expensive than the other places while providing the same, if not more, work and care. Thanks, Sammy! The place is kind of hidden behind a gate off the road in an area with other random businesses.

Issue is we took video and told the truck driver to take pics and video upon delivery - OOPS TODD was caught red handed than he gave us attitude and the shop took "week after week" which led to "mth after mth" as it sat and collected dust for over 8months! Todd eventually stated he would fix the damages his shop caused YET instead of doing an honest repair he did a 1/2 ass "color match chip repair" w/extremely poor sanding - with bondo uneven and Todd didn't even bother replacing the modings they damaged!- This shop will "steal lie and cheat upcharge", on everything while not "taking personal ownership for damages", they cause in their impound car lot- They are not a full pledge body shop what so ever - Don't be fooled by the outside appearance- the interior and back is that of a junk lot/car recovery tow lot facilty - No integrity what so ever and I hope this poor review saves you the turmoil headaches all the small claims law suits & all.

The bad: overspray all over my wheels. I had to spend a good 3 hours with paint thinner to remove all the overspray. They also didnt tape right in areas, leaving a few small gaps where you can see the old paint. Luckily they are in areas that arent glaringly obvious. But the worst part was when I picked my car up, my passenger side mirror had been hit pretty good. The paint was still in tact, but the mirror housing was knocked way loose. I had to fix that as well, and now my mirror just doesnt fit the same way it used to. Meh, thats what you get for getting a cheap paint job, I guess. Had there been none of these "bad" mentions, they would for sure get 5 stars from me.
